We initially had high hopes to work with this provider last month for a mini-split project based on our walkthrough with Sara. However, after talking with two other providers we were happy to avoid going with them!!!

First off, it took Sara two weeks to get a quote back to us. When we did receive it, it was outrageously high (~$4k higher than the upper range she had told us during the walkthrough), and it was lacking all the local rebates and incentives (~$1K missing) even after I inquired with her about them in multiple email exchanges. On top of this, we learned from another and very reputable provider, which we are going with, that the equipment they were recommending was too much output for the size of our place.

I also have to say that I'm very familiar with the state of our supply chain worldwide right now and how pricing contracts are broken out given my profession as a finance executive, so the reasons I was given by Sara for such a high quote did not check out after doing my own research.

This provider has lost my business along with potential others in my homeowner’s association. I will NOT recommend them!!!

ACI is a great place to purchase any of your HVAC needs. They are always very prompt with responses and quotes. Kate Lawson their Sales Engineer is a great help and always there to help. With many businesses struggling these days with customer service they could take a lesson from Kate and ACI sales.

We just tried to use the AC in our new house, and it didn't work- We called in the middle of this heat wave going on right now, and they got someone out the same day. Dan was fast, efficient, friendly, on time, and happy to tell me all about the components and what was going on. Even though it was an easy fix (and now I could fix it myself next time) I was so impressed with the service I will never go anywhere else for my AC/furnace maintenance.

Mike and Kasin (sp?) we're outstanding. On time, trustworthy, extremely nice, and got the job done even though the parts supplier messed up and they had to make a double trip. Could not recommend more highly, even our dogs loved them!

Pioneer Gas Furnace saved me during the 2022 ice storm. My furnace stopped working, and they patiently explained to me via the phone how to thaw my frozen condenser pump drainage tube and I was able to get the furnace running again.

I just don't understand what has happened to a company I've used for years. I tried to schedule a furnace tune up in June, they were so backed up they booked me for the last couple days in July. I waited but nothing ever happened. I called to try and get on their schedule the beginning of September but the lady just argued with me saying I was a no show at my own house. I kept trying to be put on the schedule but all she did was argue. That afternoon I called Jacobs heating and they put me on their schedule for next week. I won't be using Pioneer anymore. I just don't want to be lectured. No one ever followed up with me.

It was the first cold snap and furnace folks were busy. Mine was an interment issue but nonetheless, spoke with Bud and he made a point to get out the next day. The job was mush less the scope of work than we expected and the price reflected that. What fair and honest folks they are. A rare breed these days.
When I renovate the upstairs early spring Pioneer will be the first stop for me!!

After having them install a new furnace and ac unit , the next fine I called and really needed service, they said they could t help me for 6- 8 weeks..and then proceeded to tell me that the warranty on the furnace and ac we’re not transferable to the new owner.. not what I’d call great service

By far one of the most reliable, honest and professional companies I've ever hired. I had originally called Pioneer Gas to help me in the midst of a snow-storm crises where my furnace decided to up and quit. I suspected that my 23+ year old furnace had seen better days, so I wasn't surprised by the "bad news" ... But what was surprising is they didn't try to sell me the most expensive model, but were honest about my needs. They also discovered that I had a secret "second" filter in the house that needed to be replaced. They didn't charge me for this, and since then my furnace can now breath, and I'm more then warm enough with a lower heating bill.

Pioneer gas was extremely helpful with the beat way to get gas to my kitchen, fireplace, and BBQ. The work was completed promptly and of great quality. I would not hesitate to have them attend to any other natural gas needs I may have, including recommending them to family and friends family.

This was my go to place for two decades but I can’t stand the lady at the front desk. So rude, and so unhelpful. She kept trying to convince me I’m not a return customer, and no idea because I was just giving them complement. They’ve lost my business for my personal home and rental properties going forward. They don’t track my business, that’s one thing but to be rude about it?! We’re done
