Mesher's supply might be great but their service rep just made fun of me. Here's what happened: I call to ask about a Symmons valve and he says he can't find it in his system. Fair enough. Then he goes on and says: "have you tried to Google it? you see we have this wonderful thing of the online world and you'd be amazed at what you can find there." WOW! thanks bro.

I am the lead driver and also do scheduling for Wolcott plumbing. I know that Wolcott and Mesher have been doing business since long before I came along 8 years ago. I went to Mesher today to pick up a will call, and once again I got the excellent service that I have become used to. Mesher has one employee that time and time again continues to shine as my pick for employee of the year. His name is Keoki, and the guy just simply rocks at his job. Mesher supply... You became a better company the day you hired Keoki. His customer service skills are absolutely the best in the business, and you are lucky to have him on your team.

One star rating because Mesher is rude to customers who should be valued. I walked into will-call for my $300 part and was told to “go out and call the number”, in a short and rude manner of speaking.
A dozen employees buzzing around right in front of me, through open doors to the public, none following any of the past Covid protocols that put this discriminatory practice of making customers wait outside exist in the first place. Customers make your business, so why treat us like unwanted visitors??

Horrible customer service. Counter person was uninterested and unwilling to help me find the parts I needed because I didn’t have the brand name. Granted I had the actual parts with me that needed replacing and he couldn’t even be bothered to compare some parts they had in stock. His response was “I don’t know, boss.” with a shrug and an eye roll.

Helpful staff. But be aware that "all cash, check, and credit card sales are final". That is, it's designed for contractors with billing accounts; not for retail.

Best customer service over the phone went out of there way to help and guide me in the right direction 100% recommended

I would recommend Crouchley for your plumbing needs. Zach and Heith did a great job replacing my water main line. I appreciated the extra care to avoid disturbing my landscaping as much as possible.
