Phoned to schedule an appointment. Alerted they were three weeks out and laughed at trying to schedule in advance. Meanwhile bathroom faucet still leeks. 0% professional, even called back to validate concern, was told, go ahead and post.

The guys came out and replaced the hot water heater. They were quick and didn't leave a mess. The staff was also great to deal with!

Highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful advise. I will always go to Crouchly first for all plumbing needs. Everyone in St. Johns recommends them!

they called me back within 30 mins of leaving a voicemail even though they didn't have any upcoming availability, to let me know they were booked and sorry etc and that they had a recommendation for another business (which ended up being able to schedule me quickly). i really appreciated that above and beyond gesture.

Showed up on time. Patiently diagnosed my annoying plumbing situation and had a very professional and positive attitude. I was very pleased with the solution and the price was very reasonable. This is my new plumber.

We hired Crouchley to do a whole house repipe. It was a big job and they were very communicative and professional throughout the process. Would highly recommend them.

These folks are awesome, I am so glad I found them... They showed up exactly when they promised - provided a bid when they promised and provided me with some good neighborly advice, and their work is top notch. Problem is fixed and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks Terry.

I got three quotes and I'm glad I did. The first was from Mick's Plumbing.
He said I needed a new line from the water meter to the house for $3000 + an electrician to hook up the grounding. The second was from D & L Plumbing. He said I needed a new line from the water meter to the house for $5000 + an electrician to hook up the grounding. Just to get them to come out I had to pay them $119.

Terry Miller from Crouchley asked if he could come in to the house to see the pipe which came in from the street. He said that because it was copper it could be patched. He recommended Innovative Leak Detector who would do a sonic test to locate the leak underground. $325. Then his plumber would come out to dig and patch for an estimated $520. The plumber he sent was a ex-veteran and a good guy. Crouchley's bill was $348.50. That's $171.50 under the estimate! On top of that, it was my neighbors tree roots that broke my pipe. Putting a new line in would not have removed the tree roots that broke my pipe.

We are very pleased with the work done. We had a leaking kitchen pipe replaced within the crawlspace, a rusted saddle valve replaced, and various caps upgraded. Joel did great work in a short period of time at a reasonable price. We'll be coming back again to Crouchley for any future work.

Roger has come to our house a couple times in the the last month for two different projects. He was great! Both times he was thorough, funny, and called before coming over. He checked his work afterwords and was on his way. Great service from a local, small business.

We had a fantastic experience with Tracey & Joel! We moved to Sherwood and decided to call them down for a 2nd opinion after another big, "24/7" company tried to tell us we had to replace the water service for $3600. They searched more thoroughly for the leak and made repairs quickly, explaining what they were doing along the way.

They're honest, professional and worked within our budget; offering suggestions to help us monitor future leaks and quoted preventative replacement of the water service at about $800 less than the other guys.

I had a leaky hose bib and called three companies. Crouchley came out and fixed the issue in 15 minutes! Others had proposed a major project costing upwards of $750! Trust Crouchley, they did an outstanding job and are good, honest people!

    Highly recommend!

Terry helped us with some low water pressure issues and was incredibly pleasant to work with. He was very informative and gave us multiple options to correct our problem. We look forward to working with Terry on any future plumbing needs!

This review is long overdue. Since 2014, Tracey has come to our house several times for various plumbing related concerns that accompanies an older house. He has replaced our water heaters and changed various bathroom fixtures and toilets. All very reasonable and within a timely manner. We appreciate his great and thorough work.

WOW! I have lived in the St. Johns area for 8 years and when I had my first plumbing issue a week ago, I called because I wanted to support local businesses. They told me they were booked solid and so it would be the 21st when they could get to me. that worked for me so i was fine with that. Later that day, I got a call from the company, and the nice lady said their plumber was ahead of schedule, so he could come by today if that worked. it worked! Roger was AWESOME and SO nice and professional. I REALLY appreciate you guys getting to me over a WEEK before you were supposed to! Crouchley's is the BEST!!!
