Adam was great! He was attentive and answered all of my questions and walked through some options. I'll be using Meticulous in the future for sure.

Meticulous Plumbing were prompt to respond to my quote request, and had availability next day. Once the time window was agreed upon, I asked that I be contacted 10 - 30 minutes out from arrival. I got a text from their associate with a picture and intro bio when they were to arrive.

Consultation was in-depth with a complete explanation of work and charges expected. Plumbing layout was clean with additional space under the cabinet gained & minimal failure points. Associate wore booties upon first entry and respected the work area in the house. Work was accomplished in a quiet and quick manner.

I would recommend Kaleb and Meticulous Plumbing for future work.

Mike, Colton, Tamara and Ann with Meticulous Plumbing all did a really great job. They answered our questions thoroughly, were flexible and accommodative to our schedule, and they were patient. We had new water service brought to our house which they coordinated and supervised and went very smoothly; they completely repiped our house using top quality materials including US made PEX pipe, and brass and stainless steel fittings and valves. They had attention to detail and were very thorough. They started the job on time and finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. We had no problem in passing the city inspection. We highly recommend Meticulous Plumbing.

A few years ago we had to get a new pipe installed from the street to the house because of a leak in the old pipe. They had to drill a hole in the foundation instead of using the existing connection in the basement & now we have a small river in our basement every time it rains hard, which is unfortunately at least a few times a year in Portland. They tried to make it right & came out to ‘fix the problem’ a couple different times right after the work was completed but it is unfortunately still a problem that just never got fixed. I’m sure they’re great with some plumbing things but I would be weary letting them drill a hole in your foundation.

What plumbing problem?! Went to bed with leaky toilet, woke up to begin my process of fixing it. They opened at 7am (which was awesome) and had a team out here within a few hours- all through text. Fixed, reasonably priced, and details with what was being charged. Kaleb and his sidekick (forget his name-gah) were awesome! Honestly from the intital text, response for booking, booking confirmation text, text arrivals, paying, and already being sent a follow up email with photos. The urgency of the customer support was top notch.

Pros: exceedingly polite, tidy, nice to work with. They came out 3 times to re-examine the work.

Cons: I am currently scraping out the failed caulk job. Didn’t refund.

I definitely feel a bit ripped off- they sent a plumber, who was very friendly, come and give an estimate for some cosmetic fixture changes in my bathroom which was $89- the estimate was also about 2k in cost over other plumbers that came and gave free estimates. It seems like maybe they just didn't want to do the work but still charged me quite a large fee 🙃 my mistake but one i won't make again and id definitely recommend calling others first

We had used Meticulous for years, but our usual plumber had left. The last one sent was terrible - he had no interest in doing the work, insisted we had to replace all of our fixtures and get something more modern (old house, but the fixtures aren't that old). Then charged us what I viewed as quite an excessive price for doing nothing. The company representative was pretty flippant when I called to complain.

Have used Meticulous 3 or 4 times now, have found them to be very reliable and professional. They charge by task, not by the hour, so it's nice to know the total cost before they start work.

Top notch company. We had water heaters at the end of life and one had a slow leak. I was able to get a plumber scheduled for the next day and get the heaters replaced. Eric and Adam were punctual and super nice. Highly professional and got both heaters replaced in a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left no traces. I had used Meticulous for a smaller project a little while back, but will absolutely continue to use them for all of our home plumbing needs going forward.

Waterheater failed late in the evening but Meticulous got Adam to our house the next day. He gave me options and timing to choose from. When we chose to get the work done the same day, he was prepared and did the work quickly. He answered any question I had amd kept my home as clean as possible as he worked.

Adam from Meticulous Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing a broken bathroom faucet for us. On his first visit, he determined that the replacement we had bought didn't fit properly--it could have been installed, but not without the likelihood of future problems. He explained that problem clearly and also told us what to look for in the replacement. Once we had a faucet that fit his guidance, Ann was able to schedule him to come back. He completed the work quickly, and we're thrilled with the result.

Eric quickly diagnosed our issue and was very thorough with his repair and job site clean up. He was able to fix the bathtub faucet without a costly renovation. Eric thoughtfully answered all of our questions and finished the job within the scheduled time frame. Highly recommended! Thank you.
