Not only was Joel the nicest guy, he was knowledgeable, professional, and did an amazing thorough job. He went above and beyond to leave my area clean as well. They are reasonably priced and I am very pleased with the job that was done. I will always call Crouchley Plumbing for any plumbing needs I might have in the future. Highly recommend.

Having had work done by them in the past and had an amazing experience with them. Very reasonable and treated us with respect. We called to have them fix a leak recently. We were desperate to get it fixed the day of and Crouchley weren’t able to make it, so we went with someone else. I was so deeply unsatisfied with the people we went with. We should have just waited and had Crouchley come out! Now we know for next time!

We call Crouchley a while back and asked some advice. They were great and gave my husband the advice he needed to finish the job on his own. Now this seems counter intuitive for making money but when we had a leaky faucet in the shower the first people we called was Crouchley. They got us in within a few days. Roger called ahead to tell me he was on his way. He was friendly, professional, and quickly got the job done. He also took the time to show me how to check my meter for a leak. They have the small town feel and service. We will definitely use them again!

I called Crouchley with a leak we needed fixed urgently, while they were unavailble to fit us in, they were SO kind, explaining to me what might be the issue and reccommending another plumber near me who was available. Just stand up customer service that is rare these days.

We have relied on Crouchley to help maintain our aging plumbing in our older home for close to 20 years now, and have always found them to be kind, professional, highly competent and fair. Most recently, we needed their help fixing a leaky shower faucet that was getting worse each day. They were booked up for a couple of weeks when I called, as were others when I look around. I asked if we could be put on a cancellation list and, as luck would have it, Roger had a cancellation in the field within a day and he was able to come and fix it a week before our scheduled appointment. These folks are dedicated, friendly, know what they're doing, and in it for the long haul.

Roger and Crouchley were great from start to finish. I had a burst pipe from the ice storm and he found it (after another company spent hours and gave up) fixed it and the rate was reasonable. Highly recommend if you need a plumber!

Thankful to Crouchley Plumbing and Roger (technician) for coming out during a cancellation they had as I was ruling out the cause of a water leak. The leak ended up being from our AC unit in the attic, and Roger was kind enough to drain the overflowing drain pan versus us waiting for the AC company as this was not a plumbing issue. We are thankful for his work and thoughtfulness as I am at the end of my pregnancy, and this is the last thing I wanted to deal with.

Have had service from Crouchley Plumbing on several occasions. Arrived within the service time window, were pleasant, made the repairs, cleaned up after themselves, and fees seemed reasonable. My partner and I hired Crouchley after hearing from several mutual friends about how great they are to work with. We completely agree and can't be happier with the replacement of our new tankless water heater. Terry came out to give us a free estimate and Tracey (with Zach the intern) came out for the install. Everyone was great to work with and they even cleaned out the clogged flow restrictors in our other faucets too! Showering feels like we're in a luxury spa!

Joe, who came out to give us an estimate, and Eric and Kaleb, who performed our water heater replacement were all great. Both very friendly, explained things well, and answered all my questions. Eric and Kaleb were also very thorough in resolving an issue that came up during the installation of the new water heater (through no fault of their own). I would definitely use Meticulous plumbing again.

Edgar from Meticulous was really great! We had an odd issue with a former DIY on our basement toilet. He was able to come up with a creative solution and also simplify and save us money. Edgar is personable and professional. We were impressed, and would hire Meticulous and request Edgar should we have future plumbing needs.

I called Meticulous this morning and Edgar was here in about 2 hours! What a great plumber and educator he is! I have worried about backing up my sewer line for years but after he explained/showed me how it all works - I finally get it! No more worrying over nothing. He also fixed my toilet which really wasn't clogged but needed a new flapper. Boy, I really feel like I got my money's worth.

The Plumber from Meticulous plumbing came on time and did the main job I requested, unclogging the disposal and also did another job I asked for— changing the valves for the sink. Everything is working. It looks good and the area is clean.

When the plumber Kaleb Atkocaitis from Meticulous Plumbing was in our home going over our water lines and broken commonly-used items, he saw what would work best for us. He had expert skills and easily passed on knowledge to us. We now have a fantastic toilet and the husband is very happy. Also, Kaleb caught a dripping basement pipe before it got worse, so we were very lucky having him come over.
