I called Meticulous Plumbing first thing in the morning. Having read previous reviews, I hoped to get Randy and that’s who came - at 9:40am! I thought the problem was a leak behind the wall in the toilet supply line. Randy investigated that possibility (which, if true, would have required making holes in the wall). He continued to investigate and found that the problem was a very subtle pinhole in an exposed rigid line supplying the claw foot tub. It would be an easy fix. I was impressed that Randy carefully examined all the possible areas and found that pin hole. He had to call around for parts. He left, returned, promptly replaced the parts and cleaned up. He made sure I was satisfied. Randy is very personable and we had some good chats about food and cooking. The bill was more than I thought it would be, but overall I am very satisfied. Maybe in my next life I’ll be a plumber.

I thought Adam Buck did a very thorough job. Everything turned out as expected. Adam did a great job of explaining the work before starting the work.

Right on time, professional approach, review area for service and explained job description. Replace, clean and test everything it’s ok. Very satisfied.

Kaleb and his helper were prompt, efficient and courteous. They fixed my sink and also alerted me to a crack in a toilet. I am having them replace it next week and appreciate the head's up before the situation got worse.

Dare I say it, Adam Buck was meticulous, locating and exposing a gas pipe for us, carving through sheetrock with surgical precision and neatness. His communication was clear and economical. We've had other issues and all those have been expertly remedied by another Meticulous guy, Randy, These guys, this company is the real deal. We are very favorably impressed and highly recommend them.

Kaleb was great! It was easy to schedule with Meticulous, communication was very clear. Kaleb diagnosed our problem, pointed out a couple other issues we had (so appreciated!) and got the work done tidily. Will call Meticulous again if we have any issues.

I am so glad I found Meticulous Plumbing. For an $89 dispatch fee, they will come out and look at all of your potential plumbing concerns to figure out what could be wrong, what potential fixes are, and how much those fixes would be. If you end up choosing them to do one of the fixes, they will credit $50 towards the price of the work they perform.

Today, Edgar came out and was timely, professional, honest, and helpful. I asked numerous questions and Edgar explained to me how I could fix some of the problems myself if I was interested in going that route instead of paying for the company to fix them. He provided so many helpful tips. He gave me estimates for many different plumbing issues. I only chose to address 1 of them today and he respected that decision.

I have used other plumbing companies that spent a lot of time trying to sell you their services and convince you that you need to deal with the worst possible case scenario right now (such as repiping your house ASAP or else everything is going to fall apart and collapse).

Unlike many other companies, Edgar did not pressure me or make me feel like not repiping was going to be the worst decision in my entire life. He gave me the estimate so that I knew a ballpark of what Meticulous Plumbing would cost (which is definitely cheaper than some places out there), he listened to my concerns, and he understood and respected my "no" answer. I truly appreciated the fact that he wasn't pressuring me to do more work and pay more money. The work Edgar did do for me today was quick and much appreciated as well.

I recommend Meticulous Plumbing and I will definitely be using them in the future!

First class service, prompt, courteous and transparent in all costs. The use of Phone SMS updates to alert us when they would arrive and who would arrive including photos are very useful and appreciated. Highly recommend. .... Subsequent to the above posting I had the need for a different service call and once again they really outdid themselves in terms of professionalism and thoroughness. Really Good.

They managed to get someone out a few hours after i called. Adam was great, was friendly and direct and solved both problem toilets in under an hour. Will hire again!

Randy from Meticulous Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. He called ahead of time to ask if it was okay to arrive early, gave an honest assessment of a couple of different issues we were dealing with, gave a price upfront for one and a quote for another, and completed the work quickly. And he made pleasant conversation and shared interesting stories the whole time. I will definitely be calling Meticulous when it is time for us to do our slightly larger plumbing project... and might just try to call Randy over for a beer sometime. Thanks, Randy!

I used to work in construction, but I ran into a plumbing problem at my house that was beyond me, so I called Meticulous Plumbing. They did a great job. I even had to change dates a couple of times, which they did quickly. My plumber, Randy, was great, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Meticulous plumbing is well named. Edgar was not only highly experienced in leading my job (adding a bath to my basement with a lot of plumbing under concrete), he was very service oriented and responsive. Highly highly recommend Meticulous Plumbing and Edgar in particular to do your next difficult plumbing job!

They came out fast and just got the work done right then and there, at a fair price. Guy was super friendly, trustworthy and professional, didn't try to get me to do a bunch of stuff that was out of my budget.

Really solid experience as good plumbing companies can be hard to find. Kaleb was really nice, prompt, and professional. He rebuilt our kitchen sink plumbing after we got new countertops.

We have used Meticulous Plumbing 3 times between 2 houses in the past year and we absolutely will call again in the future. I requested Randy by name after our first positive experience. Really lovely human being, down to earth, excellent craftsmanship and care. We also had the pleasure of having the owner Leo, come out for a job. 2nd Gen, life long plumber, definitely knows his stuff and very thoughtful and kind too. Automatically put on a n95 in his truck when he saw I had one on. Really appreciated. Prices felt definitely more reasonable than 3 Mountains. They also were able to get us scheduled quickly for non-urgent work. Thanks again!

The process from booking to completion that Meticulous Plumbing had was exceptional. After booking with Rosie, I got text and email confirmation of the schedule. Randy was identified as the tech assigned and I got notification on the day on how far out the truck was. I walked Randy through the details of the repair and he gave me a cost and time estimate of the job. One of the items that did not need a repair was removed from the estimate. Randy was very polite, respectful and pleasant to have a conversation with. I approved the job and he completed the repairs as promised on time. He cleaned up after the repairs and I got the invoice and receipt in an email. Their office followed up with me to ensure that all the repairs were to my satisfaction. This whole experience was very smooth and pain free. I had kept them in my contact list from a 2022 job and will continue to reach out to them first for future plumbing issues.

Adam and Kaleb were prompt and very professional. They were very clear on estimate in person prior to the beginning of work and were helpful in guiding us to other potential upgrades needed to an aging plumbing system in our home. Would highly recommend them and the company for any plumbing needs.

Recently the water line from the water to my house had a break with water gushing out , luckily all of the water was outside my house. After turning off the water to my house at the meter, I called Meticulous Plumbing. They sent Randy Swan out within an hour or so to see if a work around was possible. Randy was able to setup a bypass so that I would have water inside my house. This would allow me to live basically as normal, until the actual fix was done. Randy was very nice and efficiently figured out how to set up this bypass. He was a pleasure to work with.

About a week later Meticulous sent out Joe Beltran and Eric Wagner and the long term fix began. Both men were extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable. A replacement water line from the water meter to my house was installed. The house water turnoff is now inside my house which is extremely convenient. Once the new line was installed, we had to wait for the city of Tigard to approve. Once that was done Eric Wagner came back out and put things back together as if nothing had ever happened. Again super nice and efficient.

Meticulous was very helpful in this emergency situation. From customer service, who got someone out here quickly to the end result of a new water line. Everyone was friendly knowledgeable and seemed to really care about things.

I have no qualms in recommending them for your plumbing needs. Thank you Meticulous.

I can't recommend Meticulous Plumbing highly enough! When we discovered two bathroom drain leaks, I reached out to them on Next Door and they responded promptly and had an appointment that day. The technician, Joe, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to investigate the potential issue and solution. He diagnosed both leaks within an hour of being in our home, laid out the repair options clearly with transparent and fair pricing, and got to work immediately on the solution that day.
