I bought a house and the electrical panel was outdated and not up to current code. I needed a quote to get it replaced. They responded quickly and with a reasonable price. They made it out on time and was able to get the panel replaced even with the surprises that popped up along the way. They made sure everything was safe and up to current codes. They cleaned up any mess they made and didn't leave garbage behind. If anything the area looked better than they when had started. I would highly recommend using them and if anything comes up in the future I will be using them again.

We were so happy with Sure Flame LLC. We had them come out to clean our two incredibly dirty gas fireplaces. They looked great! Then the one in our basement stopped working all of the sudden and they came out and covered it under their warranty. They were able to schedule us quickly, and they actually honored their warranty - which is more than can be said for most service companies. We will be using them for annual cleanings for both of our fireplaces from now on.

I cannot even begin to explain the high level of professionalism I have had with this company. They show up, they are transparent and are worth every penny spent... Our gas fireplace stopped working about a year ago, and so we just turned it off. The glass was also super filthy. I always assumed we were going to have to replace the entire insert. But after reading great reviews for SureFlame I thought I would start with them. They were able to get me an appointment the same week. Paul was on-time and got to work right away. He left about an hour later with our fireplace looking and working like NEW! All that for just a service call fee. I am very happy to have found a great company like SureFlame that knows even the older model gas fireplaces and is able to repair and make them look good again. Thank you Paul and SureFlame!

Paul was great! He was quick to schedule and come out, was professional, and courteous. He was able to diagnose the issue we were having with one of our gas fireplaces in under 30 seconds. He serviced all three and had them up and running in no time. Will definitely use him in the future for maintenance and repairs.

We have used them for years and they have been stellar on every appointment--from setting up the appointment to their technicians arriving on time and completing their work. They know HVAC systems and fireplaces inside and out, and patiently explain everything to their customers as to the services rendered. They also make sound recommendations on how to keep our HVAC system and fireplace running in tip-top working condition. We cannot recommend them enough.

I have an older gas insert fireplace that stopped working on me right before the recent cold weather, Paul from Sure Flame was able to get to me quickly to troubleshoot and service my fireplace. The fireplace needed some parts replaced which he did quickly, now the fireplace works great and looks way better than before. (The previous owner had done some things incorrectly when he installed it, Paul fixed the issues so the flame and overall look of the fireplace is much nicer.) Id recommend Paul and Sure Flame, and I’ll be having him do my regular services.

If you want prompt good service, Paul is your guy. I called another company before I found Sure Flame on line and they told me it would be two weeks before they could come to get my fireplace going. That company gave me an appointment with a two hour window. I called Paul and he told me he could be here at 3 pm (no window!) the next day! I guess you know who I hired! He not only came the next day, he arrived early. He had my fireplace running in no time at all. Paul will be my 'go to' whenever I need a fireplace checked or worked on. Thank you Paul! Sureflame did such a great job getting my furnace back to functioning as quickly as possible. After a recent power outage from a winter storm, the circuit board on my high efficiency furnace stopped working. Jason came out to troubleshoot and Fernando came out to install parts and check function once the factory circuit board arrived. All was done so quickly (in a good way) and both Jason and Fernando were so professional and great to work with. 10/10 experience. I will be returning to this company for future hvac work.

Great company! We originally called a different company who said we needed repairs that would have cost us approximately $1200 in addition to the cleaning. So we called around and found Sure Flame and they discovered debris that needed to be cleaned out that the other company had missed in their cleaning. The fireplace is now running perfectly and no repairs needed to be done. Dustin was professional and thorough. Thank you!! Greatly appreciate it!

I cannot say enough good things about Sure Flame. During the power outage in the recent storms, I needed to get my gas insert repaired. I unfortunately called the wrong company (Not Sure Flame). The first company was $100 more for the site fee than Sure Flame, and they tried to gouge me for a total of $3177 to fix my unit. Sure Flame fixed everything for $450 (That includes the site visit). They are trustworthy, up-front, customer-focused, and extremely professional. Beware!!!!! There are shady companies out there that misdiagnose issues either due to ineptitude or likely even as part of their typical approach. These companies gouge on materials and misrepresent themselves as repair specialists when they are only replacement specialists. In short, if you call Sure Flame, this will not be an issue. I recommend Sure Flame in the highest possible terms, you will be in great hands with this company!!!!!!

A+ Solid customer service on the phone, showed up on time and completely professional. Knowledgeable. Thought my 23 yr old HeatnGlo gas insert was completely dead, but it just needed a cleaning. It's now restored to pretty much brand new condition and ready for the next PGE power outage.. ha!
