Great customer service! Our tech answered all my questions and was extremely professional! Our gas fireplace looks brand new and is working perfectly!

We had our two propane fueled fireplaces tuned up, one of which I hadn’t been able to get working this Fall. It didn’t take long for the two repairmen to get it fired up. What I liked most is they found a fan switch we didn’t know about, so that was great!

Our fireplace was not operating at normal intensity and with the winter coming, and possible further power outages, we decided to have it serviced. Sure Flame had been recommended by a neighbor and I have no complaint of the service provided, from the first contact from Ms. Bennett, to attendance of Elijah. He got straight to work, was polite in answering any query that arose, and had the problem identified (another spider in the works) and removed within the hour. He also educated me in the use of the remote, on the occasion there is another outage (don’t leave batteries in the power unit, only insert when there is another outage) and the 20% flame adjustment knob.
I highly recommend the Sure Flame team.

I would recommend these people anytime I was in need of advice on some equipment I was looking to purchase and Mike was the only tech I could get to even listen to what I needed without being treated like nuisance he not only was willing to meet up on a very short notice he explained why I shouldn't spend my money on that equipment and a few days later contacted me and pointed me to a much better solution for my needs....sorry about lack of grammar and proper punctuation but I'm sure you get the idea anyway I appreciate the help and expertise........ give them a shot and I bet you will agree....

My A/C popped the bed on literally the hottest day of the year so far and I was in panic mode because I figured it was going to be days till I could get someone out here but I called A&M and Mike said he’d come RIGHT AWAY. Unbelievable. My hero, I was able to sleep that night, I wound recommend these guys for sure; super fast, super friendly, and didn’t even over charge me for an “emergency” call like a lot of others would. I don’t usually leave reviews but I also don’t usually have a company go above and beyond like they did for me.

Last winter my heater died, and Mike showed up THE SAME DAY, did his magic, and saved my family and from freezing. The other day he came out to fix my air conditioner, which I thought would have to be replaced. Instead, Mike fixed it in 2 hours for a FRACTION of what I was quoted by a different firm, all the while being his usual friendly, happy self. For everyone we love, A&M Heating and AC is the ONLY company we go to!

Our furnace was acting up, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. A&M came out within 2 hours and was able to figure out what was wrong and had us up and running this evening. Great and friendly service and at a fair price, I highly recommend. Thanks again.

Recently called A&M needing a diagnostic and repair to my heat pump system. I'm glad I did. Great communication, very reasonably priced service. I will definitely go with them again the next time I have an issue.
