I’ve used Sure Flame 2 times (in 2020 and 2025) to service my natural gas fireplace insert. This most recent time, the flame was intermittently turning itself off and on every few minutes. Sure Flame was able to easily diagnose the problem as a loose switch connection and repair the connection. I was pleased with the service, scheduling, and communication with Sure Flame. I plan to continue to use them in the future.

I had Sure Flame install my central AC three years ago and just had them out for a minor service/ cheeckup. Just a great small-town company that cares. Quite refreshing in this day and age!

Easy to schedule. Arrived early. The technicians performed a much more thorough cleaning and diagnostic on our fireplace, compared to the HVAC contractor who previously looked at it. Seems like issue is fixed! Definitely recommend Sure Flame for fireplace service.

I was never told by your previous tech Paul that was here a year or so ago that there were batteries in the
Relay under the fireplace where the controls are.
I would have checked them if I’d known. 🤷

Aiden did a great job fixing our gas fireplace. It turned into a slightly bigger project than expected. It works great now.

Thought repair good, but would have liked paint knocked off during repair fixed not just well I have nothing to repair it with. Most fire boxes are black and can paint the black. This one is cream colored. Young man nice.
