Liberty tree , came and did an excellent job, on the pruning of our tree, Sean , Mark and Giuseppe took my over grown tree and put it into Fantastic Shape, the attention to detail is much appreciated and they cleaned my entire half of 890 n Taylor st , Thank you Liberty tree!

I got a tree trimmed a few months ago. Got the estimate on Friday then without notice they came out to do the job on Monday. Unfortunately because of the lack of communication they couldn't finish the job over the driveway because of the cars. So I had to contact them many times throughout the next 2 months in to coordinate coming back

-update the owner called me and wanted to remedy the experience I had. Very nice guy and I appreciate him reaching out.

I was very impressed with the work the Liberty Tree Team did on our block. Working on a tight city street Sean, Mike and Guisseppie did an outstanding job of pruning in a way that makes it easier for cars to get down our block and looks beautiful while maintaining the integrity of our trees. The team worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. Mike did a good job of setting expectations for the job and following up to ensure we were satisfied. Thanks Liberty!

Liberty came and removed a dying tree, ground the stump and Mike Duffy recommended a perfect tree for our location. Rob, Sean and Juan planted a new maple for us. They were a great group of men - friendly, professional, cleaned up really well, took the time to answer all my questions and give me explicit maintenance instructions. I would hire them again and highly recommend Liberty Tree & Maintenance

I was recommended here by a friend and am so impressed by their collection of indoor and outdoor plants but also by the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They gave us care directions for 2 house plants we were newer to and offered for us to call or bring them in if we have any issues. Primex is the best and it’s definitely worth any trip! Can’t wait to go back

You HAVE to have Tom their garden coach come to your home and give a consultation - SO worth the money, he is so knowledgeable and helps you utilize what you already have plus gives you ideas for new . He made so many recommendations for things we can do today that will Make a big difference and don’t cost a dime, plus tons of recommendations for a phased approach over the next few years as we add to our garden. Everyone at Primex is amazing and their plants are amazing quality. 10/10!!

Great greenhouses with plenty to look at.
I went to Primex specifically because they carry Organic Mechanics soil, but they also have a lot of smaller bags of additives to aerate your soil. Pleasantly surprised by the selection of all things gardening.

The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Pleasant experience!

I had a great first visit to this store! The selection is amazing and prices are reasonable, but what will keep me coming back is the amazing customer service experience. I had my toddler in tow who was less than thrilled to be out shopping. Without skipping a beat an employee helped me checkout and carried my things to my car. Such a small kind gesture makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!

Whatever you do, go in with a plan and a budget or else you WILL buy the entire nursery. They have the best selection of plants in the region and the kindest, most helpful employees who are not only patient with my one thousand questions or requests for recommendations… but genuinely happy to answer them! I’ve also gone to them when my garden or plants are unhappy, and they’re super helpful and knowledgeable… often sharing ideas or having me talk to another employee with more specific experience!

Some of their plants come with warranties if you buy bumper crop, which we’ve taken advantage of a couple of times ours didn’t make it. We’ve also ordered soil in bulk and had it delivered, had them test our soil, and come out to our property for a consult on the plants around our property! They do. it. all.

My children and I went here today. Gardening helps me me relax so I was thrilled to see their wide selection.

Lowe's didn't have what was offered here except mum's. Most places don't have much left since fall is approaching. The staff was nice, they greeted you, and offered you help. Most importantly, one woman who assisted me was knowledgeable about what I needed help with! You don't get that at the big box stores. The cost when comparing was just about the same but a wide selection.

I will definitely be returning! Can't wait to plant what I brought today.

Everyone, that works at this nursery, is so knowledgeable and friendly. Every time i go in there, i don't leave for at least an hour. Lol. The plants, the people, the employees, the conversation, ... , i enjoy all of it. Especially talking to one of the employees named Alex. Almost all of the plants i ask about, she has. She's been able to give me more indepth information on care. Alex is so polite, and friendly, and just a joy to talk to.

Great staff and wide selection of plants and flowers 💐

The shop itself is very resourceful and wonderful and majority of the staff are incredibly sweet. I do not typically leave reviews, however, while checking out, Jamie assisted me at the register and for reasons unknown seemed to have an attitude directed towards me. Either for not counting my multiple items in advance or not making my payment as swiftly as she may have preferred. She will deny this comment I’m sure and that is to be expected of someone who does not take ownership in their subtle energy shifts toward another. It is unfortunate to experience this and I hold no Ill will but would like to also address that it was indeed noticed. Overall the shop is wonderful, but as a customer, please advocate for yourselves and request checkout from a different employee should you experience something similarly here or in any other establishment. This place is my new favorite garden center! The greenhouse is just wonderful! Rare plants, tropical plants and beautiful uncommon orchids! The selection of succulents is impressive!

The employees are friendly and helpful. I can tell that this place cares about their plants. Everything is so healthy and pest free!

Primex is worth the hour drive for me!

Always busy in the spring. Knowledgeable staff and helpful. Limited parking when it gets packed, but that's because it's great. Wide variety of plants and supplies. Locally owned I believe and a little pricier than going to Big box store but it's good to support the local business. I love them

Great place with a good selection. A bit overpriced sometimes, especially for houseplants and gardening supplies. Still, a great place with a good selection of supplies inside the store.

For houseplant, they get a wide selection of standards, with the occasional hard-to-find. Good selection of collectable orchids and terrarium plants. They get quite a bit of standard succulents and cacti, and sometimes some unique sansevierias and draceana. I'd like to see more euphorbia varieties and caudex plants, which you'll rarely see.

Their landscape selection is really good, and they often stock unique or harder-to-find landscape trees, shrubs, and plants. But those go fast, and you have to grab it when you see it. They are good at keeping a stock of the standards on hand. Again, prices can be a bit above average, but their quality is top. Everything is healthy.

The staff are super friendly, especially in the greenhouses. Some of the older office and cash register people inside the store can be gruff or dismissive, but nothing too egregious.

Overall, always a top place to stop in the area, with a constant flow of new stuff during the growing season. Winter is very limited.

I don’t know how I have never heard of this place before now but it is AMAZING! I wanted to spend hours there. I bought some great succulents to add to my collection and I have a feeling I’ll be back soon. Staff members are nice too. And I loved the little pride section of pots!

As a former garden center owner, I can relate to the challenges of operating a garden center. They've mastered the balance quality plant material, amazing selection and a fantastic staff that is helpful and knowledgeable.

The worst mulch I have ever bought. I have never had anyone put down 25 yards of mulch and it loses its color after a little rain. It was a really bad experience, and I don't know if they would take at least some responsibility for this.
