I recently went to Primex Garden Center and was helped by Olivia. She was very patient and went above and beyond assisting me. I had multiple questions and each was answered. I cannot thank her and the entire team enough for their customer service. I don't know if being friendly and helpful is a prerequisite to get hired or if they just enjoy their jobs but a lot of businesses could take some notes. Great job and thank you Olivia.

Blown away by the selection here. Every plant for sale in the greenhouse was stunning and looked well taken care of. I could have bought at least a dozen but went home with this stunning cactus. Looks like a sculpture! Will definitely be back here.

Love the vibrant color-pop for spring, especially Easter. Started in the winter, took Steven's advice, followed through in the winter. I love 💘 the season change...

Great nursery! They always have everything we need for our lawn and garden. The staff is awesome and the prices are good. They have a large selection of plants, bushes and trees. I highly recommend coming here for any lawn and garden needs

Really unique plant offering, most knowledgeable staff around, and a terrarium lovers dream store.

IF YOU GO HERE, YOU ARE BEING ROBBED. Everything here is way overpriced and not at all worth it. For example, a yard of brown mulch here is $50+. The going rate EVERYWHERE is $25 for a yard of brown mulch. What gives this place the audacity to charge 100% more than anyone else? I mean, that's a joke. Not to mention, everyone here is extremely rude, as if they run an actual great establishment. When in reality it is a complete joke with trash plants marked up 100%.

I Love their selection and their knowledge of the different plants and the best way to care for them! Love coming here for Spring and Fall flowers! Great selection of orchids also!

This is my go-to garden center. Local and family owned!!!! Buy my bird seed here... Mulch...Several crepe myrtles.. and of course I have to stop by the green house and talk about orchards with Steve....and I usually leave with one new species. He is very informative.

Beautiful center. The plants are being well cared for and the prices seem reasonable. I enjoyed my visit.

Was able to get a home delivery during the pandemic shutdown from Primex. Marshall was helpful and patient on the phone as we talked through options and what I was trying to do. Everything arrived on-time and the results are great! Thank you!!!

My son and I went here to look for potting containers. The nursery is absolutely amazing and the staff is so incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. My son is 16 and is getting into plants and propagating them. The young lady literally told him the step by step to care for his plant and to help propagate them. Almost $200 later in plants and containers we left feeling so grateful and blessed to have found this gem. I wish I could remember the young girls name in the nursery but she was the absolute best and at the end they gave us a spider plant to propagate.

Very nice selection, with some rare varieties for sale but a little on the pricey side. They go hand in hand though. Plants were of very good quality. No illnesses, bugs or bad looking plants to be found.

Saturday was a busy they for them and for me. Bought over a dozen mums and planted them the same day. Great people working there. Very customer-experience-aware.

Primex has the best selection and most knowledgeable staff in the area. Recently, I decided to plant shrubs in front of our house. At Primex, I received expert advice from Michael over a series of visits. He took all the time I needed to walk me through myriad options and select interesting shrubs/perennials that would complement each other. They go well with the Ruby Falls Redbud I bought from Primex in the spring. We're super happy with the result and can't wait to see them grow. Primex offers a lifetime guarantee if you buy with Bumper Crop soil builder, which is a nice bonus.

I have been a loyal customer and absolutely loved Primex , but this spring I bought an expensive outdoor shrub, which failed to thrive before I could even plant it on the ground. I had heard that they are very good with returns but unfortunately the staff was not helpful and just sent me away saying they can’t refund or allow an exchange even though I was within 6 months of purchase . Very disappointed .

We did the master gardener consultation with Tom where he came to our house and gave us recommendations for what to plant. A few weeks later we then met him at the store and he showed us our options again in person. We love the results! Very kind and knowledgeable service from all interactions with Primex staff, especially Tom.

I had the best experience at Primex Garden Center. I am a very beginner gardener and came to Primex to find something to fill a tricky part of my yard. Alaina (please excuse spelling mistakes) was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and patient guide in helping me find the perfect plant solution. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for Alaina’s assistance and how inspired I am by Alaina’s obvious passion for plants. Every employee here was actually very kind and helpful. Also, there is an amazing selection at Primex! There ended up being multiple beautiful available options to fit my very specific needs. And very fair prices! I will certainly be coming back as I learn more about gardening and will absolutely be recommending Primex to anyone who asks!

We live near several nurseries which we’ve been going to over the years. I grew up near Primex but had forgotten about it. Big mistake! I went two months ago needing nice house plants. Steven was super helpful and the plants are beautiful and thriving. The best part Is they offer a service called Garden coaching. Tom Horn came to our home to help us with some beds we have. Wow! Super personable, very knowledgeable and makes it look easy to plan our beds as we have no idea what we are doing.
We met him at the nursery, he had a suggested plan, walked us through the nursery, explaining every suggestion. The most fun shopping I’ve ever had. He was just terrific!
He clearly knows his stuff and is just so nice to work with.
This family owned business is a gem, full of so many plants, neatly organized and the staff is so helpful.
We are thrilled with today’s purchases and frankly were surprised at the affordability.
We are excited to go back to complete our project.
