I have been a pool owner for over 7 years and have bounced around from many other services. Overall I have found the pool service industry in our are inconsistent.
My experience with Arrow was just the opposite. I had a fairly complex and hard to diagnose problem with a new pool heater. After spending $5000 with a another large pool supply and service brand, I could barely get that company on the phone. I finally found my way to Arrow on a recommendation and was very pleased with the interactiom.
First and foremost, they are extremely responsive. Matt and Rich, are there to answer calls and questions and in my case gave me a number of free remedies to try before they came out to help.
In my case, those remedies did not help so they were there the next day and repaired my hard to diagnose problem. They have won my business and trust and I am happy to recommend them to anyone. -
After the death of my husband, I cannot thank Mike and his crew enough for all they do for me and my pool! Starting with upgrading and refurbishing the pool 2-years ago and opening/ closing/ monthly maintenance I am always so happy to look out and see the most beautiful sight! Plus, any time I need anything, in between appointments, the team always gets right back to me and completes the task. Thank you Mike and the rest of the team...I recommend you all and Arrow Pool 100%

Nice customer service and good opening pool service, but they have not been able to adequately clean our pool ad hoc and yet charge us hundreds of dollars for it. (Shout out to Taiwan though he is super helpful with ad hoc calls)

Glad to have the Arrow Pool Service summerized and winterized my pool. Wally is a treasure trove of knowledge. ARROW didn't spare effort to properly drain the water, blow all pipes, main drain, pump, heater, and returns while explaining every task. They plugged return lines, added chemicals, installed the cover. I feel the money was well spent and I'm confident my pool is well prepared for the winter.

We recently hired Arrow Pool Service to open our swimming pool, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. As new homeowners—and first-time pool owners—we weren’t sure what to expect, but Arrow made the process seamless. Not only did they do an excellent job opening and cleaning the pool, but they also went above and beyond by personally walking us through all of the equipment, answering our questions, and ensuring we felt confident in maintaining it.
The customer service from both the office staff and the service technicians was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Knowing that we have a reliable team to turn to if any issues arise gives us great peace of mind. If you're looking for a trustworthy and dedicated pool service, we highly recommend Arrow Pool Service.
Thanks. Wayne, Pa. -
We couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding level of service provided by Mike Carlin and Arrow Pool Service. From start to finish, Mike is consistently helpful, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive to every question or concern even if it is after hours.
Every interaction with Mike—whether scheduling, providing updates, or dealing with an issue at hand—feels seamless and reassuring. His professionalism and dedication to the customer experience have made working with Arrow Pool exceptionally positive.
In my experience, Arrow Pool Service lives up to its reputation as a trusted, long-standing pool service company providing top-notch care and peace of mind season after season. -
I highly recommend Arrow Pool Service! They expertly tackled a difficult, stuck pool anchor. Not only was the repair flawless, but they cemented the old hole with incredible attention to detail, matching the color and texture perfectly. (Thank you Patricia) The patch is absolutely seamless and invisible. Arrow delivers technical skill and aesthetic excellence.

Ralph and his team came over to my house in Villanova, near Paoli, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service they provided. They handled everything for my pool—repairs, maintenance, and fixing up the issues that had been giving me trouble—and they did it with incredible professionalism and attention to detail.
From the moment they arrived, it was clear I was dealing with a team that knows exactly what they’re doing. They worked efficiently, explained every step of the process, and made sure I understood what was being done and why. The pool has honestly never looked or run better since I’ve owned the house.
What really stood out to me was not just the quality of their work, but the pride they take in doing things the right way. Ralph and his crew are reliable, courteous, and committed to making sure the customer is completely satisfied. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, honesty, and such great customer care, but these guys do it all.
If you’re in Villanova, Paoli, or anywhere nearby and need pool maintenance, repairs, or just a trustworthy team to take care of your investment, I would recommend Ralph and his team without hesitation. They’ve earned my trust and my highest recommendation. Hey Boss better. Take care of these guys. -
I called Servpro to assist with water damage. Kyle and his team were professional and did a great job. Kyle answered all of my questions and was very informative regarding the clean- up process. I highly recommend Kyle and his team.

Kyle Vickrey and his crew were fast, professional, and thorough in their response to some basement flooding we had. Arrived right on time, informed me of everything being done, and did a great job! Highly recommend them and their team!

I had a terrible leak from washer connection that caused a bunch of mold and damage. Called Servpro of Norristown and Bruce and his team came right out after the plumber was there! They removed the mold and dried everything out and truly made it like it never even happened. I will be using them in the future!!

I work with a property management company and we had an office building take on water during this past week rainstorms. With the crazy weather i knew Servpro would be busy but they were able to have their men on site within less than an hour! All the office spaces were wet and they came equipped with trucks and vans of equipment for drying. I knew then that we were in good hands and would 100% use them again.Thank you

Thank you ServPro for fixing a problem we thought might never be fixed. Kyle was absolutely fantastic, professional and never missed a beat. We had the strangest situation where a yellow jacket hive rotted in our wall causing a terrible odor. Kyle knew what he was talking about and solved the problem in a few short days after many failed attempts from other companies. It's wonderful to have a clean smelling home again.

If you don't want to read all of what I've typed, I will sum it up for you; DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH OF SERV-PRO IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS!!! (and yes, the all caps mean that I am yelling this to all who heed this warning of a review!)
We had a small fire in our house and fortunately I was able to put it out with our extinguisher before it caused irreparable damage. However, I did not put it out before there had been extensive smoke and soot damage to the whole second floor and some of the first. Needless to say, the event was traumatic and some things were lost, but no lives were harmed and that was most important. That being said, the belongings that we owned that were damaged from the soot, we hoped that some of it could have been recouped with the help of this particular Serv-Pro office we used but that was not the case. The project manager's son came out with an assistant and they were very nice in their first visit, assuring us of what needed to be done and how they would take care of it. On the next visit, the project manager himself came out and pleasantly gave the same reassurances that everything would be restored as if the fire never happened, and in our vulnerably emotional states, my fiancee and I believed every word they said!
This is where the pleasantries ended.
They initially told us that they would need to gut the room that the fire was in but we wanted a second opinion, as our house was older and we were concerned that the repair would not be to the same durable standard that it was when initially built. Turns out we were correct and the independent contractor we hired told us that the walls we had weren't even built in the same way (plaster instead of dry-wall) anymore because of expensive cost. This was our first "red flag" from the Serv-Pro folks who now seemed like they were suggesting the total demo for the money they would make, leaving us with an inferiorly done rehab. 3 months go by and the clean up takes place, which admittedly, they did a good job with. However, taking inventory of all of our belongings that were removed from the house was another story! It seemed like they hired "summer help", like teenagers who needed a summer job because the "notes" they took of what was supposed to be an itemized list of our belongings for the insurance company to see, was BARELY legible! Misspellings that were handwritten in pencil on Serv-Pro stationery is what we received and we were shocked at how unprofessionally everything was done! There was no way an insurance company would accept anything like this so we were in a 'back and forth' with them explaining that they could have at least retyped the lists. Well, after some arm twisting, they relented and re-typed the lists, only to copy verbatim EVERY MISSPELLED ITEM! Ridiculous!
After all the repairs were done and we received the boxes that contained most of our belongings (there were a significant amount of things missing!) we opened the boxes only to find that EVERYTHING had been dumped as if it were trash to them and hardly anything had been properly packed! With the exception of some glass items from our dining room buffet that had been bubble wrapped, all else had been dumped in boxes like garbage! Items that weren't cleaned and still covered in soot still remained and some things that were family heirlooms that held sentimental value that were intact when we left, were now returned to us damaged! Not only that but now it's been 4 months later and we are still haggling with the insurance company for compensation for the unsalvagable items that had not been recorded by this company!
In the event anything like this should happen to you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS, because they will definitely not!! These folks may not be representative of the Serv-Pro franchise as a whole, but steer clear of this particular one who clearly indicated to us that they understood a "money grab" when they saw one and treated our belongings that way!!
If I could give half of a star, I would! -
I had ServPro come out to a house my wife and I had just bought. The previous owner would clearly smoke in the garage at times over his ownership period.
I called Servpro of Norristown and spoke with Maggie who was awesome. She was super knowledgable after I explained the symptoms of my problem. She gave me a whole gang of options for how we could proceed, finally settling on her best recommendation.
Danny came out and set up the equipment, sealed up the doorway so there would be no smell coming into the house. He did an excellent job. Danny was easy to work with, and took my calls/texts after the fact.
I would give these folks 50 stars if I could! The whole team was a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish.
Not only did they do an awesome job and rid my garage of that pesky smoke smell, they also were ridiculously reasonable. These folks aren't going to try and rake you over the coals, or nickel and dime you.
Well Done ServPro of Norristown! Well done Maggie! Well done Danny! -
I need to give a huge thank you to John Cavanagh and his team for coming to my rescue in 30 minutes from the time I called them. Their professionalism was outstanding and they truly cared about how I felt during this difficult time. They reassured me that everything would be ok and that they would take care of all of it! Ten ⭐️ !!!!

These guys are the masters of disaster ,, a well oiled machine which performed efficiently and effectively when our basement flooded following a burst pipe ( thanks Aqua!). They were in and out quickly, respectfully of our plight, and completed the job in a relatively short time. Hopefully won’t need to use them again, but if I have a similar problem, god forbid, I know who to call.

Kyle Vickrey and his staff did an outstanding job! I’m amazed at how fast and thorough they were. The finished the mold removal in two hours and had everything cleaned up like they weren’t even here. Great job and very professional. They’re quote was better than all the other business I reached out to. Very pleased!

My experience with Eric Valentin from ServPro of Norristown speaks to his character and competency. I needed emergency flood damage clean up at my home early one morning. I called ServPro and was told they would be out quickly, and they were. Upon arriving, Eric was able to get things cleaned up quickly. Over the next few days he came out to make sure the drying process was going as expected. He was professional and showed genuine concern for my home and furniture damage. He's an excellent listener and communicator! I couldn't be more pleased and appreciative. I would absolutely recommend ServPro to anyone. Thank you Eric!
