ServePro Norristown sent Bruce and Payton to assess our couch and clean it. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

SERVPRO was quick to respond to our water emergency. Within a matter of a few hours their staff had cleared out the debris, cleaned up and set up an ample supply of blowers and dehumidifiers . They helped us reopen as quickly as possible.
They did such fabulous work that I gave them the reconstruction job also.
I hope that department is just as professional and quick.

I've worked in the insurance industry for 25+ years, during which I've heard nightmare stories about mold remediation--mine is NOT one--because ServPro Norristown has their stuff together! I called and spoke with Paula (EXCELLENT, btw--her intake was thorough and I felt great about my decision as soon as I spoke with her), she had CJ at my house next business day to establish a remediation plan. This company had excellent communication throughout the process, they worked TOGETHER, no jerking us around, and kept all promises made. In 2025, for a remediation company to do this is an absolute UNICORN to find. I highly recommend this business, job well done!

We had an all around great experience with ServPro of Norristown. Tremendous, friendly communication with Paula in the office. She was able to get a crew out to our house quickly, even though I had to reschedule. Riley and Steve did a great job with the mitigation and explained everything clearly. The manager, Bruce, provided the follow-up and equipment removal. All helped put our minds at ease dealing with our first-ever basement water problem. Would highly recommend.

Austin and Roshown did a great job in helping us with major flooding between pumping it all out and restoring. Great guys.

I couldn’t have asked for better service from SERVPRO of Norristown — specifically CJ — for remediation from a leaky sink drain. He removed a sheet of wall paneling without breaking it; vacuumed all remaining water, etc. from the area behind the wall by climbing into the narrow area himself; investigated everything and reported back to me; thoroughly sprayed anti microbial solution; pulled up the dampened section of the carpet to install two fans and a dehumidifier for several days. CJ went the extra mile with things like making sure all the nails were removed from the studs where he removed the paneling. I was very impressed! The plumbers appreciated the wide open, pristine access they had to do the repair.

Thanks to CJ’s meticulous work we can put the original materials back in place instead of having to replace everything. When he returned (at our convenience) to pick up the drying equipment, he sprayed another application of anti microbial solution and left some behind for us to use in the future. During both visits he was very patient with our questions, and he made sure he addressed everything we needed before leaving. It was a pleasure and a relief.

We had a broken water pipe in the heating system that flooded several rooms. They came out at 2AM when a snowstorm was about to hit us and got the water cleaned up and dryers running in about 2 hours. I can't thank them enough!

I thought my first experience with SERVPRO of Norristown a few years ago was an anomaly -- their prompt response to my call, timely and complete resolution of the problem, courteous technicians who left the affected area better than they found it -- I didn't think it was possible for that performance to repeated. But a few days ago when I found a soaked basement carpet due to a hidden leak, SERVPRO of Norristown responded to my call and not only met but exceeded my expectations. CJ was the assigned tech who couldn't have done a better job of handling the situation. I hate that these types of "emergencies" arise, but it's nice to know that when they do, I can reach out to SERVPRO in good conscience knowing that they will come through. Thank you, SERVPRO...and CJ!

I don’t know if these reviews are posted by friends or family members. But they are con artists who will quote you a price and then charge you something drastically different. I’ve had two Hiriible experiences with Serv pro. One being 5 years ago in a commercial property where they destroyed the building without my permission or the building owners permission and then tried to charge thousands over the agreed upon price. I decided to give them another chance since the owner explained that was an employee and not the company and apologized. This time I returned from Florida and noticed sewage all over my basement. I explained the smell and that I had a child who cannot live in this house until the sewage is removed. I also explained that I would be calling a plumber to inspect the issue, but I just needed the sewage removed. They did do a good job with clean up and charged 2,000 I paid 1/2 deposit. I made it 100% clear to the technicians that plumbers have not been out yet. Next they came theee days later to pick up there equipment and called me with an attitude that there was back up in my basement again. I explained it was water from my bathtub that overflowed from the pipe ( which I don’t know why it was there business if they already stated they are not plumbers) now they are claiming (someone named Bruce) that there equipment is contaminated and want 1700 from me for the equipment. I don’t understand why they would leave the equipment there if they knew the issue existed and why I should have to pay for this. This is a scam. Do not trust this service

I lost all my basement storage area. They did not take enough pictures and all my things were moldy by the time to do an inventory with no photos. Only director Sean was very nice. The clean up was a month late to inventory yuck. Guys, you just gotta do a better job! My Adjuster had to talk to the owner of the company that should not have to happen!

I cannot express enough how truly grateful we are to Bruce and his incredible team at SERVPRO of Norristown. After the devastating loss of our apartment in a fire, we were left feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and unsure where to even begin.

From the very beginning, Bruce was compassionate, professional, and incredibly patient. His team worked tirelessly to not only clean our belongings but also coordinated seamlessly with other contractors to ensure that our clothes and electronics were safely cleaned and restored. Rob caught a small error in the initial contract and corrected it. He also pointed out some areas of concern that should be addressed. We were grateful for his expertise!

Every step of the process was great from sale to install. Installers showed up early and were finished in a couple hours. They left no trace they were here and the work looks great. We will use Thompson Creek in the future

The actual work done was fine, but no two people I dealt with seemed to be on the same page about anything. The first guy promised that what he recommended would suit our needs in dealing with our HOA, but when I asked the second guy who came out to take measurements, he told me he's not sure why those particular items were recommended, since they would in fact NOT suit my needs. What I actually needed would cost a fair amount more. To his credit, he called a manager and they mitigated the increase in price a bit for me, but it was still more than I'd been quoted. Then, the same thing happened with the THIRD guy that came out, driving up the price again. The third guy also basically called the first guy a liar, saying "oh, you know how salesmen are", as if that made it ok. Finally, my card got charged 3 separate times, despite me telling them that I wanted a different card charged, and then them telling me "don't worry, we've removed that card from our file so it won't get charged again." Twice. Then we had several miscommunications about someone supposedly stopping by for a follow up, for which I changed around my entire day so i could be there, and then it never happened.

Again, the work seems good, time will tell I suppose, but I've NEVER been so frustrated with customer service.

Great company, delivered as promised at 1/4 cost of Anderson, twice as soon. Fair, reasonable pricing. Installers were courteous, efficient and did beautiful work. Very happy with entire process and finished work.

I really loved Thompson Creek Windows company. The representative Thomas Broido was professional, knowledgeable & precise in his knowledge of Energy Efficiency as far as Windows are concerned….. even going out he way to haul in heavy window samples. Thank You TCW.- Lucinda P.
