Reuben and Brian were very professional and considerate. They took time and care to explain all steps and various Window product options to my hubby and I. They are also pet-friendly as our Nyla truly enjoyed their company. We opted to get all windows in our house replaced by Thompson Creek because of their savoir-faire and pleasant disposition.

We would recommend them to anyone on the market for Windows and sliding doors.

These items are to replace wooden doors and window screens on a porch (3 season). Isaiah Martin met with me to explain the process and the company. He did a GREAT job with the explanations and it was clear to me that he believes in the company's products. I am really looking forward to the installation of my new windows and doors!!!

Tom is a very competent and capable window professional. He is responsive, courteous, efficient and creative. Exceptionally helpful, Tom is very knowledgeable about window design, materials, installation and maintenance. I am grateful for his assistance and highly recommend him!

UPDATE: Thompson creek reached out to me and it seems as though there was some miscommunication between Ruben and myself. Thompson Creek has corrected the issue regarding the financing terms. Thank you to Rebecca for helping to straighten this out in a quick and professional manner!

I received a flyer in the mail in July saying that one of my neighbors were having Thompson Creek Window Company doing work in the neighborhood and now is the time to save on a project. My wife and I were looking for a storm door, so we decided to give the number on the flyer a call. They sent out a salesperson by the name of Ruben. We sat down in my kitchen and discussed the options. After hearing about the 50 year warranty on the door, I was excited and signed the contract. When we discussed financing terms, I was told there was a promo for 18 months of interest free financing. Great!

The door was installed on August 17th. The installers were supposed to come between 12-4, I called the company at 430 when no one showed and was told someone would call me back. I received no response. Finally, an hour and a half later, the installers showed up and it got the storm door installed. While it was frustrating waiting an hour and a half with no communication on install day, it finally got installed and was happy to finally have a storm door.

On September 8th, I got an email from the financing company, GreenSky, saying my first bill is ready to view. I logged in and I see an interest charge in the bill. Confused by this charge, I call GreenSky. They said I have 6 months of interest free financing. I informed them that when I discussed with my salesperson, I was informed it would be 18 months. They said that I would need to reach out to my merchant and the merchant would need to submit the request with the new code for financing for 18 months. Easy enough, so I reach out to Ruben.

I reached out to Ruben on September 8 with my concern. Ruben said that he was going on vacation but wanted to make sure this was looked at. So he forwarded my question to the Head of Finance and I should expect a response that day. I did not receive a response that day, but Ruben kept in contact with me the following week letting me know it was still being looked into. I appreciated this.

I finally got a response on September 18th from Ruben that says he received a response from Greensky and the Head of Finance and they cannot change the plan given the amount and time. I notified Ruben on the day the bill came out; so I’m not sure how timing would be an issue. When I question Ruben about the 18 months, all he said was there is nothing he can do.

I feel as though I was blatantly lied to. I was under the impression from conversation with Ruben that we would have 18 months of interest free financing, and now being told only 6 months and there is nothing he can do. I hope anyone interested in a storm door from this companiy reads my review and has second thoughts. If the company cannot stand behind financing terms discussed with the sales person and customer, I hope I never have to find out they will stand behind their warranty.

I hope to receive a phone call from someone in the Thompson Creek company who can help get this issue straightened out.

Ruben was extremely knowledgeable of the Thompson Creek products and the history of the company! We had several estimated, but agreed that Ruben was clearly the best choice… plus the one phone call and 50 year warranty just make the decision easy!

Frank's presentation was thorough and informative. He found a solution to an unusual circumstance, answered all our questions, and gave us the time we needed to consider all our options. The windows are made and installed by Thompson Creek, a plus in our opinion. The pricing was clearly explained, as was the financing. We are looking forward to the rest of the process.

Jordan Howe is a very professional and well spoken young man. His presentation was educational and i did not feel as though I was being high pressured. I did not purchase the sliding glass door I received an estimate for because a family friend was able to replace my doors rollers the very same day I had my free estimate, and the problem was solved for the time being. When I am ready to replace the doors - I will surely contact Thompson Creek at that time.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Javel, a sales individual at Thompson Creek, when I was in the market for a new door. While I ultimately did not choose Thompson Creek due to the much higher cost compared to competitors like Home Depot or Lowe's, I must commend Javel for his outstanding service and professionalism.

From the moment Javel arrived at my home, he exuded a friendly and approachable demeanor that put me at ease. He began by listening attentively to my needs and preferences, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about finding the right door solution for me. Javel was not just trying to make a sale; he was focused on ensuring that I understood all the aspects of the process, from customization to installation.

He patiently walked me through the catalog, explaining the various materials, styles, and features of the doors they offered. He also took the time to answer all of my questions, addressing any concerns I had, and providing valuable insights to help me make an informed decision. Javel also took great care to explain the installation process, highlighting the attention to detail and craftsmanship that Thompson Creek was known for. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the product, instilling confidence in the quality of their doors and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

However, despite the service provided by Javel, the pricing ultimately became a deciding factor. Thompson Creek's quote for the new door was nearly twice the cost of what I could get from Home Depot or Lowe's. While I was impressed with the quality and service offered by Thompson Creek, I had to consider this price disparity in my market

Ruben was wonderful. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable,,and pleasant. I was very impressed with him and his presentation. I did purchase 2 storm doors. I like the fact that they are a local company with American made products.

I had a great experience with this whole team from the beginning! My first meeting was with John Boothman who explained the product and the procedure throughly. We had windows and a front entry door installed yesterday 11/29/23 and everything went exactly as planned. The windows 3 double hung and a custom made picture window with 2 sliders looks great. The installers Carlos and Gerson were on time very professional, clean and efficient they arrived at my home @ 8:15 a.m. and completely cleaned up every little piece of dirt they made and left my house by 5:45 p.m. I would highly recommend Thompson Creek. They beat other high-end window companies, I had gotten prices from.

My wife booked an appointment with Thompson Creek to get an estimate on new entry doors. On the phone, they were polite, accommodating, and friendly to a woman decision-maker. I can't tell you how many companies we talked to who were not - they would ask for me every time instead of speaking with her. So frustrating! Thankfully, TC was not like this at all.

Thompson Creek offers great products. So far I have installed 2 entry doors, 2 storm doors and 2 really large windows and I am pleased. I had a few minor issues, but Ms Zalika Goulbourne and Rob ensured that those issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Zalika follows up with a phone call after every service and I appreciate that she is concerned about my satisfaction. Great customer service. I will 100% use them again for my window and door needs and they come highly recommended by me, and I am very particular with “ finishes”. Special thanks to Zalika and Rob.

I had an amazing experience with Thompson Creek. The estimate process was a breeze by utilizing their virtual quotation process. I met with Ethan Avgerakis virtually who provided an excellent presentation on the door that I was purchasing. The install team did a great job at showing me the ins and outs of the door after the install was completed. Overall, I could not have been more satisfied with the business that I did with Thompson Creek. They will most definitely be my vendor moving forward for any future plans with my home.

So far I had my estimate for a storm door with Jordan. Wow he was so professional, thoughtful, listened to where I stood with my home and budget. He is a great asset to the company. Sharp young man. I accepted my estimate and now the process will begin. My storm door delivery is complete how beautiful it looks and how professional the installers were. The did a precision job. Thank you to the whole crew. And you get a door made by the company perfect fit. I will refer everyone to Thompson Creek great company..and that includes the customer service girls as well.

The installers were very professional and friendly. However, the bottom half of the door doesn't seal properly and the window latch isn't working. See pictures.
