What a terrible company! For those that are looking to re-do their siding, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I hired Thompson Creek about two years ago to re-do my siding. This is what I got: they sent a subcontracting crew of apprentices with maybe one journeyman. In the process of installing the siding, they damaged my brand new windows, damages quoted at $1200.00. After the installation, I immediately informed Thompson Creek that their crew damaged my new windows, provided invoices, and heard nothing. Now, two years into our sidings, I’m starting to see signs that the crew that Thompson Creek hired to do my house had screwed up. The front of my house is starting to bubble, see photos. There’s no reason why I paid $30,000+ and should get these results. For this quality, I could’ve hired a handyman for 1/3 of the price. To the public: honestly, don’t use Thompson Creek. I’m sure they do a good job now and then, but if they don’t, and you have issues, they’ll ignore you. Their craftsmanship does not hold up and you’ll be wasting your money. I held off on posting anything because I can overlook the awful customer service issue. I was never planning on using Thompson Creek again. But now, I see that the workmanship is also terrible which is why I’m posting this. I really hope people don’t fall for the same trap as I did.

In August of 2023 we had a new front door and very large living room window installed. While all seem well with the window, now two years later and the door is still not properly installed leaving gaps causing light and cold air/hot air to come through. Over the last two years multiple people have been out, multiple “fixes” done and the same this each time. The door replaced three times, the frame replaced once etc., and still not fixed. Now when I call they must have my number noted as “do not answer” because when I call they don’t answer. 9/8 I called since 9am. Finally I called them at 1pm from another number and they answered immediately. I would never refer anyone to them and will never do business with them again

Great Co.!! The salesman was great answered all my questions spent a long time with me very patient with all my numerous questions! And always got back to me with any more questions, and was there every step of the way if they're any problems! Like when they're arriving! And when there was a minor problem with the order it was taken care of immediately! As soon as I texted him he got back to me right away! No waiting hours for a return text or call! And the installation team was SUPERB!! They got here on time and did a super job and cleaned everything, making sure all debris and old windows and sliding glass door were all taken away when they were done! And the lead installer Dave was great too!! Making sure everything was done to my satisfaction! And also was very polite and answered all my questions and had no issues with me. Asking a lot of questions, unlike other installers, I've dealt with!!

Al and his team do exceptional work. Everything was done perfectly and with care. They went above and beyond to ensure that an extremely heavy chandelier was reinforced properly. I had water damage in my condo and had to rip the some of the floor and wall out. Quality Construction Shalom LLC repaired this for me and did an outstanding job. They were patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. I was so lucky to find them. My living room was unfinished for months because I couldn’t find someone who gave a fair price and actually communicated with me. I got that with them. They got the job done quickly, and it turned out perfect. No complaints whatsoever. They were also extremely kind people. I would absolutely recommend hiring them for your next project!

I recently hired Quality Construction Shalom to paint a large two-story family room, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, they were incredibly responsive, providing a reasonable quote and answering all my questions promptly. The crew was professional, efficient, and very respectful of my home.

The quality of their work was excellent—clean, crisp lines and a flawless finish that really transformed the space. They took great care in prepping the area and ensuring everything was protected. But here’s my only complaint: when they put my furniture back, it somehow looked better than the way I had it before. Apparently, they’re not just painters but decorators too!

All in all, I highly recommend Quality Construction Shalom for their skill, professionalism, and attention to detail. Just be prepared for them to subtly improve your interior design while they’re at it

It started with a leak in our attic that damaged the ceiling in our livingroom. We considered just getting the damaged fixed but our ceiling is that textured stuff. So we decided to expand the project and get rid of the textured ceiling on the entire first floor and repaint ceilings and walls.

Q.C.S. did a fabulous job. The work took about 4 days. The crews were extremely professional. Everyday at the end of the day, the work areas were cleaned up spotless. The completed job looks amazing.

When it's time to get rid of the textured ceilings on the 2nd floor, we know who we'll call. Great work at a fair price. Highly recommended.

I recently hired Alvaro and his team to help me install new sheetrock, refinish old sheetrock, and install recessed lighting in my 1950s home in Drexel Hill. Alvaro was very responsive, his team was polite, and they started work a few days after the quote.
