Still waiting for installation, but so far has exceeded expectations with promptness and professionalism for both sales and pre construction measurement personnel. We were late for appointment and were met with nothing but understanding. Looking forward to install!

So far I really have a good experience. Ruben had a very good demonstration of the windows and Bob Martin was amazing with the measurements. Very professional and I really feel valued as the customer. I have the install scheduled and I'm looking forward to it!

Update: I've had the windows installed for about 2 months now. My biggest issue with these windows is that if you ever want to use a box AC unit good luck. I've called about this issue and was told there's nothing they can do about this. Just a heads up for anyone that uses AC units.

I rarely leave terrible reviews but I feel like I owe it to the public and community to communicate my frustration with this company.

As you can see here from this photo, this is how our door was left for maybe 3 months? This all because the project managers didn't communicate our conversations with the field team so they came out unprepared and uninformed apparently of the project even though we talked with a project manager multiple times about the scope. Additionally, the office staff never communicated our concerns and problems with the project managers so it was a vicious and endless cycle of us being the project managers.

The door to this day still has issues (the storm door slams closed- they put the cheapest hydraulic closing arm on the bottom- on a storm door that cost us $1.6k) we've called the office, we've talked to project managers, they keep coming out (usually a month after we talk... huge delay) and are just like surprised every single time with the conversation. So nothing ever gets resolved. And the door stays expensive and underperforms.

Do not do business with the company. It is nothing but a problem. Nothing but a headache. And overpriced for the service you'll get. I have warned every neighbor on the block. They watched this happen over 4 months time. They are all aware of the problems we had and I want you all also to be aware.

Note that shortly after this photo they used paper towels to stuff the door to keep the are out in February.... They had to rebuild this three times. Our door and experience was a running joke with friends for over 4 months. They always made fun of it when they came over.

Met with Tom to discuss a new rear sliding glass door. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the process. He gave me an excellent price and beat out all the competition. I felt assured that Thompson Creek would take care of me. Their customer service was 5 star thanks to Tom.

We couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish, thanks to the incredible team in PA. The team, including Bob, Rob, and Eugene, ran everything seamlessly and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Their customer service is outstanding, and it's clear that they are committed to delivering the best possible experience for their clients. The inside rep was also great but I forgot her name.

Eugene handled the installation of our sliding door, and during the process, he discovered several shortcuts taken by the previous installer that put it in last year. More concerning, Eugene found serious fire hazards, putting our safety at risk. He took the extra time to fix all these issues, ensuring the door was installed correctly and safely. He went above and beyond and he puts his heart into his work and you can tell.

In a world where everything is delivered instantly, it's easy to forget what true quality feels like. The first time I opened the sliding door, I felt giddy—it made me realize just how poorly built most things are nowadays. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in this door are remarkable, far surpassing our expectations. The smooth operation, sturdy construction, and overall aesthetic have transformed our space, and we couldn't be more pleased.

October 2024 : 2nd and 3rd project

We just had Thomas Creek Windows complete a second project at our home, and we are beyond thrilled with the results. Eugene and Mark did an outstanding job — they truly transformed our house into something I can't believe is ours! Their craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. They handled the window carpentry and board and batten vinyl work with such precision, fixing the poor vinyl and incomplete window work from last year. They went above and beyond, showcasing true artistry in their craft. A big thank you as well to Tom, Rob, and Theresa for their excellent customer service throughout the process. We couldn't be happier!

In our 25 years of being homeowners, this is one of the most professional and conscientious companies we have ever worked with. They were attentive to every detail, did a great job communicating with us, and delivered a high quality product. We were impressed with every member of the company, from the efficient installation crew to the office staff to our project manager, Rob. For example, when the installation crew discovered two patches of mold growing under the doorframe of our previous door, they replaced the drywall to prevent future problems. Our salesman, Tom, went the extra mile to help us, kindly touching up the paint and adjusting our existing doors to improve the seal. He bent over backwards to get us the best quality for the best price. We were pleased with the entire process and can’t recommend Thompson Creek highly enough.

We got two new storm doors and an entry door installed by Thompson Creek in south philly. Very recent so I will update if anything changes but the quality seems to be top class. The installation crew was prompt and professional from start to finish, even doing a commendable job cleaning up, with clear attention to detail and care given to the installation.

As with most home projects, we hit some (very minor) road bumps along the way - Thompson Creek was great ensuring that everything was addressed. I was impressed by the overall customer support throughout the process. I highly recommend Thompson Creek for any door or window needs. They are not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for.

They came the exact day they said. The door and storm door were just what I wanted and the install was great. It looks beautiful and is weather tight. Very happy.

Isaiah was very informational and his knowledge about the company was well informative and his knowledge of the company and the storm door that I want installed made me decide not to go looking at a company. Hopefully when I do get the storm door installed it will last just along as the previous security door. A privacy film was added to the last picture.

My wife and I were extremely impressed either our salesman, Anthony Criniti. The computer that was used was able to show us how our new door would look , color, style, etc. sealed the deal. Glad to have worked with Anthony on this sale! Jeff did the installation and was very knowledgeable and professional, completed the installation beyond what we expected. I'll start by saying Tom Broido is one amazing man. He was incredibly helpful during our consultation, and we appreciated his honesty and openness, especially since this is my husband and I's first home. Tom took the time to explain every step of the door installation process, making us feel confident in our decision. Side note: Tom has an arsenal of some of the funniest jokes, so we got a lot of laughs in during our consult.

I ordered my front French door through Thompson Creek. I have had multiple issues since I placed the order IN JUNE 2023 with them. Initially, who took my order and whatever we finalized I was told later he quit and never submitted the right order. Because of that, I had to pay $500 extra even tho I had his text confirmation and all the details. Finally couple of months after in September 2023, I got my new door delivered but very poor quality, with the wrong interior color, and the wrong door handles. I called and told them this wasn't what I ordered but they were consistent so I had to send them the picture as proof we took when initially we finalized the door with the sales rep who came to our home to prove myself. After so many calls I was told they have to order a new door which will take a couple of months again. I waited till November to get the better quality product (DOOR). Since November I have made so many calls to them that my lock is not working properly and your tech team messed up my main doorbell. When they removed my previous door and installed the new one they damaged the doorbell wire or something. I was promised it would get fixed once they come back. It never GOT Fixed. Anyway back to the door multiple issues, multiple emails and phone call to them and the person who was handling my case Z (Zalika). Every time i asked something it took her/them a month or more to come out to fix any small or bigger issues i was facing. The main concern i have been bringing up to them every time to date this door keeps losing up from its original place. Once i was told by their technician that the previous TECHNICIAN installed the wrong screws/studs (smaller) and this door is a heavy door he shouldn't use these screws/studs. That is the reason the door is keep moving from its original spot. I have been struggling with my digital lock because of these people one of my locks got ruined and back in January i had to buy a new digital lock to install which i asked them to install but they refused to install it by saying this is not one of our product that's why we can not install. I have text messages from the salesperson who took my order stating i can use my existing digital lockbox. Since last year September, i have been struggling to get the door and lock fixed but since January i was told by their team everything is good to go and got fixed. I have been requesting and complaining about the same issues and they did send it 3 times after the wait of a month or 40 days every call i made to try to get things fixed or to get the adjustments done. Whenever they made adjustments it's only good for a week or 10 days MAX. Most of the time i had to call them repeatedly and felt like i was being ignored by the team. I was not getting any answers from them for any of my emails or phone calls. Finally, after 9 months of struggle and paying a hefty amount for that door i was told by Kelsey Wright this is it. We cant keep sending our technicians to fix the door and they are not responsible for anything related to this matter anymore. I have asked them to bring me their Digital LOCK i will pay for it but since last week April 25th 2024 they (Zalika Goulbourne, Bethany Jones and Kelsey Wright) completely ignored my email. As if i don't exist anymore.
PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY AND THEIR EMPLOYEES. DON'T PAY THEM UNTIL YOU ARE 100% SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE.

As always, i sent 2 more emails to Zalika M Goulbourne, Kelsey Wright and Bethany Jones after receiving a response from the owner on May 3rd. As he mentioned he will take my complaint seriously but seems like its just a MARKETING TAKTIK. I even called and left a VM for them to call and if someone can come out and repair the door as i was told couple of months ago this so CALLED NEW DOOR is air tight but they just fixed temporarily. NO ONE HAS CALLED YET.

This was a long drawn out process. The installation started around 4/21/25.  First thing - the sales person was not honest about the window installation. Stated several times that the windows will only be 5/8 inch thicker than the originally installed windows. I was concerned about this because we had just bought new blinds to the tune of $80.00 per window (10 windows) about 5 months earlier. He re-assured us everything would be fine. Not the case, the new windows were installed and we lost about 3-4 inches in the sill. Blinds will not fit back into the windows, and now I have to replace the new blinds, with newer blinds, plus installation.

Next - the window installer they contracted showed up and had a whole mental breakdown on the phone with someone from Thompson Creek. Stated the windows are wrong and he is sick of going through this (our neighbors heard this and relayed it back to us). A project manager from Thompson Creek came to check out the windows (Rob - great dude btw) and assured the installer it was fine to move forward. The installer proceeded to start the installation. During the last window installation, the installer decided to run a screw through the inside of the frame (straight through the track, while not removing it to properly install the window screws). Wife noticed immediately after the installer left, which required a phone call to customer service, which required another visit, from another Thompson Creek installer.  Turns out that the previous installer also broke my newly installed storm door, which voided the warranty, because one of them let the door open and caught a gust of wind. Thanks guys!

5 months went by trying to get the screens and windows resolved. Screens were installed without the proper locking clips and half of the windows would not unlock.

9/3/2025 - finally everything is complete. Screen issues, window installation issues.

9/16/2025 - Still waiting for a manager from Thompson Creek to contact me.

Peter Kerr was my sales rep for a storm door that I needed for the front porch. He was very personable and patient. It was a pleasure to do business with him, and to purchase my door from Thomas Creek. I thank him for his service.
My installation of the front storm door was seamless. My installers were very professional, polite and thorough. I could not of ask for anything more. I am happy that I chose Thomas Creek for my storm door installation.

I got a new screen and front door put in a couple months ago. The salesman was polite and not pushy, the installers were great and respectful. I really like the door. I wanted to wait to write up the review to see how I liked it. It was a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. I’m really happy with the door. Bane loves the new door too. Now he can look out the front.

They were considerate to our house, installed the windows effectively, and made impromptu necessary changes that were asked by my husband and I. They removed old wood and replaced it with new plus got rid of mold especially around the front door. They cleaned up everything better than we anticipated!
