As the owner of an Insurance Agency I know the importance of making sure my clients are referred to the best when an emergency happens. Last week, a client had severe water intrusion and damage in their finished basement. I immediately had them contact Servpro of Norristown . I have personally used them and recommended them in the past. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my clients. The crew came to my house and proceeded to pull down the entire ceiling despite the fact that only a 1/8 of the ceiling was effected without my consent even though I was in the next room and asked to be consulted if more was done than the area agreed to. This almost doubled the cost of the subsequent repairs. My insurance company questioned the increased costs because it was not inline with their inspection. They did reimburse me after I showed the photos of the process. They also said that the Servpro demolition was inappropriate but they had hired them so they created the problem. The crew was very unprofessional. Taking breaks to sit in car and smoke. They seemed high. I don’t know what they were using in the car. Stay away from this organization!

Our basement flooded due to malfunctioning sump pump! Steve from Servpro Norristown came the next day and did an awesome job extracting water and floating carpets. Highly recommend this company! Very professional!

After having a leak in my roof that led to a lot of water damage, I needed a company that had the knowledge, experience, professionalism, and would respect my home. I found all of that in Servpro of Norristown. They sent out their best tech, Martin, who was very informative, polite, and professional. They did a great job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for any restoration or mold issues.

John Davis was extremely nice and helpful. He and his helper were professional and nice, they explained every step of the process. A very stressful situation was made calm and easy to deal with. I had a water loss at 1 of my rental properties from a toilet on the 2nd floor causing damage to the bathroom and hallway. It went through the floor down into my dining room affectingthe ceiling. I called Servpro of Norristown, they were very polite, fast response and got the job done. I was even referred to their contractor to help my tenant move back sooner. I would use this company anytime one of my properties needs any kind of clean up whether it be fire, water or mold.

We called Servpro due to a flood in our finished basement. Two techs arrived promptly and cleaned up the entire mess and put drying fans in place. We were very pleased with the service they provided. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

After a hot water heater incident, Jan and Steve were out cleaning, measuring moisture levels, explaining and all with impeccable cleanliness! They answered every question easily and knowledgeably. And Paula in office is also amazing.

My experience was 100% positive. Responded to my initial call on a Sunday night almost immediately to set up a date and time for service. ( I had the Insurance company out and Monday and Servpro on Tuesday). Crew was on time, courteous and thorough. Ditto when they came back a few days later to remove fans and other equipment. I paid their bill and was then reimbursed fully by my insurance company. I would recommend this group.

Kyle Vickrey and his team did excellent work, preparing my house for repairs due to water damage from a leaking pipe. He was courteous, friendly, professional and very responsive. He answered all our questions and was very reassuring regarding a positive outcome. He prepared the wall and ceiling for new dry wall and he strategically place led fans to dehumidify the house. He covered the area & cleaned up very well. He explained everything and told us the next steps. Based on today’s visit. I would highly recommend.

I had a toilet overflow in my first floor bathroom around 9:45PM, black water spilling out all over the bathroom, living room, and kitchen floors. I called ServPro immediately after filing a claim with my insurance company and got through to someone right away. They advised me that I would need to get a plumber out to make sure the issue with the toilet was fixed, and that they would send someone immediately after that to begin water damage mitigation.

The dispatcher I spoke with was Jessica and she was very helpful and even provided me the contact information for a plumber in my area who handles emergency repairs. They were able to come out first thing the next morning, and sure to their word ServPro was out about an hour later to begin the cleanup. Kyle Vickrey and his team were extremely professional during the entire process and walked me through exactly what would need to happen. The mitigation process was as quick as it could be and thorough. Kyle explained to me exactly how long the equipment would need to be in my home for, and what to do in case anything went wrong.

I've worked in homeowners insurance as an adjuster, so I am familiar with the process, but as a first-time homeowner experiencing their first major loss, even knowing how something should go, it was still a panic-inducing experience having to deal with something like this. Kyle, Jessica, and the entire ServPro team made the whole process as stress free as possible. I would absolutely recommend them for any water losses, or other cleaning projects you need done in your home.

They also worked with the insurance company and before we knew it the basement was back to “like it never even happened” for this being my in-laws first claim I must say it was a breeze with Servpro of Norristown!

Kyle V. and his team were outstanding... Seriously, they came out today... and they were top notch. Each step was handled properly and with great care. They were courteous with my questions and they explained everything well. They were fast but did not cut any corners. They ripped out my rug and began the process of water damage cleanup. I would give them my highest recommendation.

I am a Facility Manager for a Commerce Center in Norristown. I needed a remediation company to take care of a urinal leak gone bad. My tenants requested a company that is professional, clean, security conscious and safety oriented. Servpro was all of that and more. Bruce and his staff get an A++ in all of the above. The team at ServPro of Norristown is absolutely awesome. Their response time is excellent, their employees work diligently and thoroughly to make sure that the damage from fire or water or both is cleaned up in a timely manner, and their support during these difficult and trying times is something that I will never forget. We had a pipe burst in our warehouse and the staff on hand couldn't figure out how to get the water turned off until the fire department arrived. We had a lot of water damage as a result and we called Servpro of Norristown. Paula was great to deal with on the phone and she got a crew out to us that day. Crew was very professional and the manager Bruce walked me through the whole process. They were able to extract the water and float my carpets, a few days later they returned to pickup the equipment and now we are working with their reconstruction team to get things back to the way they were. The sales guy tagged all of our shutoffs and educated my staff on where they were so we can avoid all the damage in the future. They even gave us an emergency report/ assessment of our building for free! Highly recommend

One of my rental units had a sewer back up which flooded the apartment. I hired ServPro to recify the situation. There was a miscommunication after the first cleaning. I notified the office and Bruce White responded. We did a walk through and I shared my expectations. He assured me my concerns would be fixed. At Bruce's direction, the crew came back and did the job again, which exceeded my expectations! They were professional and friendly through the process. Huge shout out to crew leader Riley for dealing with our stopping by often! Highly recommend them!

We called ServoPro when we had a major water catastrophe at our home earlier this week. Paula took care of us immediately and told us exactly what we needed to do re next steps with insurance etc. An indoor sprinkler pipe burst that flooded 3 floors of our home in a very short period of time. They responded immediately and with a sense of urgency. Steve Jefferson ran our job very professionally answering every one of our questions and concerns. They worked for hours to make sure the house was safe and secure and worked directly with our insurance company to make sure we had everything needed to help with our claim. The men returned first thing the next morning and continued until the job was finished. This has been a very stressful week and we are most grateful for their work, professionalism and most of all their competence. I would highly recommend ServPro to anyone that runs into a problem at home where there is water damage. They were outstanding!
