Responded, literally, within 30 minutes. Courteous, experienced, professional. Local, hometown approach but with broad knowledge of both traditional and modern systems. Well staffed too. They don’t ever seem to have a shortage of labor resources, which is so common with other companies.

Dipaola is an amazing family owned company. I had a relative that suffered from dementia who used their services in the past. When she had some recent heating issues, they handled it quickly and respectfully. They never tried to take advantage of the situation and they even took the time to contact me to explain the problem.

He came told him what I need done he said no problem told what all he goin to do check on heat. Temp. Then cold temp. Said all good change filter i would he said he got it ok. Then went out side check condenser washed it out then said all done. He waste time did his job & didn't play on phone did his job. Then left no problem with your GUY GOOD. JOB

Great work honest and reliable. Only issue was I was told the tech would be there between 2-3 pm, and they were at my house at 10:30 am! Luckily my wife was home!

AC busted on Saturday @ 3pm. Contacted Dipaola thru their website. Text back and forth. Technician Nick was at house in about 90 minutes and fixed us up 100%.
