Dipaola Installed a new A/C unit and water heater. Quote was very fair and working with Dipaola extremely easy. We asked for three quotes and they were the only company to get back to us and did so that day. Very happy with the work and highly recommend.

Our technician (Tim) checked our HVAC system on 6/3/25. The work was performed efficiently while maintaining respect for our home. Tim explained the work performed and provided guidance for system operation. Highly recommended.

Our furnace quit running early Saturday morning. Corey came out that day & replaced a part. It quit running Sunday. We called on Monday morning & Tim was out in a couple hours. We were worried because of the freezing temperatures. Tim replaced another part & so far, so good. They are always prompt to respond & have someone come. Thanks to Corey & Tim for keeping our home warm. Thanks to DiPaola for always having someone available to take calls & respond promptly.

I have always been satisfied with the service from Dipaolo's. The technicians have always been respectful and on time, even earlier than originally scheduled. The price was scary although I realize all goods have increased in price.

Our air conditioning quit working the evening before a holiday and in the midst of a heat wave. I called Dipaola’s and we were up and running in a short time that evening. The tech and service were fantastic. I highly recommend their service contract because they keep our systems checked and if problems arise they will show up and take care of them. No issues.

Best experience ever! Called Sunday evening just to leave message that my air conditioner was down. I received a call back within an hour Sunday evening to notify me they will be calling me on Monday unless it was an emergency, he would schedule something with me now. Melissa, who answers the phone, called me Monday morning to schedule an appointment. She got me in right away and was super nice on the phone.. The technician Corey came out earlier than planned. He Met me at my house. He Fixed the air conditioner within 30 minutes and I was back to work on time. I thought for sure he was going to sell me a new air conditioner and furnace because it is so old. Thank you Corey For being so honest, kind and professional. I would not think twice with calling them again for any HVAC work I need done. I also wanna put a shout out to Melissa too. She is definitely the kind of person you want answering your phone. Dipaola has fixed several issues at my house, the most recent being installing a new furnace. I highly recommend their company. They are knowledgeable, competent and prices are fair. I always appreciate the quick service turn around!

Josh was great! He communicated, great personality & knowledgeable! Corey is also an amazing tech, but I have to give 3 stars based on the issues we continue to have since the install 2 years ago. Alot of nickle & diming instead of fixing it one & done.
