Gravener Heating & A/C ia a reliable company. Jim Gravener was punctual, professional, and detailed on the service needed at very fair rate. His service team were polite and replace my furnace timely without a issues and explained the process. Very pleased customer.

This company is very professional and trustworthy. They are able to advise you and take your needs into consideration.

Gravener has always given us great service. When our old furnace quit, they made sure that we had temporary sources of heat till they had the new furnace in and running. They always show up on time. Highly recommend this locally owned company!

We hired Gravener to install a Mitsubishi ducted ac system which was a little different than their normal install. Gary came out and talked over the options and listened to my thoughts and we came up with a plan and his boys made it happen! He also took care to hide all the line sets ducting and wired as not to leave house sloppy. I am very confident he will take care if any issues arise etc. The only knock I could give is the cleanliness during install, house got messier that we could have expected…. Have crew Bring more drops… and wash hands!!! LOL

Great job replacing my chimney liner and cap that was blown off during a storm. Honest company to deal with, Jimmy was great. This is the only company I will deal with now for Heating and A/C. I thanked the family friend who recommended them.

Prompt and courteous service with reasonable price. Technician Paul Poland was knowledgeable and friendly. Explained what he was doing and made it easy to understand the problem and the solution. Gravener went the extra mile by looking up warranty to see if part replaced was covered, which it was. This business will be highly recommended to friends and family.

Hunter replaced a solenoid to get my humidifier back in working order. He also replaced a small black water line because it had a pin hole slow leak that I had not been aware of.

We needed a furnace installed quickly during the winter and Gravener Heating and Air Conditioning did a fantastic job. Jim answered my many questions and provided extensive information so we could make an informed decision. He did not try to up-sale nor pressure us into making a quick decision. Paul and Johnny who installed the furnace were personable and professional well. The receptionist Michele created a great first impression of the business with her friendly demeanor and prompt communication.

Gary was amazing today! He was so professional and took the time to explain everything about my AC. I felt like I was being treated like family. I highly recommend their services – such a great experience!

We were using another company and we called them when our furnace went out during a very cold winter day. They couldn't help us so we called Gravener. They also had no one who could come out that day. Every place we called was swamped. A day later we still hadn't gotten anyone to come out but one of the companies we called had us on their list.

Out of nowhere, Gravener called us back. They asked if the heat was still out, it was. Our house was 32 degrees. They got someone out so quickly and they were able to get the furnace back on in a short period of time. They remembered us when every other company was too busy to get back to us.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago. Furnace goes out and we know who to call. They come out and see its the motor....instead of immediately trying to sell us a new furnace, they took the motor back to the shop and got it running again! They've saved us twice. They also fixed a wiring issue from when I had someone else try and fix it. 10/10.

Excellent and professional company. I have used the Gravener Company for many years and they have never left me down. I would highly recommend them.
02.19.24: I just had a new heating system installed in an addition at my home. Jim, Brian and Paul are professional and knowledgeable. I did get other estimates from companies who bid less than Gravener, but the money saved, would not have provided the best service. Again, I am very satisfied and will continue to utilize their services. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend them once again.

Great service, very responsive to calls and so easy to get scheduled for a tuneup or service. Gravener has been excellent for all our HVAC needs since moving back to Pittsburgh last year! We have two furnaces, one that is older in a challenging spot, and they had no trouble getting at it and keeping it running.

Gravener installed the heating and cooling for the previous owner of our house and have provided fantastic service for the 10 years we have lived here. Recently, when our air conditioning unit failed, Gary explained our options and sent regular updates while a new compressor was being built and shipped from out of state. Once he received the needed parts, he sent nightly emails updating us on his progress, even working through the weekend so that we could have the unit back as soon as possible. We can’t recommend Gravener Heating and A/C highly enough - they are knowledgeable, highly skilled, and thoroughly pleasant people.

Gravener has been my go-to shop for anything HVAC. Very easy to work with and personalized attention. The charges always seem reasonable, and they don't try to upsell me on simple fixes.

Nathan came out to our house on New Year’s Day to do our repairs did everything in a timely manner and wasted no time to take care of the issue highly recommended and much appreciated thank you!
