I am from out of state and I needed to help a friend in need get service on their AC. From the moment I called and spoke with Gary (who I believe is the owner) I felt comfortable talking with them. I then spoke with Dave to set up a service time that was convenient as I was traveling some distance to be there. I has a scheduled service day within 5 days of my initial call. At the house my repair tech was named Jeff. He had my friends AC working within a half hour and was completely professional and explained things so I could understand for future reference. I would highly recommend Gravener to anyone in their local area. They were quick to schedule, empathetic to my situation, and had the follow through to get my friends AC working during the peak summer time of AC repair need. I am blessed to have contacted them.

Gravener Heating and A/C are absolutely incredible. Had a laundry list of items and some routine maintenance and not only were they patient, but were also courteous and reasonable across the board. Nothing but positive feedback from here! Highly recommend!

I can't rave enough about Gravener. During the hottest week of summer so far, AC stopped working. They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. They fixed it in an extremely timely manner, the price was fair and I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell or gouge the price because of the weather conditions. We've used Gravener for 13 years for our Heating and AC needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are good people.

We lost heat on the coldest day of the year and called and had a technician in our house within an hour and quickly figured out what was wrong and was able to get our heat back on. I woke up to a very cold house. I called Gravener immediately. They were able to get my boiler back up and running the same day. I appreciated their speed, knowing how cold it was getting in my house. Shoutout to Paul and Roman, great job!

Hunter was thorough and very pleasant. He explained how he serviced. This company is much more knowledgeable than another HVAC company I just used. All the people I spoke to were very courteous and helpful. I will return to them.

Amazing service! Technicians were here within an hour of my call. New thermostat installed in no time with lots of good tips on how to maximize heat.

Was having trouble with our air conditioning on one of the hottest days this year. They sent out a technician that day who promptly fixed our air conditioning and even cleaned our outside unit. Highly recommended!

Gravener is the best. They put my central air in years ago, and it still works beautifully. Today, Hunter came and did the yearly check-up. He couldn’t have been nicer and totally professional. No hesitation here to recommend Gravener Heating and Air Conditioning.

Wrote this message back in the summer, but apparently forget to post. Thanks to the staff (and the cooler weather) we got comfortably thru a weekend w/o AC. Thankfully an inexpensive & quick fix . Glad i found them when i bought the house in 2022. Scheduling my fall service call now.
So now it's fall and had my servicing done and I'm ready for winter (although I suspect I'll still be using the AC for a bit). Hunter was great, as quick as he good be and pleasant as always. I feel confident with their service.

This company is the best. They have taken care of my furnace and air conditioning for years. I had a furnace emergency last year. They were out almost immediately. Totally dependable. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Hunter went right to work & was very professional & explained what he was doing. Very much pleased!

A 20 year old furnace gave out and we were able to get someone out next day. After deciding to replace rather than repair we received a quick quote with several options and had the new unit installed and functioning less than a week after we made the first call. The price was reasonable, the service and people were excellent, prompt informative with no surprise costs or fees.

When we had a boiler problem we knew who to call because we had used Gravener Heating previously. They are very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and had the repair done sooner than we expected. They were proficient and helpful and a very reliable service.

Jim was thorough and efficient- he quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with our compressor and got our AC working again! And he clearly answered all of our questions. I would definitely use Gravener again!
