We have been working with Comfy Kozy with years and absolutely love them! We recommend them to everyone we know. They have reasonable prices and have quick availability, even during busy times of year. We really appreciate that they make us aware of upcoming issues and how much time we have to plan for them - it always is from an educational perspective instead of upselling. Never any pressure to purchase a service unless absolutely critically necessary. Very easy to work with and always very satisfied with their work! We have heat/AC work done, water heater and piping updates, general plumbing, and will be doing sewer line work with them soon. Wouldn't trust any other company!

Mark and Joe are 2 reasons I will be a Comfy Kozy customer forever! They definitely are versatile and extremely knowledgeable about proper service of ALL my household mechanical systems. They had no problem doing the annual furnace checkup and air cleaner service in my attic. They even checked the wiring for my steam humidifier when they installed a new thermostat that is less complicated and easier to adjust than some of the newer models. They went on to service the humidifier and did a flush on my tankless water heater. Lastly, they repaired my gas fireplace that wouldn't light. All that and they left all of their work areas as clean as if they weren't even here! They were VERY patient with my multitude of questions and even changed my water filter for me. I can't say enough good things about them. Even my cat made friends with them!

We recently had Mark install a mini-split A/C unit and check out our furnace. He did wonderful work and was very professional and kind. He gave helpful recommendations regarding the furnace as well and we plan to have him back for future servicing. This is a wonderful company that treats you like family! Customer for life!

It's not often that I see this, but when a company appreciates its employees and treats them fairly and with respect, the employees are happy to pay this forward to their customers. They take pride in their work and strive for the company to be successful. This is the experience that you will receive with Comfy Kozy. Their service tech Mark is a perfect example. He goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are satisfied. His honesty and integrity, combined with his knowledge and experience, allow customers to feel confident that they and their property will be valued and treated with respect. It's very rare that I experience these qualities elsewhere, but with Comfy Kozy I feel that it is their standard.

Terrible service. Everyone is slow doing their jobs. Nobody seems to know which way to go or what to do. Computer system is trash and no common parts ever in stock. Wow

Not available to the public but awesome people so if you're in some sort of industry or some sort of business in there where this location and these people they offer a variety of things and HVAC and plumbing, Specially parts like you wouldn't believe might take a day or two but they will make it happen.

They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took their time to explain what was needed and why it was needed. They work really fast and efficiently. I am glad to have hired this company and would do it again and recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

We called 20 places after our pipes froze and burst on Christmas Day. They were the first to respond and got here within a day. Everyone else was booked out til end of week. They were efficient and affordable and they squeezed in a pipe issue at our rental property too. Great service and affordable. We’d be in a hotel if they hadn’t gotten here so quickly.

Installed a new water heater for me. Got many quotes from other places and this one was very reasonable pricing compared to the other guys. Needed this done as a rush job and they were able to squeeze me in with no problem, such a life saver! Definitely recommend to friends and family next time they need any work done.

Called Brandon as both floor drains were back up. Super responsive and professional. He was there in the am and now clog free. No extra charges. Did what he said for the amount he told me. I now have them doing a much larger job.

Genuine and hard working guys who seem to really know what they are doing and have the decency and morals that seem lost in modern times. I had just moved into a house and needed some help evaluating some issues and they were able to assist the next day, making the whole move in weekend a lot better and gave us better peace of mind. Will definitely be hiring them for any plumbing related work in the future.

Brandon and his team are always get the job dobe. They are professional, always on time, good communication, and the price is right. They have replaced a couple vales, fixed a broken pipe, and repaired a frozen pipe that burst for us this year. We will call them 💯%.
