Brandon and Ken did a thorough and excellent job on my "long list of home maintenance plumbing jobs." They were courteous, friendly, and knowledgable, and flexible to schedule with. I would definitely use them again.

This is the second time I’ve had to use this plumbing service. The first time I had a stuffed up hype and they came and took care of me and cleaned up after themselves and then left. It was very short very easy. The second time I used it, I came home from vacation and there was no hot water in my hot water tank at all.
They were very quick to come to my house to see what was wrong. The only problem was I had Covid. Brandon called I informed him I was sick. He came in through my garage after I gave him the code and I stayed upstairs so I wouldn’t get him sick . He came in and went straight to work and then went back out the garage and closed it for me. He then called me on the phone and told me to wait about two hours and then check to see if if there was hot water I did there was I was so excited. This is a very good plumbing company. They’re very reputable their timely and effective. I will use them going forward and nobody else. Thanks a lot Brandon for you and your guys.

Brandon was the best! I highly recommend this company, he came out so fast and got us hot water!!!! I can't express how much this means to us and how friendly and timely he was! If you need someone to do the job right, call this guy!

Brandon was highly recommended by many people in my neighborhood. He quickly returned my call and scheduled me ASAP. He had my drain cleaned within an hour of his prompt arrival. And at a great price! It’s very important to support local businesses and as much as I hope I never again have this issue again- BET Plumbing will be the first call I make.

These Guys are great. I was getting a ton of pinhole leaks in my waterlines and they replaced all the copper water lines in my house with PEX. They are extremely punctual and clean workers. They gave me a fair price and got the job done in the time they said they would. Extremely professional. Would use again, but shouldn't need to due to the great quality of work.

I’ve known Brandon since high school and has always been a hard worker. Called him in a pinch when other plumbers were weeks out and he squeezed me into his schedule. Got the job done when I thought he was just out to give me a quote. I highly recommend this man and his growing business

These guys are awesome! I had a major plumbing issue at my new house and I was a nervous wreck about it. A couple other plumbers came out but no one was as cofident they could handle the job. BET came in and never hesitated. They knew exactly what needed to be done and put my mind at ease immediately. The work was clean and done in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for better plumbers. They came highly recommended to me and I pass that recommendation along to anyone looking. Thank you Brandon!

I have had work done by B.E.T. Plumbing multiple times. Recently, they installed a garbage disposal in my kitchen, but they have also done gas line work for me.
When I call them, they always respond extremely quickly. They are dependable and always show up on time.
Their prices are fair and reasonable.
Brandon and Ken are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.
I am extremely happy with the work they have done and will continue to call them whenever I have plumbing issues. I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing or gas line work! A+

B.E.T. has done several different projects, large and small, for us over the last several years. Positive experience on all of them! knowledgeable, timely, professional, reasonably priced. Can't say enough good things about them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Efficient and professional. Called them on a non-emergency burst pipe and a water heater approaching its end-of-life; they were able to get us on the schedule in a reasonable time range and fix both with no issues. We have an older house with some odd choices in the plumbing layout, and their team was able to work with the existing hardware. Many thanks for the quick turnaround and the quality work!

I highly recommend Brandon! Like every other Pittsburgher, I live in a house full of...interesting...decisions by prior owners/contractors over the years and Brandon has been essential in restoring sanity to my house's plumbing (as he said on the last job, "The nonsense stops here."). We even threw some spur of the moment jobs at him, and he took them in stride. The work is professional quality, and Brandon is great to work with, always communicating when he'll be by and following through.

Brandon and his team responded immediately to my request for them to check out the issue I was having in my basement with water backing up. They resolved the issue quickly and efficiently while also explaining everything they were doing. With having no plumbing knowledge, I was able to understand what was going on and what needed to be done because they explained it so well. The price was great too! Highly recommend for prompt and polite service!

Excellent experience with BET plumbing today! I woke up with no hot water this morning, Brandon answered my call before 8am and was here within an hour! The new hot water heater was installed that same morning. Friendly, professional, timely service, highly recommended!

This guy is friendly, honest, prompt, dependable, calls you back, and does good work at a fair price. We moved into the Oakwood neighborhood in 2023 and after trying a few other plumbers, BET has become our go-to and will be for years to come. Couldn't ask more of a tradesman - highly recommend!

I cannot recommend B.E.T Plumbing enough! I was in a tough spot and called late in the evening, and I was so relieved when Brandon actually answered the phone at 9 PM. Not only did he pick up, but he also arrived relatively quickly to help me out.

Jamie fixed our leaking shower and installed a new toilet for us recently.
He was very knowledgeable, professional; and aware of plumbing costs. He even used melted lead and oakum to save us some $$!
He did a great job cleaning up when he was finished. We would recommend Jamie to repair any plumbing problem.

Rico and Chico were very professional, and did a fantastic and quick job clearing out my blocked downspout. They explained everything to me and gave me great advice for some repairs that will need to be made when i sell my house. Extremely happy with their work.
