Rico was amazing and helped finish our plumbing issue in our apartment. He was here from 12-2AM and was very kind and resourceful. He tried multiple things instead of giving up and was dedicated to helping us.

I had Kenny your carpenter redo my bathroom he took out the old tile and replaced it with his professional and experienced talent. Not only was he right in time he called before arriving. He worked endlessly and so hard without no breaks. His experience in his work showed through the amazing and beautiful outcome of my new bathroom. You should be proud to have someone who takes such pride and ability to complete and tackle such a challenging job in a short period as him. Had a shower leak and so I called Stahl and they sent over Rico Payne. Real friendly guy that really knows his stuff. We had a good time chatting while he fixed our issue in an hour. Highly recommend his services if you have any plumbing issues.

About 10 days ago a Stahl technician assessed a leak that seemed to be coming from my water heater but maybe from the furnace beside it. He said the 2019 water heater was indeed leaking and had to be replaced. A few days later and $1700 out of my pocket, the leak was still there. Today another Stahl technician found the leak was coming from my furnace! I am furious! The $1700 expense was not necessary I am sure!

Called Stahl for a furnace/ AC check as the ac unit was making a high-pitched whining noise. Original units purchased in 2008 from Stahl and they have always completed any maintenance or service. Received a quick response and service completed today in the pouring rain which was unfortunate for Tyree who completed the service call. He was polite and prompt and really the ac coils just needed a cleaning. All good now with the furnace for the upcoming winter. Great service as usual.

Rico Payne and his partner came to my house today and did a fabulous job repairing my garbage disposal. I didn't think it would be possible to repair because the metal handle of a measuring spoon was caught in the disposal and I thought probably damaged it beyond repair. But these guys took care of it quickly and well and saved me having to buy a new one. I am impressed with them and impressed with Stahl for sending them out so quickly after I called even though they were rather short handed on this particular day.

I always get great service whether it’s plumbing or heating from the Stahl. i’ve had them handle issues with my furnace, shower sink, you name it. And I’ve always been quite satisfied today. My service was provided by Rico who did a great job and was very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Eric was great! He took time and went over the pricing with me. They made sure they got to our house even though they were busy with emergency calls for the upcoming storm.

Technician was very easy to deal with and friendly. Completed the job in a timely manner and I have no complaints. I would say he did a very good job. The technician was here to service two furnaces for me. I have been dealing with stall plumbing and heating for several years and generally happy with their work.

We called Stahl for a furnace repair this morning and within 2hrs had an HVAC Specialist at our home. Maurice Johnson was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He repaired our furnace, cleaned and checked for additional issues in no time. We are very happy with the work and outcome.

On Oct. 14 two plumbers came to my house to replace a leaking hot water tank. They were not only professional but personable and pleasant. Their names are Rico and Meech. I definitely appreciated their work ethic and pleasant personalities.

Stahl has done a TON of work at my current house as well as my previous house. They’ve always been professional, respectful, and kind. They’ve done major things like replacing our cast iron stack and jackhammering our basement floor, to smaller things like fixing small leaks. We’ve interacted with over 10 people on their staff, including their master plumber. Today, Mike Johnson came out to help us with a water heater issue, and he was transparent and gave us good options. We will be calling again, I’m sure!
