Brandon was quick to respond and attend to our clogged line. He was upfront about price and services. Professional and knowledgeable.

Fantastic and professional service, I had a sewerline back up on my new house. I called at 430pm. Brandon adjusted his schedule and came out first thing the next morning to fix the problem. He identified the problem and provided the most cost effective solution.

I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and his business. His work is top quality. He is professional, knowledgeable, and expert. I appreciate the way he explains everything he is going to do, and then explains what he has done. I have had plumbers before where I lived, but I was never as completely satisfied and confident as I feel with Brandon. I give him the highest rating possible, and more!

We had a sink installation done by Thomas Lily Plumbing. He did a great job and we were happy to work with an independent plumber.

Five stars! Got a call back from a knowledgeable plumber immediately; installing my sink disposal was also quick and went off without a hitch. I didn't know who to call in town, so it was a spot of luck to find a good plumber right away.

Brandon and Branden are wonderful to work with. They are quick to respond to communication and show up when they say they will. We moved into an older townhouse with leaky drains and fixtures and Branden was able to replace old drum traps, shut off valves, shower stems, diverters, toilets, etc. in an old building where nothing was easy to work with. He was easy to talk to and did excellent work. Definitely our new go-to plumber!

Thomas Lily Plumbing did a fantastic job on our new sewer lines! Brandon gave us a fair quote and finished the work promptly as promised. We moved into a nightmare situation, but they got our system working quickly and efficiently so that our new home was habitable. It's taken a ton of weight off of our shoulders! We're very grateful, and would recommend them for any plumbing needs. We will call them for all of our plumbing needs moving forward!

Brandon is a literal lifesaver. I was way out of my depth with a leak and thought I was done for. He was able to come out the same day and take care of it like a pro. Brandon put an extension tank on our hot water heater. He answered all the questions I had and then completed it quickly. I also had a drip from my bathtub, that has caused some damage, and that I had a previous plumber look at, Brandon quickly realized the problem and had also fixed that for us. In the future, I will always call Thomas Lily plumbing.

Brandon did an excellent job. He gave suggestions, was professional and very forthright. We had a leaky outdoor faucet in a hard to access area. Now we have a brand new one that is so much easier to use. We will definitely hire him again for all of our plumbing needs.

Lilly plumbers were able to schedule me relatively fast for non emergency repair. A newly installed bathing station was leaking self and could not handle the washer discharge. They called to arrive earlier than expected, located the problem and were able to fix it in 2 1/2 hrs. They ball parked the job and were within $200 less than top range and $100 more than bottom range. The gentlemen (2) were pleasant, clean, well spoken and explained the problem and fixed it. The test comes with a load of laundry and a dog bath. But they were confident in their work.

Mike came out and unclogged our kitchen sink drain. Very nice and professional. Once again a great job done

The guys were wondering to work with. Had an issue where just wasn't getting any hot water. Called them early on a Friday and Brandon was extremely helpful. Ran through what the problems could be and while I tried to schedule with my wife (I was at work already) he worked on what info I could get to him in case we couldn't get a visit planned. Was able to make it over that late morning, diagnosed the problem, gave us options, and was able to find the parts we would need so he could be there on on Monday to fix.

On Monday they were back at which point Branden came to do the work. Ran into a problem where the part they were quoted wasn't the actual part (it was a cheap water heater so no surprise there). They apologized profusely and worked to again find the correct part. When that wasn't possible, we went with a new water heater. They rescheduled that for Wednesday and didn't charge us for the time on Monday.

Brandon came back on Wednesday and finished the work and we wonderfully have consistent hot water again.

Through out all of this process they were professional and courteous. There system was great at keeping us updated on appointments and provided us a good warning ahead of time of when they would be showing up. Can say enough how happy I was that they were able to come out so quickly and get all of our work done so fast even with the issues they ran into on Monday. Already ready to call them back for some of the other smaller issues we need handled in our house.

Brandon did a super job-showed up on time, kept me updated on progress, cleaned up the entire area afterwards, and was really quick!!

Prompt and professional service, the Thomas Lily team was able to work on existing plumbing conditions that aren't always easy to access and requires expertise/ adequate tooling. They did a good job answering my questions and problem solving.

Brandon was very easy to work with and did a great job. I needed a radiator connection repaired. He fit the job in with very little notice and worked quickly, and educated me on how to care for the radiator system. The price was reasonable, and he was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew his stuff.

Bonus: the dogs liked him too!

Edit: A valve started leaking shortly after Brandon left. When I called him, he came back as soon as he finished another job to tighten the valve and stop the leak. I really appreciate how responsive he was!

Technician was on time, efficient, and friendly. He replaced the necessary part and one other to ensure better functioning for a longer time. I agreed with his assessment of that need. I would contact Thomas Lily Plumbing again.

I found Thomas Lily on Thumbtack. I need a plumber to connect the gas line to my dryer. Brandon contacted me almost immediately via text and showed up the next day. He was straight to the point and got the job done quickly. He even told me if I have Heating and Cooling issues to contact a fellow contractor. Great customer service and a great personality. I will definitely hire him again and recommend Thomas Lily Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber!

Brandon’s great! I needed the drainage pipe to my sump pump repaired and it was super easy to get scheduled. He’s very responsive when he’s contacted with a service request. He came and fixed my drainage pipe in the same week I contacted him.

On top of that he remembered he had come out to service my HVAC system last year, and was very kind in letting me know he’s no long providing those services and he gave me the information of a person he trusts and had even trained. He’s my go-to guy - 12/10 recommend!

Brandon came out and fixed my problem on the same day and his services were very reasonably priced. He was very friendly, making multiple trips to the store after being given the wrong part. I appreciate the work he put in and highly recommend Thomas Lily Plumbing!
