My HVAC tech today from Sullivan's was great. AC was able to diagnose and fix the issue with my furnace in under an hour while also providing me a technical, but easy to understand explanation as to the cause of the issue. AC also explained the available service packages and was able to not only save me money today, but in the future. Really please with this company and their technicians.

Great service! Jordan and Bob came out within 30 mins of scheduling. Jordan was very knowledgeable on what he was doing which put me at ease. He even educated me on a few things while explaining. Not only did he fix the problem he told me the next steps to solve the issue indefinitely. I will be returning for the next steps. 10/10 highly recommend!

Isaiah H and John rescued the day. They were on time, they did a very thorough inspection of my system. They even gave me advice about my water heater. I need to schedule that. I was impressed and I recommend them. Sullivan, thank you for sending these commendable gentlemen. You'll be the only company I call for HVAC or plumbing in the future.

Initially I was considering a repair, so Sullivan first dispatched Gordan, one of the repair techs. He basically condemned our 20 year old furnace and gave me a breakdown of how much I’ll spend to repair it now, only for something else to go bad. Then he made several moves that define customer service. He called and arranged for a sales guy to come by, on the same day. Waved his inspection fee. Mind you, new installs are a totally different department, he still went above and beyond.

Ken, the sales guy, came out the same evening, asked some questions, and had an estimate ready in a few min. Straight up quote, no BS, none of that car dealership “good-better-best” drivel, just a realistic price.

Was it a sticker shock? You bet it was. But after some poking online I came to realize that the price was fair for the system and labor.

Yes, we know, you’re brilliant, and super savvy with finding awesome deals on the components online, and the price I got quoted seems ridiculous to you. Good on you, but I have this thing about major home upgrades being done to code, under warranty, and with parts that weren’t purchased through Temu.

And the overhead? Well, duh! This Sullivan guy isn’t running a plumbing non-profit. If you want free labor, you are free to do the work yourself. I’ll stick with people with experience. Speaking of which,

Dan and his crew showed up first thing in the morning. Confirmed the job, outlined the steps, warned me about some noise and said they’ll be at it for most of the day. I work from home, and they barely made any noise, and were finished by 3pm. I don’t know about you, but it would have taken me way longer than 6 hours to replace the furnace, the outside ac condenser unit, run all the lines, and install a bunch of additional stuff that goes with the newly mandated type of refrigerant, because our backwards society would rather pretend to worry about the ozone layer instead of solving actual problems, like homelessness, or… I don’t think I need to digress any further. But, yay, the environment is very happy with this central air system.

Anyhow, Dan and his team did a great job, quick, efficient, tidy, afterwards Dan did a full rundown on features, warranty, and some fancy electrostatic air filter. I’m happy, missus is happy, dog is… well, the dog is always happy, so, not much of an indicator. The rest of us would recommend Sullivan without hesitation.

Ted and the crew were great! They were Friendly, professional, personable and they provided us with consistent updates regarding the project. Everything they did is top notch. We couldn’t be happier!

Update: I needed to use Sullivan again for a different issue and this time I had the pleasure of working with Desimond Hicks. He was awesome. He helped me with every issue that I kept showing him. He is kind, funny, knowledgeable, and great at his job. I would definitely ask for him again!

First, I cannot say enough great things about this company. I have used them twice since August (once for plumbing, once for heating) today it was for the heat pump. Incredibly quick scheduling. This is the second time they were right there when I needed it! Today, they sent a HVAC technician by the name of Lucas Gonzalez. This gentleman was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and just genuinely friendly. Repairs came in considerably less than what I was expecting. Repairs were diagnosed, estimated and completed in the same afternoon even with a trip to obtain the parts. I am not sure if it is possible, but I would advise requesting Lucas Gonzalez for your HVAC needs when you call Sullivan Super Service. It is no wonder why they have such high ratings. Honest, dependable, and the work is done right! They have completely earned my business and all praise I can give.

A.C. was our tech and he could not have been kinder and listened very well to my concerns. He performed almost all of the assessments and gave me the options for further work and for future work and membership information from Sullivan HVAC that would cover A/C service call as well as Furnace/gas expertise. All employees that I spoke on the phone with from Sullivan were very professional and made the arrangements and provided updates in a timely and kind manner. I had numerous closer companies but I found Sullivan's to have the best reviews, so I feel that I made the correct choice in picking them to continue our relationship with a fairly prices/reputable/professional HVAC company

Mark and his team for delightful to work with. They were respectful and provided detailed updates on the work at the end of each day. Ben helped us initially, and his willingness to go above and beyond solidified our decision to go with Sullivan. The price for replacing our sewer lines was fair and transparent. Highly recommend Sullivan if you need any plumbing work, big or small!

We have used Sullivan Super Service a couple of times now. I have to say I’m incredibly impressed with their customer service and their technicians. Even with the crazy amount of business that they must handle, especially during the super cold snap that we had in Pittsburgh this past January, they were able to squeeze us same day multiple times on three separate issues.
They explained thoroughly everything and answered every single question. We even signed up for the monthly service plan, and I have to say it was one of the best decisions we made. 100% recommend.

Tyler Harris was extremely versatile in his work. He handled tasks ranging from disconnecting the plumbing for a new countertop and sinks installation to rearranging and reassembling the pipes to ensure everything fit perfectly once the new surfaces and sinks were in place. He also identified the source of a leak. His service was excellent and thorough!

Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable about all of the systems in my old house. I have never owned a house with a boiler and I had a ton of questions. He was patient and great at explaining everything in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend him. He was on time, polite and professional. He is putting together estimates for several options to fix my heating issues.

Ben performed an outstanding job with my situation. He was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Ben and his assistant John were highly professional, compassionate to me, and very intelligent in their professon Ben and John should be commended for being an excellent employees! The staff at Sullivan's Super Center are second to none!

Gabe Durso was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me every reason in the world to be confident in his work. He and John Fabelli we on time and did top notch work. Once the service was completed, Gabe Durso gave a a detailed rundown off everything. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Jake franco came to give a estimate on a water heater and he was very professional and polite. He wasnt pushy like most sales people which is always a plus. We got a contract to get our water heater done. It was leaps and bounds over the other company that came the day before. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber. The work is done and it looks great!

Jake, KC, Dan, Erik and Ambrose were amazing. The install looks great and the house is as clean as it was when they arrived. They were also super friendly and answered all my questions. 10/10

We just had Sullivan back to replace a faucet and install a gas log. Desimond Hicks and Randy Lender were the absolute best. Very professional and competent!! Another 10/10

Mark and his crew of Nate and Caleb were the hardest working - most dedicated bunch of workers I’ve had met in a looooong time. They were very informative and dedicated to make sure that my wife and I were happy before they left. I can’t express on how much that means to us - absolutely fantastic crew and very educated of the process. If we ever have an issue in the future - I would only hope we would get to work with Mark and his crew again…

They found the issue - informed us of the next steps - options, and we collectively worked thru the problem. We are back up and running and very thankful.

The Sullivan team does great work. A lot of these reviews have similar remarks which I think speaks volumes. Shoutout to Ted and JB who were professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure the work was done well and that I was informed. They were always on time and meticulous about containing dust and debris. They no joke left my basement cleaner than they found it lol. Jordan worked quickly to get necessary information over to my insurance so there weren’t any delays. Right off the bat they seemed trustworthy and I’d recommend them to anyone.
