Woke up to a furnace not working, called Lakewood Mechanical and they were at my home withing hours. Prompt service, excellent repair, and courteous service people. I will be recommending this company to all of my friends.

Terrific mechanical company. This is a place that has a deep level of skill in ANSUL systems, gas lines, excavation, commercial HVAC and Ventilation. They can handle complex airflow solutions, filtration, zoning, design and installation. They have great tools, and can handle larger projects. I use them frequently for sheet metal work on my jobs.

I have used Lakewood Mechanical for many years. new HVAC, New gas line, and most recently a sewer back-up problem that Chuck (plumbing genius) was able to pin-point and repair, cutting only one square foot of basement floor. Polite, friendly, clean. could not ask for more. Jim Bashline .

I have used Lakewood a few times in the last couple months. I always request Chuck. He performs quality work is funny and genuinely a really nice guy! I would definitely use them in the future if needed. Of course i will request Chuck! Would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I had my drain in my laundry room back up and what a mess I had! My husband just had hip surgery so I needed help and fast. I was lucky to have Tom and James from this company. They were professional, quick and got the job done in no time. They were my angels today. I would recommend them any time. Thank you for the quick service. It was truly appreciated.

Made an appointment with South Hills Heating & Plumbing, Sussex Ave, about 2 hours before appointment (after I made sure I was home all day to be there) he cancelled. Said his worker up and quit on him. (He only has one employee). He would be interviewing & up and going again soon. So 3 weeks later, made another appointment. Same thing, sat home all day and about 2 hours before he cancels again. Said his new employee had to leave work early for some reason. So, after TWO cancellations, you would think he would say he will just come himself. No, instead has the nerve to ask do I want to set up a third appointment! Don't bother with this "company."

Didn't end up using hvac services but the guy was kind enough to call me back and help me work through my dead furnace problem on a Sunday morning with temperatures in single digits. Will definitely call them first next time I need help.

So rude and disrespectful.My family has given them thousands over the years and advised my elderly mother that she should find another plumber if she gets confused on dates for appointments or because I called another plumber to stop by one time when they claim to be "busy." Totally unprofessional and discourteous. The son of the owner is totally lazy and obnoxious since the business was handed to him by his father. Otherwise, he'd be a McDonald's employee.

walkin to the office as we live nearby and fred and his team was really nice. we had this vibrating ceiling on basement after flushing the toilet for a week. his team came in same day and fix the problem in no time. i really appreciate and would definitely recommend South Hills plumbing and heating to all.
