Furnace quit they had a tech out within an hour and a half of being called. Needed new heat exchanger had it replaced 5 days later. Service techs were courteous and neat. Made quick work of the new heat exchanger install.

I've used Armstrong Comfort Solutions multiple times over the years for everything from unclogging drains, to new drain installation and general plumbing. This visit was to replace a water heater. I have NEVER had a bad experience withe the workmanship or with the courteous, professional repairmen. Highly recommended!

Gosh, I am so grateful! I thought my water heater was leaking, so I called for a plumber. They got him out promptly and he determined it was a leak from our heating unit. He made the call to get the right person out and he came late on a Friday when I’m sure he’d rather be doing something else. But he found the issue, fixed it and hung around to make sure it was resolved. Now we can enjoy our weekend without the worry of a flooded basement. Great service!!

The back downspouts of our house drain away into a buried gravel pit, which had become clogged after over 20 years. Matt Mertz/Armstrong Comfort Solutions dug up and did an expert job rebuilding the pit in one day. There is also now access to the pit with a removable cover. There is minimal repair work to the lawn from the heavy machinery, and the 8'x8' hole is refilled cleanly. I'm very impressed with the crew and the excellent work they did.

Domenic did fine work. The lady taking my call told me initially that there wouldn't be a repair today. She then said someone would come. I really didn't need her hesitation to help me in a timely fashion.

Kyle ended up arriving after hours with no after hours fee. We were just on the end of the days list. Very professional, system is 30+ years old diagnosed many issues and recommended a new unit vs. parts. Trip cost was very reasonable. Would recommend Kyle and ACS to anyone needing HVAC tune up or repairs.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. They thoroughly explained the whole process and made sure that I was aware of what they were doing. They were extremely understanding about my pup needing to go out and disrupt them working, and always made me feel very comfortable with them being in my home. Very highly recommend.

Bob, the plumber from Matt Mertz Plumbing, was great. Easy to schedule. Came on time. Good communication. Fixed the leaky pipe in less than a hour, with minimal disruption to my family. Didn't have to come back a second time. A little pricey, but worth it.

I had an emergency with corroded sink faucets and needed help quickly due to plumes of water flying into the air and having to shut water off. I called Armstrong Comfort Solutions, and they were quick to respond to my needs. Chase, the plumber was very business-like, professional and courteous. This is the second time they have helped us. Chris was very customer friendly and quick. Both times he found the issue and helped a lot. It was for 2 different properties. Also he came out the same day which helped me a lot. This second job he discovered it was a sewer main issue and I was able to get the township there to fix the issue. Service technician was excellent. We showed him the issues and he made great recommendations on how to best fix the problem.

The scheduling and confirmation system was incredibly frustrating and both of our appointments were delayed- the first by an hour and the second by more than 6. I will not use Armstrong again solely to avoid this scheduling frustration.

We appreciated the clear communication as to the work and materials that were required to fix our plumbing issues. The pricing was also straightforward. Bob and Joe stayed until the work was complete and until they were sure the sink functioned properly. They did not rush through the job and on to the next appointment even though we were the first appointment for the day.

I will hands down recommend Armstrong Comfort Silutuons to all my family and friends and neighbors. The guy that worked on our furnace told us the issue and the price to fix it. He didn't leave until he pin pointed the exact problem of our furnace. Turns out our 9yr old furnace needs replaced. But everyone was so nice and as always very very helpful even the ladies in the office that answer the phones amd makes all the appointments. Everyone's amazingly nice. Thank you again. We will be seeing y'all soon for a full furnace replacement.
