Had a clogged tub drain....was fixed quickly and efficiently by Dylan. Have had other issues addressed in the past and never had any problems. Recommend them highly.

Had water pressure issues , they came out next day
and replaced the pressure relief valve to try to fix
pressure issue even though there was no guarantee
which they told me upfront. It solved a little bit of the
pressure issue. They recommend I call the water
authorities to have them check the pressure at the meter which I did and there was plenty pressure at the meter. So I called back to South Hills Plumbing
and talked with them . They sent the same plumber
out to trouble shoot. The issue was the new
pressure relief valve was bad put another new one
in and the pressure was great. They did this at no
charge to me. Highly recommend this company for being honest and having great integrity.

Useless company. Charged me $150 to tell me my sump pump was working properly when it definitely was not. Terrible at returning phone calls. Did not give me any kind of reasonable time window for appointments- just gave me a range of a couple of days and then called when they were already on their way, ready or not. Look elsewhere for a plumber.

Had what seemed to be a pipe burst but ended up being a pressure reduction valve breaking. They were on site and fixed the problem within 3 hours of the initial call. Tom, the plumber was professional and courteous. I would hire again.

Definitely won't use again. We bought an old house and had brand new central heating and cooling installed. After just 1 full summer, the cooling wasn't working. It was running constantly, the house wasn't cooling, and our electricity bill was through the roof. They came to take a look at it, said it needed a "tune up" and we paid $149 for them to top off the freon. It didn't make any sense to me because it was a very expensive unit and was so new. The technician told me that they just don't make these units like they used to and we should do a "tune up" every year. The beginning of the next summer, it wasn't working at all. We had them back again. They said the Freon was low again. I argued about the need for another tune up. It just didn't make sense for such an expensive new unit. They found there was a leak in the coil. Since it was still under warrantee, we didn't have to pay for the new coil. It took weeks for the coil to come. They came and replaced the coil. We paid $280 for a few hours of labor. The technician said "I found the leak...there was a screw through the line" This is an exact quote. When I told my husband about this, he thought we shouldn't have to pay for any of this. Obviously, we didn't put a screw through the coil. Either the company did it with the install or the manufacturer had a faulty product. When he called the company, they called me a liar. I am pretty upset. I feel like we were "had" and lied to over the past few years. I feel stupid for not asking more questions along the way. I did not record our conversation, and I did not keep the bad coil. I have no evidence to support what I KNOW happened and the truth of what happened. Even more than the money we have paid to this company, this is about the integrity of the company and taking advantage of people.

Dylan and Geo quickly and efficiently fixed a small gas leak and capped a gas line. Had a smooth and easy service experience.

South Hills Plumbing and Heating replaced all the faucets in my home. They were on time, courteous and I had no clean up when they were completed with the task. The best part of the entire experience was the final cost. I highly recommend this business.

I had SH Plumbing replace two toilets in my home. I had a previous appointment the week before that they canceled. Shortly after arriving I had asked if I could get a discount due to the cancellation on their end. I believe the employees name was Tom he said and I quote, “No, do you want me to stop right now”. I proceeded to say I thought I could get some type of discount because you guys canceled on me..He replied a second time, No, do you want me to pack up and leave right now”. I understand if that’s there policy, however I did not like his tone. I made arrangements to be home for the first appointment and canceled plans. I will not be using them in the future for this reason

They installed my new AC/heater, replaced the old pipes in the basement with new pipes, and performed routine maintenance for me during my years in the house. They always did great work and were always the cheapest priced option.

Great folks, easy to communicate with, did great work. Dylan replaced two shutoff valves in the amount of time it would've taken me to google which valves to buy. Highly recommend.

Boom! AC fixed on theee hottest day! Of course the ac just had to quit working on one of the hottest days. Contacted South Hills Electric and spoke w/ Donna, who was great!- she had a service tech, Steve at my house on the same day. Steve explained everything clearly and had my ac back up & running. Pricing was very reasonable. Not to mention, the whole experience went smooth and stress-free. Thanx South Hills Electric Heating & Cooling. I really appreciated the fast & professional service!
Thanx Steve for being able to service the same day.

I was having issues with my 18-year old air conditioning unit and called John here at South Hills Plumbing & Heating and he came right out. We could have kept the older unit going, but John was able to quote me a new unit on the spot which was competitive with what we have been quoted on in the past.

John scheduled for an installation a few days later and returned with (2) other technicians to help remove the old unit and install the new one. They did a great job with cleanup and now my house is so much more cooler than it was before.

Thank you John and the rest of the team there at South Hills Plumbing & Heating!

We lost powerin half of our first floor. Every time I reset the breaker, it tripped again. I called South Hills electric and got on the schedule for the next day. Jake and Steve came out and got right to work. They had to pull every non-working outlet and switch on the circuit. Honestly, I thought they would not find the issue-but they did! A bare wire was touching a metal box and causing the problem. I was relieved to have it fixed.

Jake and Steve were very professional, thorough and easy to work. It was a pleasure having them in our home.i will definitely call South Hills electric again if I have any issue again. Also, while they was here, they took the time to explain how important it is to have my furnace and central air system checked twice a year. These guys are rockstars!

You can always tell when a company truly cares about the community it’s part of. Recently, a local group organized a hot meal event for neighbors still without power, and reached out for help. Without hesitation, the owner of South Hills Electric responded with a generous donation.

This is exactly the kind of business we should be supporting—one that shows up when the community needs it most.

Thank you, Patrick, for your generosity and commitment to our city. We need more businesses like yours!

The tech that came was a knowledgeable and nice guy . Price quoted seemed way too much. Decided to seek another company. Way over priced !

Called them for a plumbing repair to diagnose smelly sinks. The individual was in the house for less than 5 minutes and said "You need to call a plumber." I thought I did - extremely disappointing considering their website specifically advertises "funky smells"

Terry was great to work with. He explained the dye test and what all was involved. I appreciate his expertise.

Mike was so kind. Armstrong got me on the schedule fast. I had missed routine maintenance, so Mike gave me some instruction to keep the HVAC working well. Reasonable pricing and very kind people.
