My furnace went out and they couldn’t have been nicer on the phone and the technician was very nice and fixed the problem quickly. They also serviced my A/C in the summer. All around a great company to deal with.

0 stars. Our water heater was on the fritz after a power outage (surge). Called Armstrong because they had bought out the vendor that installed our unit. They arrived refusing to diagnose the problem -- saying because the unit was out of warranty the process to troubleshoot would be too expensive -- and basically gave us a take-it-or-leave-it offer of $2900 to replace the unit. While the tech was still there I called another company, read then our model/serial number and was quoted $2050 for a replacement. Paid Armstrong their $65 service charge and made them leave. The other vendor arrive the next day and before selling us a new unit spent 45 minute troubleshooting and trying to save us money. They couldn't but tried; then they installed the new unit for the promised price l, tax and everything else included. Armstrong lives up to their name and tried to strong-arm us. The experience sucked. Never again.

We had a new shower head and hand held nozzle installed by Matt Mertz Armstrong Comfort Solutions. Shane was our technician. He was on time, courteous and concerned. It required drilling into my ceramic tile. Shane took such care & time as he didn't want to compromise the tile in any way. He did an excellent job. And completed the job in a reasonable time. It did seem a bit pricey, at $450, but he did the job right, and we are very happy with our new shower features.

Kyle did an excellent job. He was kind, courteous and efficient. We are always very pleased with Armstrong Comfort Solutions service.

This is the second time I am using Armstrong Comfort Solutions. Myka, the HAVC technician was great. Clearly diagnosed the problem and offered possible options to solve the issue. I have confidence in their knowledge, service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

TJ is amazing!! He knew exactly what to do. He did a beautiful job and I no longer have a leak anywhere going through the kitchen floor to my basement. He found a leak in my kitchen faucet. He’s going to install a new one when it comes in. Thank you for coming back and doing it right!!

TJ was super helpful. Very professional and helped get into the plumbing without cutting a hole in the ceiling, which was great. He told me what the problem is and I can fix it affordably. And then he fixed my sink that was giving me trouble at the same time which was great! Above and beyond.!

I would highly recommend the Armstrong team due to their true concerns, timeliness and overall interest in making sure that I had a positive experience working with them. I worked directly with Brock on replacing my hot water heater and we ran into several issues that were due to no fault of Armstrong but more with the equipment that I purchased. Brock continued to look for the best solutions over a few month period, continuing to check in on me and bringing in the manufactures rep in order to find a better solutions for my problem in order to satisfy the quality of the work. I could not have asked for better support. Brock and his manufacturing rep took the time to do a great job with the installation

Our plumber was able to quickly diagnose and fix the jammed garbage disposal. It took 5 minutes and I did not need a new disposal. Scheduling was a little bit of a pain, but it is the holidays.

Armstrong comfort did an amazing job installing and activating my new furnace. Prompt and very professional as well as friendly. Would highly recommend.
