Brandon was very communicative and provided exceptional service. As a new homeowner, I needed a new gas line run to the oven and a leak in my tub plumbing fixed. He did an excellent job with both, in a timely manner, and well priced. Highly recommend working with Thomas Lily Plumbing!

Avoid this company at all costs, Brandon is unprofessional, argumentative, and does not stand behind his estimates. They were scheduled to start work on 9/3/24, showed up late, did next to nothing, claiming they did not have what they needed to start the project. I was assured the next day they would be back and will also provide me with a list of materials they would need. I had to make special arrangements to have my dog and significant other who works from home so that they would be able to run the pipes downstairs. The next day brandon called me and said he was again running late, that he had to stop at the warehouse to get supplies, once he showed up he cut a hole in my floor, asked me to come upstairs to talk, then told me the items missing he wouldn’t need yet that it was not a big deal he would run all of the piping and not be able to get to that part of the job until Friday the earliest. Then told me he was going to get some more supplies and never came back. When I called to ask where Brandon was the other Brandon picked up and said oh I’m sorry I wasn’t feeling good, I meant to call you but we are not coming back. Then proceeded to claim the general contractor who is managing the job was talking bad about the project, he also blatantly lied and said he was not aware of the arrangements and that the job was being ran through a general contractor. To be exact Monday August 19th at exactly 11: 16am EST. I explained in detail before they started who the GC was and how the job was being facilitated. He also told the GC that he did not read the information he signed and wish he would have, Before the job started. I also requested that Brandon come walk through the project and to talk to the person who designed the bathrooms. Brandon said they did not need to walk through he remembered the details. Then proceeded to deny the fact that we tried calling to discuss the details to make sure everyone was on the same page.

Follow up to your response : It was you Brandon, this was not complicated what your employee did was vandalism and set my project back months.

We had a great experience with Thomas Lily plumbing. They were fantastic to work with, very kind, and did nice work.

Brandon is polite, prompt , and knowledgeable. Explained details of services quite well. Easy to talk with and quite efficient.

We had a portion of a pipe replaced. It took a little time to figure out where the leak was coming from, and Thomas was very patient, thorough, efficent and pleasant to deal with.

We had them replace our original stack and they also updated and relocated drain line for our new bathroom. was very happy with the work it looked very professionally done and was done very efficiently and quickly.

I was connected with Thomas Lily through Thumbtack, responding and having Thomas at my home in about an hour. This is a recurrent need to have my basement snaked.

This was the FIRST time I actually got an explanation in terms I understood easily. Thomas video’d the pipes from both the inside and outside trap. I totally understand what is causing this repeated problem.

Then, we started discussing more permanent fixes and the relative work/cost. The following day, Brenden, his colleague, texted me someone’s name who may be able to do some less invasive work.

I was very pleased with the service I receive and Thomas Lily is in my contacts for the future. This customer service and making sure I was informed on the issue was wonderful. In the past, the pipe saw snaked (sometimes with grumbles) and money collected. This team is exceptional.

I had a broken drain pipe in my kitchen sink that was embedded into the brickwork and leaking into my neighbors kitchen downstairs. I was trying to get it fixed for a full month. I talked to 6 plumbers. Several came out and provided estimates of around $3000 to run a new drain pipe (not including the thousands it would cost for demo and repair of the walls, ceiling, and cabinets). I even approved the work with one company but they didn't show up. Brandon from Thomas Lily came by to provide an estimate and was also thinking about running a new drain pipe but he offered to open the wall under my sink to expose more of the pipe and gather more information. He immediately found a hole plugged with a bit of disintegrating wood that previous plumbers had probably used to run a snake. He said he could fix it but said that if I was comfortable I could just tap the pipe and plug the hole myself to save cash. He also discovered a very loose hot water supply fitting and replaced it. I bought a $3 rubber plug as a same day temporary solution and spent $36 on a tap kit and metal plug as permanent solution. So instead of paying thousands of dollars I paid a few hundred for his visit and $40 in parts. Brandon was an excellent communicator, scheduled a visit quickly, and showed up on time.

They were very professional. Came on time, offered to repair at a reasonable price, and cleaned up afterwards. After I noticed a small leak, they came quickly to fix it. I would highly recommend Thomas Lilly Plumbing.

After calling multiple plumbers and receiving no response at all, we called Thomas Lily and heard back nearly immediately. This was because he was one of the plumbers that I had called previously and he felt so badly that my call was unreturned. The fact that he even acknowledged this immediately spoke to his character. The owner, Brandon, was able to come the following day (Friday), diagnose the problem, and provide an estimate. In doing so, he carefully described what the work would entail. The work was scheduled to begin on Monday or Tuesday, and Brandon’s employee, Thomas, was here bright and early on Monday morning. Thomas was knowledgeable, professional, prepared, and courteous throughout the entire job which took the better part of the day. Thomas’s work was thorough and impeccable, and he left the area neater and cleaner than he found it! Though we don’t hope to need a plumber again any time in the near future, if we do, we will surely contact Thomas Lily Plumbing! HIGHLY recommend!

I recently had an outstanding experience with this plumbing company. The owner is incredibly kind and a pleasure to work with. He was honest, transparent, and very reasonable in price—no surprises, just fair quotes and excellent value. If you’re considering hiring, don’t even bother getting bids elsewhere before talking to Brandon. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable service and customer care!
From the first call till the invoice is sent(CC accepted 😀) amazing to deal with. We called at 2pm, by 4pm they were there, 10 min later they figured out the issue, 20 min after that the issue was resolved and they were on their way! Highly recommend these guys whether for residential single homes or multi family properties.

I asked for a diagnosis, quoted a coupon, and they were completely wrong, ofc wanting me to buy a new furnace. They work on commission so find a second opinion because $250 is wayyyy different than $8,000!!! They were no help. And charged me more than the agreed price, no receipt btw. They were very nice, professional, and fast. That's not the problem. They are SELLING FURNACES! Be careful.

Needed to change gas valve size to fit new grill. Was easy to schedule appointment online. Received a call back to confirm. Technician came as scheduled and was polite and knowledgeable about my needs. Discussed options to change valve and completed work quickly. Stayed to test functionality. Perfect experience. Highly recommend.

Had a unit go down overnight. Easy to schedule next day service and all staff communicated effectively and answered all questions. Did not feel over priced and provided multiple solutions for the problem and I was able to select what I wished to be done. Would easily go back to them if another issue comes up.

We could not be happier with our second experience with Sullivan’s. Jeremy gave us a detailed estimate on Tuesday, clearly explaining our HVAC system options and making the process simple. We made our decision by Thursday and on Friday, Jake, Dan, Eric, and Casey installed our new HVAC system with outstanding professionalism and quality. The installation was smooth, the workmanship was excellent, and we are incredibly satisfied with the results.

We had just used Sullivan’s earlier in the week for a tankless water heater install and were so impressed with the service and quality of work that it was an easy decision to have them handle our HVAC as well. Both experiences have been top-notch and provided significant improvements to our homes systems. Highly recommend Sullivan’s for anyone looking for expert service and great results. My only regret is that it took me a week to acknowledge the teams fantastic work and professionalism!

My plumber was Desimond Hicks, and he was great to work with. Friendly, punctual, solid communication, and good work. The job took a lot longer than he’d anticipated, but he honored the quoted price without me even needing to ask. I use Sullivan for everything, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Honest, professional, and skilled.

I have used super Sullivan now three times in the past 3 years and each time , it has been awesome ! It’s nice to see nice people in the world. I work with people and customer service and I can tell you it’s not always nice . But these guys are amazing . Thank you !
