Hello, so I have a furnace, and a boiler in my home. Not sure what happened, but last night, the boiler would not work and was making a noise we were not sure of what it was. My husband will usually check my furnace and make sure it's okay. He recently came down with a lot of health issues, so the furnace was not checked yet this year. I needed someone to come and check the boiler. I wasn't really concerned with my furnace because it was working. I looked on line for service and came across Sullivan Super Service. The reviews were good, so I called them. The woman took my information and told me someone would be here today between 9am and 4pm. This morning, I received a call from Sullivan and the woman said Bob Anderson and another person would be here between 9:00 and 10:00. I do apologize, I forgot the other mans name. Not only did they call to tell me when he was coming, but shortly after I received a text with Bob Andersons picture so I knew exactly who he was. After that, Bob called me to tell me the time he should arrive. Right on time he was. He was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns, and then I showed him where the boiler was. Bob was not here to check my furnace, but yet he did. He found that it had gas leaks and was so old that I needed a new one. It is 12:50pm. My boiler is fixed and someone will be here by 1:30pm today to discuss options for a furnace. I am feeling truly blessed today. Gas leaks are nothing to play with and had that boiler not stopped working, I may have never had someone come out here today and who knows what could have happened. I believe my guardian angels were watching over me today and sent Bob Anderson my way. Thank you Bob and Thank you Sullivan Super Service. I will recommend you to anyone that comes my way talking about having heating issues. You guys are great and you will be my new heating people moving forward. God Bless.

Outstanding service. I requested the service call for my sister.who was having problems with the gas line for her clothes dryer. When the technician showed up at the house she was not able to answer the door. He called me and alerted me to the situation. He then waited 20 minutes for me to drive across town to meet him at the site. Fortunately there wasn’t anything wrong with my sister.

It only took the technician 10 minutes to resolve my gas line issue. Which surprised me because I had three separate visits from other service providers who couldn’t resolve the issue

Ok sure, the price could be better. But the tech Desmond was very helpful in explaining the options (better than anyone else who quoted me on this gas service line replacement). And so personable — charming really— and cheerful delivering the bad news that it actually cheered me up. Five stars:)

Lucas and his partner with Sullivan’s were absolutely amazing. They are extremely professional and very nice people. They gave me all the possible options for my broken furnace. I will absolutely be using them for all future hvac and plumbing issues in my new home.

The whole experience was professional as well as educational, starting with Glenn. He thoroughly went through every step and took detailed measurements for the exact heat load we will need. Glenn explained all options without feeling like we were being rushed. A true professional.
The next day the crew arrived, with each tech being courteous and professional as well. They made sure we knew there were going to be different smells during the process and that it is perfectly normal. They were conscientious in keeping any debris to a minimum and left the work area spotless as I had a VERY LARGE old Moncreif that needed to be taken apart and brought up from the basement through the kitchen. I was worried that surely they would run into issues due to the house being over 100 years old. Apparently it was seamless and 5 hours later the new system was up and running perfectly. They put all my worries to rest and it was a very positive experience.
Thanks Sullivan for bringing us into the 21st Century for our heating needs !

Had my first service check since installation. I realize the importance of furnace checks well before temperatures drop. Keeshon was incredibly professional and polite. He did a pretty deep check of the furnace and changed the filter as it needed it. Its a relief to have these guys out there knowing that they will take good care of you!

Ken and Bill did a great job and were extremely meticulous in their work and left everything clean! They were very thoughtful for outside work and recommended an expert for one of the issues. I would highly recommend this company! I wholeheartedly give them a five star google review!

Jamal Hicks was prompt, polite and fast. He let me know up front what the issues were with my water pipes and what I needed done. If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommend !

Ben and Michael were EXCELLENT in taking care of my family. We had a clogged sewage line at an old home and they didn't just come in and start snaking but truly took into consideration all details and diagnosed the issue properly. They took care of the issue for my wife and I in a timely manner and took the time to explain to us the issue, what caused it, and what could cause a similar event in the future.

They even blessed us on price since my wife and I just had our firstborn recently and finances are tight. Very grateful for them and would recommend them to anyone, regardless of the size and scope of the project!!!

RaShawn was prompt, organized and did a nice job. Above all, he and Sullivan Service were available on short note, when even very trusted contractors of prior eras are absolutely not available. My sense is that the Sullivan company is well aware of that, and has a commensurate fee schedule.

Called Sullivan’s this morning and Tyler came by this afternoon to look at our boiler and radiators which are not functioning well . The immediate response was certainly a pleasant surprise.
We are new to the area and have never had to deal with boilers and radiators.
We could tell immediately he knew what he was doing .We’ve had other “techs” here to look at our system and they just seemed to want to sell us something or they didn’t seem to be interested in helping us.
Tyler took pictures and explained to us what was happening with the boiler .He checked every radiator and noted what was needed to get them working efficiently. We already booked an appointment for next week to have the repairs done . They are so efficient!
I’m so glad I made that phone call From Missy, who arranged the appointment , to Tyler our experience with Sullivan’s has been outstanding and we feel confident we will be a loyal customer.

Desimond Hicks was very friendly, knowledgeable and was able to quickly find the issue. He and his team of John Falbelli and Evan Hunter were professional and did excellent work. Happy I called Sullivan for service.

I cannot say enough good things about the Ben and Michael who came out to help with our plumbing issue today. Jamal was great. He got straight to the point. He identified the issue and immediately put me in touch with the next technician to get the work needed scheduled. After the first step of this process, I’d go with Super sullivan again!

Had a new furnace and A/C installed today.Started at 9AM and finished a little after 3PM. Workers were quick, clean,and precise.Recomend them highley! Would definitely use them again!

My spout in my tub stopped working and Desimond Hicks came out the same day and replaced it. He was timely, professional, personable and answered every question that I had. Would definitely recommend!

I would like to give Trey a 5 star review for his expertise and knowledge while completing thorough camera videos of the sewer pipe lines of my home today. Trey’s skills and knowledge were very impressive and appreciated. Trey was very informative throughout his work today. More importantly he was honest. Sullivan Super Service is lucky to have Trey working as part of their team.

Heat went out on one of the coldest days of the year. Called Sullivans, and they sent out a technician named Bob within a few hours to take a look. He was extremely thorough, very competent and confirmed that the system had reached the end of its life. He called in, and the dispatch sent Jeremy out to talk us through our options for replacing the system. Jeremy worked incredibly hard to make sure that he could find a solution that matched our budget, and stayed late to work out an install for the next day. He even left us a space heater to keep us warm. The next day Jacob, Dan, Ethan, and one more guy whose name I feel terrible for forgetting came out and got to work. They were extremely competent, exceedingly professional and got the whole system swapped out within one day. They even worked through a minor blizzard to get a new AC system installed outside!

Long story short, if your house is in trouble, call Sullivan. Simply cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to the whole team!!!
