Repaired leak in main water line, responded quickly and instantly understood the problem and present my options to repair the leak. Did not try to push me into the more expensive solution which I honestly would have thought was the right repair based on leak and amount of water coming into my basement. He recommended the least invasive and cheaper repair which showed how professional and honest he was. As a single female without plumbing knowledge I can definitely recommend him and his business to any one out there needing a plumber, you will not be disappointed.

My sewer line had backed up. Called B.E.T and they came out immediately. Within 30 minutes my drain was unclogged and the price was reasonable. I will be recommending them for any family/friends that need a plumber as well as myself if my home ever has issues again!

Brandon and Andrew did amazing installing new plumbing in our basement for a new bathroom. They were there first thing in the morning and did the work quickly and seamlessly. I was also lucky enough to have his assistance in the past running a new gas line that was leaking. Would 100% recommend.

So far, I've had BET out for expansion tank replacement and to fix a leaky toilet. Both times Brandon has been on-time, honest, professional, and gotten the work done. Despite another plumbing company literally being in my back yard, I will continue to call BET for any future issues!

I called BET mid-afternoon because my outdoor gutter drain pipe was overflowing. Brandon came to see and assess the problem the next morning. He quickly identified the problem of a blocked and broken drain line that ran from my house to the curb. He was able to return 3 days later to repair the broken pipe.

Brandon was clear in his explanation of the problem, and in how to correct it. He gave an honest and reasonable estimate, and returned in a timely manner to do the repair work. He and his assistant were friendly, polite, and professional throughout the entire process.

Brandon was fantastic. I called him per the reviews online and so glad I did. he was able to see me the same day for an estimate and got me on his schedule for a repair within 5 days….he was always communicating with me and was totally upfront about what he was gonna do and what I needed to do. Wonderful experience and will definitely throw more work his way.

This is by far the BEST plumbing company! I had my basement floor completely redone. Suddenly, just a few days later my sewer pipe cracked. Leaving me with a complete mess! I dealt with a handful of plumbers giving me the run around for 4 days! In a panic, I came across B.E.T. Plumbing. (Best decision I could’ve possibly made!) I reached out to Brandon from B.E.T. Plumbing early in the morning, he immediately came to my rescue! He is the best plumber! He handled the situation with no problem or hesitation! I was amazed how quickly he had the sewer pipe fixed! We were very happy with services performed. We needed valves replaced for 2 bathroom sinks and for kitchen sink. We also required installation of new sinks and faucets for the 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Brandon was able to come on short notice and to adjust his schedule to ensure that everything was installed very quickly. He was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly when we contacted him. All work was completed on time and properly. Pricing was fair. We would highly recommend.

Highly recommend B.E.T plumbing! I met Brandon a few years back when he replaced a gas line while working with his families company. By luck I happened to find him again and with his own crew. He showed up very next day, which was a Saturday, and offered a reasonable estimate within 24 hrs. Brandon is prompt, communicates well, does excellent work, and knows what he’s doing.

My husband and I were panicked because our garbage disposal wasn’t working and it was leaking. We could not use our sink. We finally realized that we had to call a plumber! Not knowing any plumbers we searched online. B.E.T was the only company to have 5 complete stars so we called not knowing how long we would have to wait. We thought the price we were quoted was very reasonable so we hired them. Brandon, a plumber, was at our house within 15 minutes. He went right to work and solved the problem very quickly. Very pleased with Brandon's work product and work ethic. He was able to schedule my appointment promptly and was on time the day of repair. I found him to be a straight shooter and explained to me in lay person's terms what the repair was all about. Highly recommend. The best plumbing repair experience I have ever had.

When our water heater quit working and I started asking for recommendations for plumbers, Brandon’s name was one of the first to come up. He returned my phone call immediately and made time to come out and repair our water heater after hours that same day. He was very easy to work with, reasonably priced, and left me feeling confident in the work he had done. I can’t recommend this guy enough. I will be calling BET Plumbing the next time I need anything done and I’ll be giving Brandon’s number out every chance I get.
