We had the main water supply line in our business freeze and crack in several locations. Knight & Day was able to schedule service quickly. Dakota and Jay arrived promptly and explained what had happened and where repairs were needed. The repair was completed very timely and thoroughly. Our water meter also needed to be replaced and the guys worked well with the tech from the water department. Dakota and Jay were very pleasant and professional. (They were happy to accommodate my very friendly dog who kept trying to interrupt them!) I really appreciated the time they took to explain the repair, and the pointers they gave to prevent recurrence. I definitely recommend Knight & Day - I will be using them for repair work at our home as well.

One of your plumbers, Richard came and fixed our stoppage quickly and kindly. He was well informed and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.

Posting for a friend who doesn’t want the company to retaliate. These plumbers assessed and bid on a job, and then when the issue was “temporarily fixed” for a few weeks, the owner Michael send her completely unprofessional texts blaming her for their incompetence in a job. Attempted to blame her for damage that their negligence caused, even to the point of leaving a disaster, all over her house. No one should have to stay at friends houses due to a cracked tub, ceiling collapse and much more. When they came to fix their error they charged her even more money. Completely unprofessional company who is money hungry.

Sean came out and did an excellent job on diagnosing a problem. He found the roots in the line very promptly. So we were able to get it fixed. Very nice man I learned alot to.

Total rip off of a company. Wanted to charge me out of pocket for fixing a broken water line, but I had a warranty that covered this.
The plumber that they recommended me tried to screw me. Saying I have to pay out of pocket.
I got a second opinion on a plumber that did work for me years ago. He said there should be no out of pocket with that warranty I have. So I called them and they said that is true and they dropped him and got the plumber that I picked.

He works for that protection warranty company.
Does all their jobs.
Then I called him and asked why he wanted the extra money, and I told him I’m cancelling him because there should be no out of pocket.
Plus it covers work up to $15K. I would advise to not get this company. They will take advantage of you.

Knight & day plumbing came to us from an insurance call. They were courteous friendly and took the time to explain what they needed to do and why. They communicated if there would be any delays in arriving. They will now be the company I use for all my plumbing needs.

The plumber who came was nice and he did the best he could to get it unclogged. I would have given a 5 star but the plumber left a huge muddy mess all over my carpeted basement floor. It was dark so I didn't realize the extent until later. I have dealt with other plumbers in the past and I've never had this issue so I just never thought to be prepared for that.

Very cold winter day. They came and unclogged my backed up sewer. Sean and Josh were friendly and considerate. Good knowledgeable plumbers. Would highly recommend them.

Michael was the gentleman that took care of me and not only did he keep me in the loop as to what scheduled, the scope of the work that need done, he also worked very hard to make sure the project was successful completed and put my mind at ease!!! I am very grateful for the opportunity to know and have met him personally….he simple is an incredible person. AWR is sadly fell short but the star definitely was Michael!!!! Thank you my friend!!!

Called these plumbers and they came to the house and gave me an estimate before they started. Only fixed want needed to be fixed and explained to me what to watch for for another item. He said only buy want you need now but if you notice this then call and we can fix. Cleaned up the area. Did a fantastic job would highly recommend a I’ll will use again

I had an amazing experience with Knight and Day Plumbing and I couldn’t be more grateful! Late on a Saturday night, I had a major sewer line backup in my basement, with about a foot of water flooding the area. I called for help, and to my surprise, they answered right away. The next morning, on Super Bowl Sunday no less, they called me back promptly and sent someone over.

Sean, the technician who arrived, was friendly, professional, and went straight to work. He got his machine set up and before I knew it, the water started draining! He even went the extra mile by grabbing his water hose to clean up the sludge on my basement floor. Sean asked me to run all the faucets and flush the toilets to check the water flow, and everything worked perfectly.

Not only did Sean fix the immediate issue, but he also took the time to show me the clean-out line outside my house and explained how to find it if there was ever another backup. His thoroughness and dedication to ensuring I understood everything were greatly appreciated.

I will absolutely call Knight and Day Plumbing again if I ever have another issue. Their service was impeccable, and I highly recommend them! Thank you for saving our Super Bowl Sunday!

Knight & Day plumbing and Sean restored our water after a burst pipe from a frozen water pipe. They did it in about 2 hours and now the house is back to normal.

We also used Knight and Day for our home inspection to do a camera scope of our sewer pipes. Access to our sewer line was a tight squeeze through a small hole in a crawlspace but they were more than happy to complete the inspection TWICE and they provided the video footage practically immediately and they included the recording of our actual crawl space so we know it was a legit recording!

Overall very professional and practical, we weren't oversold services and we were provided with practical common sense solutions to our plumbing concerns

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel like the service provided by Sean was commendable to warrant this review. There are not many people out there anymore that are dependable, answer the phone when you call, and regularly address your concerns in a timely manner, and Sean did all three of those things. He came promptly when we had a drain pipe clogged with ice which he diagnosed methodically and provided services without price gouging. I would recommend him to anybody with plumbing concerns.

Josh was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to converse with. He did an amazing job replacing our waste stack and the elbow beneath the concrete. He was very neat, placing all debris in heavyweight plastic bags, did the repair, refilled the hole and very neatly applied concrete to complete the job. I would have Josh here for any issue that I have.

Great work and a great price! Sean came and did a through diagnosis of our problem and provided lots of detail to help me understand the best path for repair. Spent two days in our basement replacing nearly 20' of cast iron pipe under the floor. They did a great job and charged a great price. Will be using them for all my plumbing needs!

AJ has done service and replacement in the past. We have nothing but praise for him and comfy cozy.

Called them after I had another company look at my system and told me I needed a new furnace. Joe came out and diagnosed it as a bad capacitor. Saved me a ton of money.
