Had an issue where the garbage disposal stopped working, sink wouldn’t drain and couldn’t get someone to fix it. Had a wonderful experience where Knight & Day had someone came same day to take a look and then rescheduled to fix the problem shortly after! Was very quick and efficient!

Richard and Brian were excellent and did a great job replacing my main water line going from the street to my house. Richard showed up shortly after I called while other companies said they would try and get there the next day. Richard did a great job keeping us informed of what was going on and what needed to be done. Very professional and great to work with.

Contacted Dakota the other day, when we had freezing temps -2 at night. When I woke up didn’t have any water in my house; he was able to fit me in later that day along with Jay to un-freeze my pipes. They were both very courtesy, polite, respectful, and did a very great job at getting me up and running with water. I would recommend them to anyone & also use them in the future for any needs that may come up.

Having a plumbing problem, especially a complex one, is never a good experience However, Dakota and Josh with Knight & Day plumbing made it as pleasant an experience as possible. They were extremely knowledgeable and competent They explained and showed me every step of the process They cleaned up everything afterwards and left my basement in good shape. All this on top of the fact I needed someone to fix the mess left by a previous plumber. I’m lucky I found them. Knight and Day Plumbing have been great to me! They came out quickly to inspect an issue with my sewer, found the issue, and informed me of the issue and a very reasonable cost to resolve the issue.
They were also able to schedule the repair and do the repair very quickly!
Very happy and will recommend to friends and family.

Our plumber was Richard, he was absolutely fantastic! I manage a salon and we had a leak, water everywhere! He showed up about an hour after we called it in, worked with my staff who had customers processing with their colors etc on when he could safely turn the water off to fix the leak. He was nice and professional. He even put things back on our shelves when he was done with the work. Would absolutely recommend him!

Josh was fantastic! I would recommend his service because he was prompt, polite, and completed the service properly. He explained any and all of my questions.

Have an older house that sprung a leak and K&D had someone out same day to diagnose and then someone out to fix it a few days later, any other plumbing company was telling me 1-3 weeks at least to get someone out. Everyone I met and dealt with (Richard, Eli and Dakota) were genuinely wonderful and great to deal with, very polite and knowledgeable. The fix wasn't straight forward but the guys did a great job problem solving and completing the repair without being too invasive or destructive at all and cleaned back up like they weren't there. I am no expert on pricing but the cost definitely felt very reasonable and fair, will have no problem calling K&D if I have any other plumbing needs.

We saw Richard working on a house on our street and we asked him to take a look at our basement drain that floods when it rains. He took time out of the job he was working on and looked at our drain. He came back Monday morning and ran some diagnostics on it. After discussing, we decided to seal it off and he was able to do it that day. We appreciate Richard’s kindness and honesty! There are not too many people like Richard anymore! If we ever have any issues in the future, I would not hesitate to call them. I highly recommend this company to anyone with issues!

I was in a pinch and KDP was backed up. They still managed to fit me in. Now I know why they are very busy. They stayed with my problem until it was solved. I met three very professional tradesmen who were very polite and went about things in a business-like fashion. These guys are very good.

Knight & Day did an amazing job inspecting a sewer line on a home we were looking at. We had two other sewer inspection companies come out and tell us they wouldn't be able to inspect the sewer due to the difficulties of getting to the access.
Josh came out and was very professional and knowledgeable and crawled into the very tight cellar space and got the job done quickly. They also were very good at communicating every step of the way from scheduling to getting us the video footage. Would definitely recommend Knight and Day.

Dakota and Jay did a great job. They notified me of their arrival and showed up on time. They did a great job diagnosing the problem, informing me of the recommended solution, and were communicative all throughout the process. Richard was great! Was here within an hour of my first call on the weekend and had my gas leak repaired fast. Incredibly nice, quick, and explained stuff so I’ll know what I’m doing in the future. Very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely use them again!

The woman talked to when I called for an emergency appointment was extremely kind and helpful. She was clear about cost and timeline. The plumbers were very timely and knowledgeable about the problem and were able to alleviate our issue easily.

Knight & Day Plumbing was by far the best plumbers I have ever used and there have been hundreds over the last 40 plus years I’ve lived in my house. We had a sewer backup problem and once they arrived, a little earlier than promised, they got right to work. It was a very tough clog, but they promised they would not leave until problem was solved. It took them about two hours to unclog the main drain and they worked on it nonstop. Again they refused to leave until the drain was cleared. They were incredibly courteous throughout the process. Unfortunately I can only give them 5 stars, but in my opinion they deserve at least 10 stars because that’s how impressed I was with their dedication to get the job done and done right. I highly, highly recommend them.

Although they are experienced plumbers, the lack of communication was very troubling. I called them to look at a leaking toilet at a tenant's house. I was quoted at $125 for a service call when I called. They came out and never called to tell me the cost of the work. They went back the following day, fixed the toilet, and then I got a bill. I never approved the work, heard what the issue was, or was given a price to fix it. I received a $417 bill for the toilet and something my tenant asked them to look at, a clogged drain that needed snaked. I have owned properties for 16 years and never had a company not call with a price before starting the work. I was irate and felt taken. They gave me some money off, but this is not how it should’ve been done. I wanted to find a new plumber for my properties, but this is not the one I’ll be going with in the future.
