I was looking for parts for a discontinued toilet. What he didn't have he made for me while I waited. The best parts store I have ever been in.

Called looking for a plastic tip-toe bath mechanism (stopper) was told by Zack he did not know anything about them items that was on nov. 28 and as soon as SOMEONE else who knows comes in he Zack would call me Back. DUH. the call never came three days later I ordered it from home Depot received my confirmation of item being shipped three days later went to home Depot picked up the item I ordered . NO MORE FAUCET DOCTOR FOR ME

Can't recommend this establishment highly enough. You may think the big box store has a better selection, but you'd be wrong. Unless you need bulk material this is nearly always a better option for plumbing supply, and they have the expertise to go with it.

Super helpful and very knowledgeable! I didn't even really know what I needed (faucet came with the house) but they immediately found what I needed and even identified my faucet so I can learn more about it. Amazing experience!

Real down to earth guy running the place. If Home Depot or Lowes doesn't have it this guy definitely will. I honestly only go there for my plumbing parts and needs anymore. He'll give you some tips if you need them and tell you about potential problems when working with plumbing.

I wish more places like this still existed. Great guys, very friendly and helpful. Had everything I needed and even saved me a trip back because he knew his stuff so well. Faucet Doctor is a hidden gem.

This place is amazing the owner/Dr is very knowledgeable. I needed multiple stems and faucet parts from the mid 1970’s he had everything even the ones he didn’t have exact fits for he had a work around handy. I was very impressed with his selection in such a small shop. I will be referring people and returning.

My husband purchased a shower faucet today. He came home and realized the part was a knock off. The owner by his own admission admitted the part was not compatible, as the owner stated it would be. The owner even told my husband he would order the correct part. My husband had to purchase the correct part from Lowe's. My husband, Shawn McDavis returned the part in a respect manner. Showed the owner the package that the part from Lowe's was in. The owner became irrate, cursed my husband out. Told my husband he was incompetent, and deducted 7dollars. My husband was civil, told him he was a pastor. He still used harsh profanity, and told him in cursing words to get out. Please be aware of this store. Their quality is not how it should be. The owner is unprofessional and hostile. We won't be back.

Excellent resource for the pro. Owner is very knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience. Many hard-to-find items are in stock. Most times I dont even bother trying Home Depot and Lowe's, I'll just stop here first. I think it's better to support community-based businesses when you can anyway.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They did not have what I needed in stock, but he helped me find the part and even walked me through the issue over the phone. He had me send photos and spent a great deal of time helping me. It was so appreciated..10 stars!!! ---Thank you!!!!

It took me an hour online to figure out the shower stem I had was a 1920s speakman.
Brought the stem to store and the owner knew it was speakman on sight and had a replacement in stock.

Hard enough to find a store that carries old plumbing parts. Even harder to find one with experienced staff.

Awesome! I don't know how anyone could give a bad review! The owner was SO friendly and helpful!! I went there twice and he was great both times! I actually thanked him for being so helpful to me, the 2 other plumbing supply stores I visited apparently don't like female customers. The faucet doctor says he loves women as customers because we ask a lot of questions and actually listen to his answers and advice. I highly recommend this place!!!

Small business owner myself, I had an emergency with a float valve for an important piece of equipment. The owner make a quick fix for my current part for a temporary fix while I wait for a new one to come in. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and jump right into problem solving. Thanks to his efforts, last minute, about 30 minutes before his shop closed, I am able to run my business through the weekend. If you want something done right, and done with care. This is the place to go. Also, the art sculptures made out of faucet parts were adorable.

I was trying to find a replacement cartridge for my shower valve. I did not know the manufacturer and have never replaced one before. The Dr was able to identify the part and give me some tips for installation in a few minutes. It was a great customer experience and I plan to make this a first stop before the big box stores for my plumbing needs based on the great customer experience of the small business. PS - My shower works again :)

To say this guy is amazing is an understatement. I showed up with a plumbing emergency 20 minutes before he closed. Cliff made sure to explain precisely what to do to fix the issue and when I was still having issues (not his fault), Cliff met me at his shop after hours to help solve my problem. We ended up having to customize a piece, and Cliff was able to do it on the spot.

He’s an expert in the industry with a wealth of knowledge. I’m so thankful that I found him and look forward to patronizing his business in the future.

Absolutely- HANDS DOWN- the most amazing plumbing store I’ve ever visited- CLIFF IS ONE OF A KIND- ultra friendly- extremely knowledgeable- and they have anything you could possibly want or need when it comes to faucets,faucet repair, replacement parts, and anything else you could ever want or need. Cliff was extremely generous with his knowledge. He helped walk me through my first gerber faucet rebuild project- this was literally the ONLY TIME I’ve ever made ANY plumbing repair and didn’t have to make a SECOND trip to the hardware store. He even gave me his personal number in case I had any questions or problems. In a moment of beginnings panic I text CLIFF- AFTER HOURS- and he called me moments later to discuss my project! WHAT A REMARKABLE HUMAN THIS MAN IS- THANK YOU 🙏

I will definitely use them again, very fast and efficient service. Friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend them.
