I'm an African American NFL Player. Jerry from Ace Plumbing gave me an horrible experience. I have 2 nice homes side by side in Pennhills PA. I Had him try to quote me on the plumbing jobs. He left before giving me the quotes, said phe didn't want to do the jobs and didn't tell me why. Then ignored my 6 calls directly after that, as I was trying to find out why he didn't want to do the job. Then when I got him on the phone days later to discuss the disrespect, he noticed it was me from the nice homes and then hung up on me and ignored calls. Lol. Now, I'm not the smartest guy but to do that to an All Pro NFL player that played for Lions, Cheifs, and Steelers was a weird thing to do for your companies customer service reputation. SMH. It took me a while but now I'm letting customers know my experience. I will say a prayer for Ace plumbing in Pittsburgh PA, my home town.

I had Roto Rooter out this past Sunday because my main drain was backed up to the point where water was backing up into my basement and garage. When the guy from Roto Rooter came out he "attempted" to snake the drain, told us that it was too backed up to do anything about, and then proceeded to tell me that my driveway would have to be dug up for the pipe to be replaced. He told me that it would be 5200 to repair, looked at me and my boyfriend, and asked us how we wanted to proceed so he could get it scheduled. Obviously we wanted a second opinion.

I called Jerry on Monday and scheduled time for him to come out on Wednesday morning. He brought a much better machine, hooked it all up and in what seemed like no time at all he said that it felt like the blockage was cleared. He then went to the different drains in the basement and garage and put a hose down them to clear the gunk that had backed up as a result of the main line. Flushed toilets (and fixed the one in the basement that wasn't working!!), had me run a load of laundry, we ran water from the bathroom upstairs etc., all so that he felt confident that our problem was resolved.

On top of all that, Jerry was probably one of the nicest, most personable people that I've ever had out to perform repairs at my home. I would recommend him to anyone! I felt comfortable with his work, would trust his word, and put all my plumbing needs in his hands. He could have easily told me that there was a bigger issue like RR had said, quoted me a lower price than 5200, and i would have been none the wiser and thought "great, i saved some money at least". But he didn't, instead he helped us out and got us fixed for barely a fraction of what we were initially told.

Ace is awesome! They are honest and the prices are well below others that look to take advantage of you. If you need any plumbing work done or need a second opinion, call Ace! I could not be happier. It's soo hard to find a reputable and honest plumber, I'm glad I found Ace!

Jerry was awesome and did quick work on my sink and shower. Both drains were clogged pretty terribly. Courteous, personable, professional and affordable. Will definitely be using Ace for any future plumbing needs.

Jerry was quick to respond, and came to look at my issues with non-working and leaking hose bibs. He was able to replace one quickly, and offered advice on how to resolve other issues. Very excellent, reasonable, and personable. Highly recommend.

Jerry was fantastic. I didn’t expect same-day service for a non-emergency, but he came out within a few hours of my call. While he was here, he replaced a part that was unrelated to the issue, but he happened to notice wear and he had a replacement part with him, so he took care of it. Clean, efficient, affordable, professional and friendly. He was transparent and candid as he explained and diagnosed the issue. Very happy with the service and we will be calling in the future!

Jerry was great right from the first call, friendly, easy to talk to, gave a quick estimate, reasonable cost, and was out the next day to complete the job. He was prompt and did nice work.
