We had a toilet replaced. John was very professional, on time and very thorough. He picked up our new toilet, installed it, and then carried out our old one. We were very happy with his service.

He was on time and fixed our 2 plugged drains and found a leaking seal on our overflow. He fixed that too. Price was fair, not cheap cheap, but he did good work that we really needed to get done.

John is the consummate professional. He replaced a leaky shutoff valve on my water service line, installed a whole home water filter, and replaced an old dysfunctional hose bibb. He took the time to discuss his plans and adjusted them to fit my requests. He taught me about the new systems so that I was comfortable operating them on my own. He showed up on time and stayed until the work was complete (as late as 8pm). The pricing was very fair and transparent. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Kangaroo Plumbing! John was incredibly prompt—he returned my call right away and arrived the very next day. After inspecting my boiler, he drafted a service outline with a price that came in far lower than a competitor I had engaged earlier.
He installed an expansion tank quickly and was friendly and professional the entire time. I also had a few questions about improving my shower's water pressure; instead of rushing, John gave me several options, including things I could check myself to save time and money.
If you're in the Pittsburgh area, John is your guy. I highly recommend The Plumber from Down Under!

I had a backed up sewer and contacted Frank on a Sunday, within 5 minutes he replied back. He was able to fit me in the next day. Within just a few minutes of getting there he had the clog removed. Great guy, I highly recommend him!

I had a backed up tub and was referred to Frank by friends and family - so glad I asked around otherwise I would’ve went with one of the big name companies that charge $200 just to walk in the door. Called him on a Sunday afternoon and he was able to come the same day. Good communication with keeping me updated on his arrival time. Took care of my clog quickly and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Personable & professional and a great price.

Jerry arrived when he said. He is very friendly and easy to work with. Repaired everything on our list in less than an hour. Would definitely have him do work in the future.
