Very fast answering my call and came within an hour but couldn’t fix anything. Wanted 1,800 to put new faucet in bathroom that is not affordable for a one income family just to have running water in sink. Didn’t even get a quote on kitchen faucet because he said it would be more than bathroom faucet cost. It ended taking my neighbor 45 minutes to change kitchen faucet out. I understand you need to make money but let’s be reasonable.

Made an appointment online on Saturday, Monday a worker named Ryan came out and gave us our options. Laid them out in most expensive to least. We made the choice we needed and were scheduled for the next Tuesday for repair. Due to the amount needed for repair, we had the option for a payment plan. Overall, Ryan was pleasant to work with, and he was very thorough in his explanation. Look forward to working with Taggart and Ryan again in the future.

Service and communication were very good, even for a same-day problem. Chuck is very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain the repair needed. I feel that the job was done correctly and completely, and would not hesitate to recommend Taggart Plumbing. The work ended up being about twice the price I was expecting which was not ideal, but I am happy with it and they showed up and took care of the leak on the same day I contacted them.

Chuck was outstanding! He arrived within the time frame and was extremely courteous and professional. He checked everything we asked and we decided to upgrade our disposal since he was there as several of our neighbors had their's fail recently. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions.

Seamless service done quickly and throughly at a very reasonable price. Dan is awesome, prompt, courteous, professional and honest. Very responsible same day follow up with multiple options to fully correct the situation with the sewer backing up at this property.

I had a sudden backup occur on 2025-12-31 and called Taggart, who sent Ryan out the same day. Ryan was able to get us working again that day and, after diagnosing/camera determined the cause, and scheduled to return 2-days later (due to the holiday in between) to begin work needed to resolve the issue. This, unfortunately, began a very large project due to a variety of factors at our property, but Ryan was great! He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, he was professional, prompt, and empathetic for the situation given our circumstances. Peyton and Chuck (I believe) were also working with Ryan throughout the project and they, too, were excellent! I, honestly, cannot thank everyone enough and would absolutely recommend Taggart to anyone in need of their services!

I contacted Taggart through google for a quote/availability. Within 20 mins they got back to me and were available the next morning. I got a text when Glenn was on his way, and he arrived at the early end of the window provided which was a plus. He explained everything to me, happily answered all my questions, and provided me with a few different options to solve my problem. He explained the pros/cons of each option and let me choose with zero pressure. While completing the work, he was extremely friendly, courteous, and very respectful of our home. Based on this experience I would definitely use Taggart again if I have a plumbing need.

Reliable, Reasonable and Respectable. What more can you ask for. The office personnel were nice and easy to work with, Ryan was super cooperative and easy to work with and he communicated very clearly everything that he did. He then made suggestions for moving forward. The unit was a luxury high rise in Downtown Pittsburgh where most companies wouldn't ever service. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all the work at that building. Thank you Taggart!

Well, just when you think you found a good reliable contractor, they blow it! I had an emergency weekend issue at the same location they serviced. Called, left a message, then waited. Kept checking with the tenant, nothing. So Monday comes around and I call, the person who answered said, oh yea, we no longer will service those properties downtown. I asked when they were going to let me know instead of just ignoring us. I ended up hiring another contractor that did what they didn’t do the first time, which is why we had an issue again.

Very poor and unprofessional service. Well, scratched them off the list!

The young man who came to our house was professional, knowledgeable, highly experienced, very hard working, and overall a nice guy.

He never stopped working for numerous hours.

The project was to replace three toilets that were forty years old and starting to fail.

The assignment was a total success with outstanding product and installation quality.

The installer reviewed with my wife and I all the options after reviewing our situation.

He worked with us to explain the options. We made the decision to move forward with the selected recommended solution.

The installer is a working machine at the highest level possible. All was explained in advance and all options reviewed.

Glenn has been an incredible plumber to have in our back pocket. We ended up needing more repair work recently than initially expected, but he stayed into the evening to get everything wrapped up for us. He always gets along well with our dog, and he’s happy to explain anything he’s doing without making you feel like an idiot. We feel very confident in the quality of his work. I know if Glenn has fixed it, I don’t have to worry about it.

Our hot water tank was leaking and I called Taggart because our neighbors had just used them. They highly recommended them so I was confident contacting them. They were able to come the next day, to see what our options were. Chuck arrived on time within the timeframe they promised. ( I received a text & an email message confirming arrival)
After looking at our hot water tank, it was determined that it would need to be replaced. We also found out that the current gas hot water heater wasn't venting properly.
We discussed the options of replacing with a conventional hot water tank, but a larger size, 50 gallon vs 40 gallon or installing a tankless system. I had researched tankless systems in the past & was familiar with their benefits.
We decided to go with the tankless hot water system vs the conventional 50 gallon hot water heater as the difference in cost was not that different. The benefits included a $500.00 coupon on Taggart's website, a tax benefit next year due to better efficiency and access to hot water quicker.
After making our decision, Chuck arrived the next day to install our new system. He wore boot covers over his boots whenever he was in our home & used floor pads/covers throughout our home when doing his work. It was an all day job to remove the old tank, install new pvc piping to vent the system outside, and install the new system.
Chuck explained the new tankless system to us and we are extremely satisfied with our new tankless hot water system. I would highly recommend Taggart Plumbing, LLC for any of your plumbing needs!!

Our service person, Chuck was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He inspired confidence that the installation would be done properly. I will admit that the estimate was surprisingly high for the work, but then, it seems that these days every price brings sticker shock. We said "go".
