Worst experience ever. Called on a Thursday, they didn't show the scheduled day. Didn't fixed the clogged sewer on Saturday. Didn't come Sunday, blew me off on Monday. My pipes ate still exposed and I have clean up sewage from 1 hour of making a mess instead of fixing the problem.

They communicate well, let you know when to expect them. I'm pleased with the work completed, they were professional and personable. Will definitely work with them again.

Leaving Zoom Drain a review because it was simply that good, professional, courteous, and honestly they accomplished the job where other plumbing companies failed.

My main sewer line was blocked. One company said it was from roots of trees and wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to excavate my yard.

Second company said there is a toy stuck in my sewer line but couldn’t remove it and wanted thousands to excavate my yard and replace my house trap etc.

Mark and his crew accurately diagnosed the problem quickly and removed the Pex pipe that was partially blocking my line.

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. Ryan was quick and efficient. He was able to identify the problem within minutes and had our drain good to go within less than an hour.

Needed a plumber for the draining to come the same day. Asked many times if they could make it because otherwise I would need to find another one. The person on cal reassured me. Then no show. Called them many times and all they said was “we will call back”.

The next morning I called and asked why no one showed and they just asked for the same info again (FN, LN, phone number, address and the issue) which they already collected the day before.

Then they said they couldn’t do anything and they couldn’t give any reason for their no show and I needed to wait for a call from their headquarter. I asked for the headquarter/customer service number and they said they didn’t have.

And nobody called me back. If you couldn’t make it at least you should let me know so that I would have time to find another one that fitted my need? Or at least you should give me a number so that I could speak to someone? It was really unprofessional to do business in this way

I had a clogged tub drain. I tried to unclog it myself but couldn't. The tub had water backed up into it from the tub's last use. The tub was also filling with water from using the bathroom sink throughout the day. This was problem enough. I didn't want the problem to spread to the toilet. I called Zoom Drain on a Thursday evening. I got voice mail, but didn't leave a message. They called me back immediately, and I asked if they could come Friday morning. They said they could, and they did. Mark was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The clog was 30+ feet down into the pipe. He used a snake, and unclogged the drain in less than an hour. He answered all of my questions. He put me at ease with the whole situation. I consider what they charged to be very reasonable. I am very pleased! I will definitely use the services of Zoom Drain again.
