We've had to use Zoom Drain a few times now and every experience has been incredible. Mark and Ryan are great humans who do really good work. I've recommended them repeatedly to my neighbors who have needed help and will continue to do so.

Needed my main line jetted, Christian came by and helped me, very professional and didn't try to up-sell me any crap, got the job done and explained the whole process, went above and beyond multiple times with using the camera to explain the problem, and even helped fix my vent just for the sake of it, I highly reccomend these guys.

Zoom Drain: What can I say, Great Great Great job. I called & in less than an hour the technician came to my house. Robert the technician asked what the problem was & he explained exactly what he would do to fix the problem. He was polite and very knowledgeable He used a snake to clear the drain, then sent a camera down, after he water jetted the drain. All I can say is it will be nice to do dishes without emptying water outside and be able to use the bathroom sink. Wonderful, wonderful job. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use Zoom Drain again. I will recommend to family and friends.

Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. Thank you, Zoom Drain!

May or may not have gotten hosed on pricing (not sure what drain clearing costs generally), however Mark was great and thankfully solved our problem after 2.5 hours of unsuccessful trying. They do have a first time discount which was a positive. Process was easy and glad I was able to pay on the spot instead of dealing with bills and mail.

Ken Grant was superb and cleared out the clog caused by careless contractors dumping things down into the drain.

Great experience from beginning to end! Mark was incredibly responsive and communicative and put us at ease right away. Not only did he and his partner work efficiently and fix our issue, his customer service was top notch and he was enjoyable to have in our home. HIGHLY recommend these guys! Zoom Drain is THE BEST! I called several other companies who did not fix the issue with my sewer line and kept pressuring me to dig up my sewer. The tech from Zoom Drain was able to clear my line and even scoped it to ensure the pipe was in excellent condition. They also charged way less than anyone else I called, saving me thousands of dollars and giving me peace of mind. I 100% would recommend them to anyone!

Great straightforward pricing.

We had a clog in our drain and Ken came out this morning and worked his butt off to get it out. He was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable and did not mind all my questions and concerns. We will happily refer Zoom Drain and use them again, hopefully we won't need them!

They were great. He came and gave us an estimate on a weekend at night and he was in and out without the hour!! A literal life saver and reasonably priced too. Ken was a very nice guy and explained what he was going to do very well and made sure we knew what the drain was supposed to look like when everything was fixed.

Zoom Drain and Ken did a fantastic job. Within 3 hours of calling about my mainline sewer being clogged, Ken was pulling into my driveway. Ken was very friendly and within a half hour had my drain cleared and functioning. The cost was very reasonable. Very happy with Zoom Drain and will definitely use them again in the future.

Professional and timely! Cleaned out 14 drain leads on a large church that were clogged solid; had it done by the end of morning.No lazing about with these guys. Ken was very friendly and didn't mind explaining the operation as he was working. Then provided a camera inspection and cleaned up after.
