Shelton Plumbing returned my call immediately and said someone would be out between 2 - 4. Then 12:30 and they came earlier and were courteous and showed me the problem. I knew the price and they did the work professionally and cleaned up beyond what they needed too. Great experience.

Frank and team were honestly the best to work with and I’ll be a customer for life! This group helped us fix a sewage line issue found in a home inspection. It was a little bit of a challenge, but Frank had a well thought out game plan and executed it to perfection. They were able to knock the job out in 3 days and keep us on track to close. Thank you again and keep up the great work!

Called thre office on Friday and they had an appointment available Monday afternoon. Monday morning they called and were able to move the appointment up to late morning. Brandon arrived and was very professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem in short order. We were very pleased with the company and the technician. We will definetly call Shelton for any future plumbing needs.

Shelton Plumbing was able to get us scheduled for same day service (despite being on the tail end of a snow storm) for roto-rootering of a known root overgrowth issue in our sewer line which caused a backup of water in the basement. The two gentleman who provided the actual service were kind, professional, and successful with their efforts. The ease of the whole experience really minimized the stress of the situation. I've used Shelton Plumbing twice now for big plumbing jobs. They were able to come out quickly to resolve my problems and make things better than they were before and I have peace of mind knowing the job was done right. Their workers have been great to deal with too.

The folks at Shelton were proffesional and personable. They showed up when they said they would. The job took a little longer than expected, however temps were well below freezing and equipment became difficult to use. Understandable. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and we're kept up to date with all progress. Highly recommend them.
