I cannot thank the team enough for their exceptional service. From the first phone call to all of the hard work, my experience was top notch! Unfortunately, additional issues were found with my plumbing. It was shown to me and explained in detail. I was left feeling like all options were explored and this allowed me to make the best decisions to address the issues. Owning an older home is not easy, especially when the previous owner did most of the work with questionable methods. The entire team was professional, conscientious and knowledgeable. I would give them 15/10!

Shelton Plumbing did two jobs at our house. Mike and Ryan installed a new waste line and toilet in September. They were great to work with and did an excellent job. Jake and Caleb replaced our electric hot water tank with a gas, tankless water heater. Again, they were skillful, respectful and were helpful in educating me about how to maintain the new system.

Shelton Plumbing installed an entire bathroom for me. They did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgeable. They also did various other plumbing repairs in my home. I was very pleased with their work and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We recently found ourselves in a nightmare situation after a different plumbing company tried to line our sewer and failed miserably, leaving us with a mess and a lot of stress. We called Shelton, and they stepped in and took care of everything quickly and professionally.

It is so hard to find contractors who are truly trustworthy, but these guys are the real deal. They do exactly what they say they’re going to do and consistently exceed expectations.

A huge shoutout to Caleb and the rest of the crew. They were fantastic to work with and made a difficult situation so much easier for us. We are beyond happy with the results.

They even went the extra mile by recommending we shut off our outside hose to prevent freezing with the upcoming sub-zero temperatures—that’s the kind of proactive care you just don’t see everywhere.

Shelton Plumbing saved me from cold showers on the same day! I know I was REALLY lucky to get squeezed into their schedule, and even though they were really busy and squeezing me in, they were not rushed, took time to explain everything to me and the guys were SO NICE! 100% professional and I was thrilled with the service and pricing. THEY ARE ONE OF THE FEW REMAINING FAMILY OWNED PLUMBING SERVICES IN PITTSBURGH! SOOOOOO much better than the national chains - which hide behind local names that they bought....... I had not been a Shelton customer before today but will definitely continue to be one going forward. I had a sewer back up in the basement and needed a snake to clear it. The smell was bad enough but not being able to use the toilet or do laundry made this an ASAP call. Steve was great on the phone. Very professional and did his best to get someone over to check it quickly. Brandon arrived in about an hour and took care of the problem. He ran a camera through to check for additional issues (which he found) and did a thorough job explaining what was involved to resolve said issues. No one wants to have plumbing problems but I'm very happy to have had Shelton Plumbing come out today. They have earned my trust.

This was the first time we used Shelton. Great customer service began during the initial communication contact. They listened and clearly understood my situation. The technician who serviced my need to have an old toilet removed and new toilet installed was very friendly and explained what he would be doing. After the project, he made certain everything was working properly and cleaned the area very good. I will use Sheldon again if I have problems in the future and if asked if I knew any plumbers, I will recommend Sheldon.

I was having trouble with the septic system with massive clogs. Mike arrived from Shelton Plumbing and took care of the problem with a device to go down in the pipes and clear away clogs. He then put the camera in the system to see if all was clear. It, surprisingly, wasn't. So, he put a larger bit on the end of the device and cleared the system.

First off, he was on time. Not late, not early, but on time, unlike cable companies. He was polite, had his tools and didn't need to keep running back to his truck while the proverbial clock was ticking. He had the necessary tools and experience for the job at hand. The price quoted was the price paid; no overruns, or extra charges (surprises).

His attention to detail and professionalism were greatly appreciated. I was not looking forward to digging up the septic system in 5-degree weather and 14" of snow on the ground. I truly am grateful that it was a simple clog and was alleviated in a simple manner. I would highly recommend this company to my friends (already have) because they came through when I needed them the most. Consider me a very satisfied customer.

The technician, Jonah, found some internal issues with our hot water heater and recommended a replacement. We booked the installation for the following day, and Jonah showed up right on time. really great plumber! we had a leak coming from our bathtub drain that led to some water damage in the back room. they arrived right on time, checked everything out, and explained what was wrong without charging us for the first visit. jonah was clear about how much it would cost and how long the job would take. they needed to jackhammer some cement behind our tub to get to the pipes, but still finished faster than we expected. the price was very reasonable too. we had tried calling three other plumbing companies before, but one didn't answer, one never called back, and the other didn't show up. these guys came the next day, even though we called them later in the evening. really happy with their service!
