Very respectable young man showed up on time. Told me what he felt needed done and what was needed to complete the job. He worked very efficiently and in no time at all had the gas pipes moved in 2 of my townhouses kitchens. Will definitely refer others to Kaleb's Kustom Plumbing LLC. Whatever plumbing work I may need in the future, I will call Kaleb.

I hired this plumber to install a gas line for my fireplace. During the installation, he cracked the gas regulator and ended up breaking my furnace. Instead of taking responsibility or fixing the problem, he told me he didn’t know what happened and that I should just buy a new furnace, and he’d install it “for free.”

Our upstairs tub was leaking water behind the wall and down onto our kitchen ceiling. Mitch and James arrived within the scheduled time window, took the time to listen as I explained the issue and some troubleshooting I had already done, then stayed until almost 7pm to complete the necessary work. The cost wasn't unreasonable for time they put in and I feel confident that they fixed the problem and didn't do anything that wasn't necessary. I'd call on KKP again.

This was our 2nd time working with Kaleb and Manny. We couldn't be happier with the great service, professionalism, and knowledge that was provided. As a fellow Veteran, I appreciate the integrity of Kaleb and his company, along with their fair and upfront estimate. We also very much appreciated how awesome Kaleb was with our dogs. Kaleb gave me an estimate that was detailed and well priced. He explained everything that needed done. I received my estimate and was on the schedule right away. While at my home he found another issued that I didn’t know I had and fixed that also. Kaleb is quite knowledgeable and great to work with. I scheduled with Kaleb's Kustom Plumbing to change the diverter and hardware on my shower. Mitchell and Dustin came on-time and did a great job! They were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Trustworthy, nice guys as well! The communication with Kaleb went well and the guys did everything they said they would do (and more) with no surprises.

I've used Kaleb a few times. He installed a new hot water heater and cleared out a clogged shower drain. Both times the service was great, timely, and reasonably priced. If I need a plumber again in the future, he'll be the first one I call.

I’m from a small time and growing up my dad always said I know a guy or I have a guy for that. Living in the city it can be hard to find trustworthy or honest people especially if you’re used to working on computers and in cubicles. Thought we had a leak and Kaleb could have totally tore my house up and charge me an astronomical amount he explained everything and gave me a few options. Was punctual and fairly priced. Timely, great work, very responsive. Home depot completely screwed up a dishwasher install and Kaleb got back to me right away and we were able to get everything taken care of. Highly recommend!

Kaleb did an amazing job fixing multiple plumbing issues in my home! He repaired my sink, fixed pipes, replaced the fixtures on my kitchen sink and made sure nothing was leaking. Everything works perfectly now and you can tell he really takes pride in doing the job right. He was responsive and able to help quickly!!
