Jim and Troy came to set up a water line for a new refrigerator with icemaker. Quickly assessed the situation, found a solution, and completed the task at hand. Had one of those late night leaks that came out of nowhere with my shower and needed someone ASAP. Called Addessi Plumbing the next morning to have a look at the leak and Jim was able to see me that morning. He was very professional and discovered that my issue was being caused by a loose component in my shower valve. He tightened it and made sure everything was good and it’s been perfect since. There are so many horror stories with contractors, and it was refreshing to have one that was professional, honest, and fair with their pricing.

Jim and his son Troy stopped by to replace some PVC drain pipe in my crawl space. They were professional, throughout and affordable. They respond via text in a timely manner and completed the work quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumbing repair.

finally a affordable plumbing company. The price was very fair. it was a really difficult dirty job the two plumbers had to do. I will continue using this company I would have given 5 stars if the older plumber would have been more cheerful but besides that, they were great and saved the day

Absolutely outstanding experience! Humble guys with professional skills and experience. What impressed me the most is how they assessed my situation and offered the best solution that considered the costs of replacement parts and long term resolutions . This is the kind of pro I want to maintain a good relationship with. Great plumbers are hard to come by--I'm sure home owners know that feeling. I strongly recommend Jim and his son! My pilot for my furnace went out and I tried to put it on, but it wouldn’t stay on. So after doing some research and reading a bunch of reviews for different plumbers, I decided to call Addessi Plumbing. Jim answered and was able to come out the same day. Explained exactly what was wrong even showed me. His son was great too! Jim replaced the thermocouple with a furnace thermocouple because apparently the last plumber that did maintenance on my furnace replaced it with the wrong one. And now my heat is working! Thank God because it’s freezing outside! Jim also made sure my thermostat was wired properly! All for a reasonable price!

I hate dealing with contractors, you either never get called back or they just hit you with all sorts of charges. Never got this with them, they were clear with me on the price, and very communicative. They let me send pictures and he basically kept an open line with me. Huge. I had to go with someone else due to it needing to be addressed faster than I had my appointment, BUT i have him saved as my plumber because I am impressed with how he talks to people...just look at the rest of his responses to other customers.

I had a cast-iron soil pipe that failed inspection removed and replaced as well as a slow drain serviced by Addessi Plumbing. I was impressed by Jim's professional manner and how quickly he and Troy get their work done. The completed work looks clean and professional and even without any special discount, his prices were extremely fair.

Jim did an excellent job with multiple services! Professional, punctual, and efficient—fixed everything perfectly and left the area spotless. Reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Jim was courteous, prompt and downright fantastic! He addressed all the issues I had with my 61 year old toilet and tub while replacing the shower head with a new one. His prices are truly affordable and offers solutions that other companies would outrageously charge for. I highly recommend him and will call on him for all my plumbing needs.

Would absolutely use Addessi again! Had a few issues fixed in our kitchen and bathroom. Some of the issues we had put off for a little while and it was finally time to address them, and others were "fixed" by another plumber a few years ago but wasn't done correctly; Jim came to the rescue. Jim was friendly and personable, got all the jobs done thoroughly and efficiently, and the price was right.

Addessi Plumbing is now our go to for any plumbing issues. Jim came out about a mth ago, we had some leaking from the hot water tank and we knew it needed to be replaced, it was 10 yrs old. He got back to me right away, we sent some pics, he gave us a reasonable quote and stuck to that quote, and was on time for the install. Haven't had one issue with the tank since the install. We can't thank you enough! Will recommend to any and all we talk with that need a plumber!

Jim and Troy were fantastic! They came in and replaced a problematic part of our piping back in February and they were fast, friendly and incredibly thorough! Jim is an amazing plumber and really cares about his customers. Had him come out and replace 2 outdoor spigots. He ended up replacing one because the other would entail opening up a wall and much more work. His pricing was affordable compared to other quotes I had received. He really goes the extra mile he sent me a video on how the new shut off valve works and kept me updated on all the work he was doing. I would recommend him to anybody that’s looking for a honest plumber specially new home owners who don’t know how much things really cost. He is very straightforward with everything.

Addessi Plumbing saved Christmas for me this year. Mr. Addessi came to take care of a leaking pipe which had flooded part of my basement, even though he originally said he wouldn't be able to come. He offered to advise me over the phone, but after I texted him a photo of the leak, he called back and said he would stop by. He arrived quickly, found the cause of the frozen pipe (a missing window pane) and patched it up, then he patched the pipe. He was finished with the job in about an hour. He was pleasant and friendly and charged me a reasonable price for the work. He was a real lifesaver! I'll be calling Addessi Plumbing from now on. Definitely recommended.
