Called here with a head scratching hot water issue. I was talked to on the phone and was walked through troubleshooting my problem. I fixed the problem based on his experience with this issue. I'm very grateful for that and it didn't cost me anything. Will be recommending for life now. Thank you

Jim presented as professional, responsible and capable. He removed a garbage disposal and replaced under the sink piping and completed the job efficiently and at a reasonable cost for the job. I will definitely hire him again, should I have any plumbing needs.

I was very disappointed with my service to unclog a drain in my bathroom. Jim was extremely unprofessional, rude and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I was shocked at his behavior. The maintenance supervisor and head of the condo association were in the apartment and Jim constantly told us that he wanted to go home and didn’t get paid enough to be there. He used constant expletives as well. I told him that he could leave because I felt very nervous and uncomfortable but he refused. I found out later that he was upset that the head of the condo association was hovering and asking a lot of questions. I understand being frustrated, but sometimes you have to deal with “annoying” situations and have to remain professional and composed and not throw a tantrum like a child. I myself get stressed in my own job and have never thrown a fit and treated someone the way Jim treated me. I found out that he apologized to my landlord which is absurd because my landlord wasn’t even there. Someone else fixed the clog 2 days later due to it being a building issue. I was so relieved that Jim didn’t end up having to come back due to my horrible experience!!!

These gentlemen replaced our old hot water heater with a new one. They were very friendly & professional, respectful of our home & nice to talk to.Out of 6 companies I called, They had the most reasonable price without a doubt. I called on a Tuesday afternoon & they were at our house Wednesday morning. Highly recommend. Thanks again :)

Earring fell down drain while room mate took a shower and never noticed, Called Jim and he came within the hour, showed me the process he was going to do. Tried two different methods and was able to recover my room mates $2,000 diamond earring! Very professional, friendly and quick service. Would recommend!!

I hired them in the past to do a few jobs here on plumbing for my new home and they didn’t excellent job and I called today because my hot water ran out and he took the car right away and walked me through how to reset my pilot light on my water tank thank you so much for helping me out in such a pinch. definitely recommend them highly and very reasonably priced

Highly recommend Addessi Plumbing. Called Jim at Addessi in the late afternoon on a Monday to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. Although he had a full day's work scheduled for the next day, he squeezed me in at the end of his day on Tuesday. He showed up as promised and replaced a very old and corroded kitchen faucet and replaced 3 shutoff valves beneath the sink. Wasn't a complicated job, but the age of the faucet and associated connections didn't make an easy job either. Despite the obstacles, Jim and his crew got the work done in under an hour. Clean and thorough work that went beyond just simple installation and repair. Jim actually took the time to scrub the kitchen sink to remove the mineral/scale buildup that was revealed when the old faucet was removed. Truly professional and talented plumber. I've got a list of plumbing jobs on my to-do list and I will be calling Adessi Plumbing again.

After a not so great experience with another plumber, we called this company and we are so glad they came out! He was quick, thorough, honest and very personable! We super appreciated all your help!!!!

Had to replace our water heater in our condo. He gave us by far the best price and a lot of useful knowledge about what he had to do to make it up to code. He also came out the day after we called (our heater was not leaking) and had it done within 3 hours. He was pleasant to talk with and did a great job!

Jim went out of his way to help with some repairs needed in my brother's home so that when he returns from a nursing home the house will be ready for him and his wife. He was reliable and professional. He had to deal with a difficult problem with the structure of the house and he did not give up until the problem was solved. The quality of his work is excellent and his hard work is much appreciated.

Jim was great! Very responsive to my texts and made time in his busy schedule to fit me in next day. He was as honest as could be and the service that I needed ended up being simple and Jim didn’t charge me for it! I will 100% be contacting him in the future for any of my plumbing needs.
