These guys were professional, quick and had all the supplies needed in their van. I had a 3 bay sink in my clay studio that needed a clay trap installed. They made it very easy to clean and they recycled all the old pvc pipe. The place looked cleaner after they left than it was when they came in. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Great experience! I needed my washing machine valves replaced & Jim was able to come out within the week to get the job done, and at a much more affordable price than what I was quoted by other plumbers in the area. The next time I have a plumbing issue I will definitely be calling Jim!

James not only attempted to first troubleshoot my hot water heater virtually, but thoroughly explained what the likely culprits for leaks could be to make sure I understood what was going on. He’s very communicative and professional with excellent prices. Has a great sense of humor too!

There are very few owner-operator plumbers around and I lost my last one almost five years ago. Finally, I recently found Jim through a neighbor of mine when I mentioned to them I needed a hot water heater replaced. I found Jim's price couldn't be beat and when I met him, I discovered that he's able to charge reasonable prices because he can do it all by himself. He has so much more experience than you'll find in any plumber that is sent out on a call by a larger outfit. But his experience doesn't stop with the plumbing itself. He worked for equipment manufacturers along the way and knows the quality, positives and negatives of all of the brands of equipment. He won't install something that he thinks will fail anytime soon. That is a wealth of knowledge that allowed me to make decisions confidently and provided assurance that is invaluable to a homeowner. Plus . . . Jim is just fun to hang out with and great-natured. I had my two ductless split units in the house and the main unit outside deep cleaned. The technician was extremely neat and clean, and also shared with me the dirt and liquid that he cleaned from the units. My unit was four years old and never realized they had to be cleaned. Was I surprised to find out that there was signs of mold and other contaminants inside the unit and I will make sure to have the units clean more frequently. My wife has asthma and she can already notice the difference in the air when we ran the cleaned units. Thank you and I will be using Statewide again for all my plumbing needs.

I had a small leak in my main water line to my house. I called Statewide after hours and they made arrangements to get to my home quickly. They did perfect work, were on time and finished the job quickly but professionally. I highly recommend them as the go-to plumbing service! The technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. They were installing a WAGS valve on our hot water heater. Prior to that visit, we used Statewide to repair/replace both cold water and hot water connections on the supply lines at the water heater inlet. One of those visits was on a weekend. We are on the third floor of an apartment/condo building and water was leaking down to the second and first floor units. They were very responsive and came out right away. We were impressed with those technicians as well. Now, the WAGS valve will give us peace of mind that we won't have any disastrous leaks that affect our neighbors. In addition, the owner of Statewide took time out of his schedule to have a long conversation with us when we were trying to make a decision on how to proceed (new typical water heater, tankless water heater or the WAGS Valve). Reflecting on this past 4th of July weekend, I feel compelled to extend my gratitude to those who love our country and support our veterans. When dealing with plumbers or contractors, it's not uncommon for them to not return phone calls or deliver on the work promised. However, my recent interaction with Statewide was completely different. Like many others, I faced delays, increased costs, and a lack of materials due to COVID-19, which led me to put a hold on my home addition project for an extended period, which included a bathroom. The owner of Statewide noticed the incomplete project as he regularly passed by and took the time to introduce himself. Recognizing I was a veteran, he expressed his appreciation for my service and offered to help me complete my home addition project. I accepted his offer, and I am beyond grateful for his assistance throughout the process. After our brief discussion, a professional technician was at my home the next day.
