I had a Navien tankless water heater installed. Later, I had a complete overhaul of the pipes in my 1930s era bathroom to replace rotting/failing pipes and incorrectly angled pipes that were preventing the tub from draining properly. As part of this project, I also needed to replace the tub fixtures, which I wanted to do without disturbing the vintage bathroom tile. This turned out to be quite a challenge, since plumbing codes have changed and it was difficult to find a faucet set that matched the existing holes n the tile.

Statewide's price for the heater installation was better than the other companies I got quotes from. They were courteous and professional, prompt about returning calls and scheduling work. They showed up when expected, did what was needed, and came back right away to correct an issue flagged by the building inspector with the water heater. They went above and beyond on the bathroom project, making several visits to diagnose the problem and searching for the right tub fixtures for me.

Finding reliable, trustworthy home contractors is really tough. These guys are keepers.

Every time I contact Statewide Plumbing, they are super quick to respond. We are a nursing home and assisted living facility. They know, realize and acknowledge how important quick response time is with our type of facility. Carlos and his crew are always very professional and courteous on the phone and on site. I am the owner of a Design Build firm in Providence that has been working with Statewide since 2005 on high end projects. Their work is exceptional. They are detailed, careful and professional. One of the main reasons that I use them for all of my work is that I never have to worry about the job not being completed perfectly. All of the employees have become friends. I've used Statewide a few times already and I wouldn't go with any other company. We've had a few different issues and Carlos always sent someone to the house quickly. They were very professional and knowledgeable. It didn't take long for them to figure out the problem. We have always been happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Statewide Plumbing was recommended by my building manager as not being the cheapest but 100 percent reliable. I recently moved to Providence from Boston. I was a trustee on my condo board in both Brookline and Boston and dealt with many vendors. I needed my hot water replaced two weeks ago and they were great. Of course during the recent heat wave my air conditioning stopped working. I called Saturday afternoon and a plumber was here at 8:15am on Sunday. Their operations manager Carlos is very responsive and all of their plumbers are very nice. Their mothers would be proud! I can’t recommend them more highly!

I’ve had a great experience with Statewide. My furnace went out. I called statewide and they scheduled an appointment. Carlos came to take a look repaired and cleaned out the furnace. What I appreciated most was how Carlos took his time on the furnace and he also educated me on how the furnace. I referred Statewide to a friend and she shared the same experience with me. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. Statewide have fair prices, professionals and are knowledgeable. I plan on using Statewide for all of my heating/cooling/plumbing needs moving forward!

Statewide Plumbing and Heating has provided their services to my properties for many years. They are always responsive, providing me with their time of arrival. I have found Statewide plumbers always knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my properties. I have found their billing for services provided to be reasonable. I highly recommend Statewide Plumbing and Heating. The most recent service they provided was on 3 April 2024, in the evening, when the Statewide Plumber cleared a main bathroom toilet that was obstructed at a rental property. The Plumber, Zac, cleared the obstruction as I expected he would. I was very happy with the outside of this requested service. I highly recommend using Statewide Plumbing because of
their highly skilled Plumbers that can get the job done.

I’ve used Statewide on a few occasions now and they’ve always been timely and professional but my most recent experience showed me just how great this company is to work with. I had an emergency with my tankless water heater and it was leaking water all over the basement at 7 pm on a Sunday evening. Within 5 minutes of calling the number I was getting help over FaceTime to get the situation under control and safe until we could buy the necessary parts to replace the next morning. The technicians were at the house at 8am to make the repairs. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

We recently had a wonderful experience with Statewide and highly recommend them. After a complicated installation issue arose with a water heater they had installed they made good on the work and replaced the unit. This was customer service at its finest and standing by their work with professionalism and courtesy. We contacted them in the evening when the problem happened and got a call back immediately and the repair team was there the next morning. They reached out quickly for consultation with tech support at the manufacturer and had everything running perfectly before they left that day. Statewide stands by their work and we will definitely be using them again for any needs we may have.

I called the service twice this winter for my Navien system. It was quick and easy to get an appointment within a week. The crew is professional, communicate clearly the issues and fixes. From the first phone call to the Visit from the technicians to explain the new water heater, Statewide Plumbing was exceptional. Carlos worked with me to find the perfect hot water tank for our needs. His team checked the space to ensure that it would fit, they installed it, made sure everything was working, and came back to explain the system to me as it is a hybrid and operates a little differently. Statewide Plumbing & Heating “saved the day.” Carlos advocated for us with the manufacturer when our heating & hot water system malfunctioned, the system was under warranty. The Statewide technicians diagnosed the problem immediately and Carlos began the search for the component that was needed to repair the system. Carlos searched throughout New England and beyond but could not locate the component. The manufacturer agreed to ship the component to us; however, it was going to take a few weeks to arrive from another country. Due to the fact, that we were in the middle of a real estate transaction, we needed to resolve this problem quickly. It was a stressful situation; however, the Statewide team remained professional and provided excellent customer service. Timing was of the essence and Carlos was able to convince the manufacturer to replace the heating & hot water system under the warranty rather than wait for component to arrive to repair the system. Although the system was still under warranty for parts, labor was not under warranty at that time, but Carlos offered free labor via Statewide due to the unique situation that we all faced. Statewide had no control over the lack of inventory on that component, nevertheless, they really did all they could to make sure that our problem was resolved. Our real estate transaction could have fallen apart but we were able to move forward successfully; we do appreciate everything that Statewide did to help to resolve this issue.
