Andrew was friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a great job of identifying and explaining issues with the chimney as well as potential solutions. I liked how he was able to explain how the issues identified could be fixed while looking through the camera. He also identified an issue with the dryer exhaust hookup, which was very helpful. There wasn't a mess to clean up, but he had drop cloths in place just in case, and everything was clean when he left. I'm very happy with my experience.
