Terrible customer service from whichever good ol boy I talked to on the phone. They can clean a chimney, but when it comes to dealing with customer issues, they couldn't be bothered. Take your business to someone who cares.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Extremely rude with my wife as she explained to the owner I was running behind getting home to meet him. Worst of all, completely lied about the “free” inspection when I called. Then asked for a $50 “service” fee. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!

Joe was on time this morning and inspected our chimneys, cleaned one as needed, and gave us all the info we needed. We were happy with service, professionalism and price.

The installation was very well done, with care given to mask and show respect to us being there, all appreciated. The cost was very competitive and I would strongly recommend using them for your fireplace/chimney servicing

Got my Chimney pretty much rebuilt cost me about $6,000. Due to communication issues I called another company for a cleaning the next year. The Chimney sweep guy told me we had several holes between our sleeve and chimney that could possibly make contact with our home which could potentially cause a fire. He also asked if we had water coming in when it rained. I told him yes. He showed me on my roof that our chimney had a few cracks that went all the way thru, You can clearly see light between these cracks. When rain gets in a Chiney it creates an acid that eats the brick the motor. Which will eventually damage my fireplace to the point that i will have to have it rebuilt again. Very pissed will not do business with these people again.

I have been attempting to resolve a service issue with Sootbusters, and have been treated very rudely.
I am a victim of their "service" instead of a customer!
I have a feeling this is the beginning of a horrible experience that could have been very easily resolved. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am pursuing the matter with Consumer Advocate and reporter Calvin Sneed on NewsChannel9 in Chattanooga. Unfortunately, the owner has left me no other options.

Joe was amazing ! He was really nice , informative, and respectful of our house . Very respectful to the virus and masking .

100% recommend!! We called after an owl fell into our fireplace and had an animal cap installed. We ended up adding a new rain cap and pressure washing the exterior of our chimney. It looks AMAZING. 10000000x better than the original chimney.

Go to these guys. They are honest and fair and thorough. I messed up and called Chattanooga Chimney first. They sucked. The guys from Soot Busters came by and they were a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely recommend over anyone else. Especially over Chattanooga Chimney.

I paid 100.00 for the inspection of my chimney and NEVER heard from Joe again. I called and sent numerous text asking for the video of the chimney that Joe took & shared with me. The video showing the work that needed to be done.The video is mine for I paid dearly for It... NO response! I would never recommend soot busters to anyone. UNPROFESSIONAL. I guess if you make several appointments on a day and collect 100.00 from your victims and never do any work....Is this the game! I had to pay to have it inspected again but this time with a reputable company.Soot Busters will not last. Shame on you Joe! I told you that I had just lost my husband and on my own raising a three year old child from birth at 70 yrs old.

They were on time and explained to me all of the findings concerning the chimney inspection. They also provided me with a diagram of chimney for the engineer to review since I'm installing a wooden stove in the future. Thanks again.
